We chose EXE for the location. Train station, attached grocery store and hotel. Didn’t get a drop of rain on us. One 35 minute train gets you to downtown, two trains get you to the Airport, the ticket machine at the train stations in metro Madrid are very poorly worded in the English language was my only complaint at all and not a reflection on the hotel.

Right next to Tres Cantos train station which made it getting to Madrid city centre efficient. Average time to get to the city centre is around 30-45 mins which is the only downside but for the price it was worth it. Right next to a big grocery market, made getting snacks and drinks or meals super easy. Very friendly front desk staff

Great location if you need to catch a train or catch a taxi.
Good service at the hotel
Lovely cafe down the road for a cake and a coffee.
Our room was opposite the lift, so alot of noise from door banging.
Clean rooms but an own little kettle and coffee or tea would have been nice 🤔
Thank you anyway for our short stay, and we will stay again.

Hassan and everyone in the front desk were super nice. Good thing about this property u have a mini grocery store and the metro system right next door. Anything for your needs, pharmacy neighborhood cafes etc. The taxis are always close by when u need them.

We were given two twin beds and couldn’t really sleep together. Staff was nice enough but we found the price too expensive for a night without breakfast. At Marriott for $10 we enjoyed amazing buffet breakfast.

Right next to the Renfe train station. You can take the train to Madrid every 30 mins and be there in 30 mins. Super safe town, people are so much nicer than in Madrid. The staff was somewhat indifferent, but I guess it’s cultural. Customer service is not to die for anywhere in Europe.

Just ok if you need to stay around this area

Had to stay in this area for business related purposes. TV was not working, shower sprays horizontaly towards the wall (not just in my room, we were three). Otherwise service was ok and room proper according to the price.

Great place

I stayed one night in this hotel. It's clean, quiet and located in nice area 200 m away from the train station Tres Cantos which takes you straight to the city centre, there's also a super market next to it. Everything was perfect except the breakfast compare to the hotel itself as 4 stars hotel the breakfast was not that good.

Overcharged for 2nd guest. Room smelled of smoke.

I was overcharged for a second guest when checking into the Hotel. Initially I booked the hotel with 1 person by mistake. To book at 2 person room would have cost 4 euros more. But they decided they would charge me 15 euros more instead at the time of check-in. I double checked to see that the online prices hadn't changed - and they hadn't. I felt taken advantage of. The hotel clerk wasn't very friendly with me when I inquired about the price difference. The room also smelled like smoke when I arrived.

Good hotel for business in town near Madrid

It was a quick cab ride to the hotel (30 Euros). There is a supermarket next door and the metro stop next to that. The metro is about 8 stops to the heart of Madrid, (Sol is the station). I had business in Tres Cantos, which was about 15 minutes. Nice breakfast that came with the room. Nice choices for dinner. The room was very warm, but this is common for European hotels when the seasons are changing. Strange shower. I had to be careful not to get the floor wet since the glass door only covered half the shower/bath.

Stayed three nights while visiting Madrid. Easy and fast train connection (cercanias) to Madrid. Peaceful and quiet surroundings, hotel right next to the station. Large food store right outside and nice restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay. A very good place to rest after visiting Madrid. Only drawback was the weakness of wifi at the hotel, when trying to make further arrangements for our trip via internet.

Clean quiet hotel with friendly staff

This hotel is clean and quiet with good amenities. The staff was friendly and efficient in a low-key way. I had booked it without realizing how far it is from the Madrid center, but that is my fault. The only real problem is that the wifi was unreliable -- it kept cutting out briefly every three minutes or so.

I was at tres cantos for business and stayed at this hotel for a night. Great hotel. Nice and modern with friendly staff. Right next to the train station. Will definitely stay here again if I travel to this place.

Beautiful and accessible

Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the days the towels were not changed nor was I provided with bath soap. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the breakfast room looked busy. I loved the fact that the Hotel was in a very safe and quiet area. My room had tall ceilings, a very large window and was very comfortable.

I was staying for 3 nights in the hotel. It was clean and the staff were pleasant. I was given a disabled room so only had a lowered shower. The room was spacious but my main complaint was that there was no internet signal in my room, so I could not use it. Meals were quite small but the quality was fine.

Le resto était fermé, mais il y en avait tellement autour, ce n'était pas nécessaire. Il y a avait un déjeuner de disponible mais nous préférions acheter notre café en entrant de la gare de train qui est à moins de 30m.

Centre ville de Madrid est très accessible avec un train direct en 30 min. Autobus et taxi à la porte de sortie, peut pas demander plus.

Es un hotel para gente que vaya por trabajo.

Es caro (155€) para solo alojamiento. 12€ para el desayuno. Dificil de mantener la cabeza de ducha fija porque la presion de agua se sube y baja todo el rato. Wifi es tan lento que es dificil de conectarse.

Ett bra alternativ

Rolig område, stort og greit bad, men halve rommet var gang, uten noen møbler, så det ble veldig trangt borte ved sengene. Ett stort minus at det kun var en stol på rommet.

El hotel no está más al, pero el personal al menos con el que hable por teléfono de un borde y sin razón. Hice una reserva para una boda de bastantes habitaciones y como los invitados no llegaron a las 12, decidieron cobrarme la reserva porque les dio la gana, sin saber si efectivamente llegaron más tarde, lo suyo y de toda l vida, evidentemente si alguien reserva y no va, al día siguiente cuando tendrías que abandonar el hotel, me lo tendrían que haber cobrado no antes. Ahora tengo 6 habitaciones cargadas en mi cuenta y tengo que buscarme yo la vida para que me lo paguen. Encima de hacerles caja, mala atención, fatal. No vuelvo.

Algunos elementos de las habitaciones necesitan renovarse. Los colchones son viejos, las toallas ya han sufrido bastante, las tapas del wc y el bidé... los amenities del baño podrían mejorarse también, son de calidad mediocre. La televisión es vieja y pequeña, no funcionaban muchos de los canales. Hace años que conozco el hotel, y se nota el paso del tiempo
