Shame about the rooms

Firstly, the Staff were top notch and very helpful!… However, the rooms were old and the flooring, skirting boards and other items were very worn. The room walls to adjoining rooms are WAFER THIN and we had the joy of listening to our neighbours being ‘friendly’ most of the night. It was very unpleasant, which is a shame, as the staff were so nice. The location is just off a highway and not really walking distance to anything.

The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. The room were clean, though a little basic. The bathroom was very good. Breakfast had a variety of options. I didn't try the evening meal.

The only downside to the hotel is the location. It is about 40 minutes drive from Madrid centre, and although on a main bus route you cannot walk to the stop as it is situated of one of the main highways. I chose to get a taxi to the local train station which cut down on time and cost.

Basic hotel near outlet, no aircon

Did not enjoy the stay as we were told by the staff that from bgn oct, there is no air conditioning, only hot air is available in the room. It gets hot and stuffy and you will need to open the window or room door if you want to get some cool air circulating in the room. The staff informed us that their motor can only cater for either hot air or cold air for all rooms only. I would not have booked this hotel if I know beforehand that there is no aircon. Hotel's website, trip advisor and booking site had indicated that there is air conditioning and this is misleading.
Bfast was basic with little variety. There is free parking.

Bad location

Terrible location. I typed in the filter \"near the airport\", it was anything but. It cost 57 Euros by taxi. Nothing around there. The only restaurant closed at 4pm. It would have been another 50+ Euros to go into Madrid. Total bust.

Check in was easy. The receptionist, Laura, was lovely and very helpful.
The bed was excellent. Room very clean and spacious.
Our main problem was that the hotel is further from the town than we imagined.
There is a Repsol garage beside the hotel where we bought sandwiches. There is a very good (in our opinion, quite expensive) restaurant beside it but if we wanted to have a drink somewhere else, we would have needed to get a taxi.

Lovely hotel. We stayed on a night when the hotel doesn’t serve dinner but there’s a nice restaurant opposite. Expensive meal but lovely food and service. The hotel welcomes pets but, sadly, there was nowhere to walk the dog. This made our stay quite difficult and spoilt what could have been a good experience.

DONT stay here. Worst staff ever. Room was dirty, sheets were dirty, food was old, coffee sucked, the power went out like 5 times and the staff at the front desk were extremely rude on several ocassions. Room walls are poor quality so we couldn’t sleep from all the sounds and people opening and closing doors all night. We literally left one day early and lost the payment just because we couldn’t stand it another day. And worst part is, even though we tried being nice and explaining the situation they rudely said it was TOO BAD and we wouldn’t not be getting our money back. Such a mistake and I can’t believe Expedia gives this hotel their service. Don’t make the mistake of staying here!

Basics of correct standard

The hotel is a bit in an isolated place, but with a car it doesn't matter. All the basics are there. Furniture in common areas is simple though robust. Rooms are of a better grade. Restaurant is very simple.

Stayed for two weeks. Nice staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, and good small restaurant that opens at night. They were full when I went, and after been roomed next to a room with a rather loud sleeper, the hotel didn't hesitate to change my room even with the high occupancy.

Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Madrid area or las Rozas.

It's best to have a car if you stay here. The price can't be beat, the breakfast is really good. They have reasonably priced dinner as well. The rooms are very clean, everything you need and lots of channels in every language on the huge tvs. Wifi is fast and reliable...never had a problem!

The place to be

Stayed Here for a total of about two weeks, was out in the morning and back at night, Always a great greeting no matter if it was morning or night. The breakfast was great and coffee even better. Staff was very Helpful with anything we had a question about even unrelated to our Hotel stay.

Excelente custo benefício para queme está de carro

Recomendo para quem esteja viajando de carro e tem Madrid apenas como passagem OU se estiver de carro e os preços dos hotéis em Madrid estiver alto. Em frente ao hotel tem um excelente restaurante, ampla área de estacionamento (free) e um posto de combustível perto. Menos de 10min está o Las Rozas Outlet.

No volveré a cometer el error de alojarme en este hotel, pude escuchar hasta los tonos de la llamada del huésped de la habitación de al lado, dos camas individuales cuando pedí cama grande, es decir una cama pequeña, porque no puedes utilizar ambas a la vez. Hacía un calor horrible en la habitación y no se podía controlar desde el panel del termostato situado en la habitación cuyo presencia era únicamente informativa. TV no tiene acceso a internet, no había champú. El desayuno era tipo buffet pero muy básico. Lo único bueno es que la habitación estaba limpia. Ponía vistas al jardín y el jardín es un parking
