I loved the fact that it was literally a skip, hop and jump away from the beach and resort pool! It was a lovely relaxing getaway perfect for our family of four. The accommodation was modern and clean. There was plenty for us to do. As we’re an active family we made use of the tennis court and ran along the beach in the mornings….

This accommodation is terrible. Booked a unit just by the pool and beach. Couldn't leave any doors unlocks for a nice breeze was every screen door lock was broken. All screens had holes in them. So much so multiple frogs where in our room before we realised.
Pillows flat and bed horribly uncomfortable.
Accommodation was old, out dated and in terrible condition.
Stayed one night out of requirement. Woke up to mouse poop over the floor in dining room and kitchen in the morning.
Made a complaint to reception prior to leaving. Simply told us they had a wait list and if we weren't happy to leave. Then advised we would have to deal with WOTIF directly as there customer service couldn't be understood due to not speaking English!
Disgusting comment about the WOTIF staff and terrible attitude from staff at accommodation.
Save your money or stay somewhere else.

Serenity was fantastic! 2 pools, outdoor play area and indoor play room - perfect for kids! Comfortable cabins. Close to the beach. Massage lady, Amm was amazing and only a stone’s throw from our cabin.

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay. Amenties were good as was the overall feel of the resort, i was comfortable and I would stay again however, I did think the use of outdoor furniture for indoor use took away from the comfort when wanting to relax for the evening indoors.

The wifi was also non existant in my villa but this did not ruin my experience at the resort.

We felt welcome from the time we stepped in! Our unit was beautiful our bed was so comfy.
The pool near the beach is beautiful.
I loved that the kitchen was pretty well equipped.

The property was neat and tidy, well presented.
The unit I Loved the benefits of having a bathroom in each room, especially the spa bath in the main room :-) would have enjoyed having a tv in the main bedroom too to relax on the bed watching it after a day full of activities in and around the property. The pool area was divine!
Was a nice comfort having the property manager, keeping us updated about the areas around the premises, and providing a complimentary late departure. Can not fault the place or staff! Highly recommend

I have stayed here a few times. It is always soooo relaxing. The pool is lovely & walking on the beach each day was beautiful.
On the weekend the pool was quite full & some families had inflatables for the kids to use - it took up a lot of space for others who wanted to relax.

This property is situated on the outskirts of Diamond Beach and is as remote as it gets. The apartment was nice and spacious though needs an upgrade, as some ammenties were aged. Situated right behind the pools and beach was fantastic. The ultimate can't miss aspect of this accomodation is the stars on the display at night time, I cannot recommened enough making the effort to sit on the beach at night and enjoy the stars like you've never seen htem before if you live in CBDs

Staff very friendly and helpful, lovely big swimming pool close to the beach so great to go down to the sea and return to cool down in the pool. Villa was fairly clean with good amenities such as washing machine, dryer and clothes rack. Would definitely stay again. Family stay with 3 children aged 8,4 and 2 so 2 of them enjoyed going to the kids club 1 afternoon.

A lovely setting adjacent to Diamond beach. Individual cabins sited for good privacy. Friendly helpful staff. Great swimming pool just above the beach, unheated so a bit cool at the moment.
Once again what could have been a fantastic stay was marred by lack of basic maintenance - broken blinds and lamps needing replacement. We should have had free wifi but it wasn't working in the location of our cabin and the promise of a loan mobile dongle never eventuated!.
Is a lovely beach but unpatrolled and quite isolated.

It was a lovely sunny unit to spend a week in , in the middle of winter. Beautiful setting close to the beach with views over the ocean, great for relaxing and being at peace.
The only issue we had was the bathroom windows could not be closed due to the winders being rusted and could not be operated .

A lot of families, not to noisy, except for Saturday night when a family arguement erupted, with much swearing. But you expect these things occaisonally. Well appointed 2 bedroom accommodation.

We had high expectations that this Ramada accommodation would be hi-end, however we were disappointed. The room fixtures were very basic, the furniture was basic. I would not consider this a resort, but a holiday park. The kids play area was full of rust and not kept clean. The tennis court room was full of old furniture and unusable. It was also disappointing that there were residents living in the 'resort' not all holiday makers!

Overall an acceptable condition of the villa. The sofas in the lounge really need shampooing. They were filthy. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom average. Good location with a supermarket nearby. Resort pool is quite shallow and crowded. Not really a swimming pool. Decent WIFI service. Kitchen has all the facilities. Great beach close by but not patrolled. Would recommend this resort if they are offering good nightly rate. Else can shop around and compare.

Nowhere near worth the price or the Ramada name.

The beach is lovely and a nice pool. The accommodation was modern but not the level of cleanliness you'd expect for the price we paid or the rating. The dishes were greasy and we had to clean everything before we could have dinner. Then you are expected to clean before you leave. So basically you are dependent upon the last person's level of cleanliness. Felt like we did a lot of cleaning and not a lot of relaxing. One of the stove plates was not gaining enough heat to cook on. There was a rusting old unusable BBQ on the front porch. The furniture was tired: stained couch, dining table had scratches, vanity in bathroom was lifting (looks like there had been some previous water damage). Be prepared to wake early for the light that comes into the bedroom.

The Ramada has it all, the swimming pool with only a couple more steps to the beach. All rooms in the apartment are spacious. The only negative is that there is no wardrobe in this very spacious and well appointed apartment, unbelievable.
