Our room was clean with fresh linen. However the continental breakfast was very lacking. You could see through the coffee. The apple juice didn't taste like apple juice. The only food offered was Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran, and a packaged muffin. The second day the food was the same except the muffin was packaged mini powdered donuts. The front desk staff seemed to be sad and depressed.

No service! No housekeeping. We stayed 5 nights. They did not provide extra towels or take out the trash. We had to take the trash out. Room has a roof leak. Lobby is not as pictured - full of vending and gaming machines. Hand written signs posted all over. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional.

The hotels listing said there was breakfast but there was no breakfast. There were some packages honeybuns and two sugar cereals but no other items and coffee was empty. I always filter by \"breakfast included\" so i feel like i was deceived. The hotel was in general disrepair and at one point none of the guest keys were working.

The temp in our room was at 57 degress. Apparently they do not heat the rooms until occupied. It took over 2 hours to bring the temp up into an acceptable range. Breakfast consisted of 2 containers of cereal, weak coffee and prepackaged donut mini's.
I guess you get what you pay for.

I stayed at this Days Inn by Wyndham and while the location was convenient, the overall condition of the property needs improvement. The rooms and common areas are in need of updating, and maintenance issues were noticeable during my stay.

One major concern was visible ceiling damage in the hallway, with missing ceiling tiles, exposed wiring, and buckets placed underneath due to an active leak. While caution signs were present, it didn’t feel very welcoming or safe, especially for a hotel with guests coming and going.

Staff seemed to be doing what they could, but the property itself feels outdated and poorly maintained. With some renovations and better upkeep, this location could be much better. As it stands now, it’s acceptable only for a short stay if you don’t have high expectations.

Parking was good, clerk was accomidating. First room (204) the bed was broken, so we were moved to room 300. Property is dated and needs a refresh. The lobby is surrounded by electronic games of chance. The breakfast consisted of 1 cannister of lukewarm coffee, froot loops (no milk) and muffins that expired a month ago. I thought Days Inn would be a safe bet on a nights stay, but this property is in need of a refit.

Parking was easy, close to food and shopping. Yet very dirty, shower head assembly was duck taped to the wall, toilet wasn't clean, it looked like someone urinated all over the toilet lid, black scum behind the toilet all over the floor with yellow stains. The mirrors were filthy etc. etc. etc. Unfortunately due to the weather I staid put. I worried when i would see a cockroach or have a rat run across my feet. Just awful

For paying a hundred and ninety eight dollars for a king size bed room, The staff is less to be desired and not very friendly. The second floor was very loud and people were screaming and slamming doors all night. The continental breakfast that was to be served at seven thirty a m is not very convenient for those who need to be on the road earlier than that. The continental breakfast consisted of honey buns and coffee. For as much as we paid for this room, We expected a lot more.

This place was a dump. Staff was rude. Rooms and building were dirty. And what kind of hotel does not have coffee in the lobby and no means of making it in the rooms? Tv remotes didn't work. Only provided 1 bar of soap. Not separate bars for showering and just washing hands. The \"complimentary\" shampoo, conditioner and lotion were already opened and partially used. Half the outlets did not work. Water was shut off for 2 hours. And the building smelled like a septic tank. They provided 1 towel and 1 washcloth for 2 people. And they appeared to be dirty. I could go on...but I think I said enough.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE.

I travel extensively for business. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Filthy and run down, bathroom was small, worn and bugs in the shower. Pillows were small and all soft. Heat in the room was so loud I had to turn it off, and then cold all night. The breakfast consisted of juice, dry cereal and packaged muffins. Would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a place to stay.

I booked as a last minute overnight stay and would have been better if I stayed in my car. I booked 2 rooms and had issues with both. My room was switched due to roaches. My parents were brave and stayed in the room they received first try. Although dealing with an overflowing toilet in the early morning. While the second room was less roach infested we spotted them in the second bed when gathering our items to leave. We ended up showering in my parents room due to the sketchy nature of our shower. There was a big plastic patch job done to cover only the man upstairs knows. And for a smoke free hotel there sure were cigarette burns on the blankets.
Overall it was my on fault for not reading reviews and doing my due diligence in just leaving and getting a refund.

Far from perfect and the pictures are a good rouse. Don’t wake up early for breakfast, they offer nothing but juice, tea coffee and some cereal. When asking about the food staff looked as if they didn’t understand the question and said oh all the honey buns are gone?
Let’s be for real that’s not even continental.

To hotel was dirty and had quite a few people just laying around. The included breakfast consisted of coffee that was near a coffee bean but not actually brewed. Dry cereal. No milk. Prepackaged muffins and either OJ or Apple juice. This was at 8:00 am on a Friday. The guy at the check in desk was playing his music so loud I couldn't hear him. That was on top of the lobby full of people gambling on machines and the world series game playing at 100 decibels.
The hall leading to our room smelled of weed. The ice machine looked as if I might get listeria of I used it.
The room is absolutely disgusting. The walls and floors are disgustingly filthy. There was a bug crawling in the sink and the TV didn't work but I did some investigating had to move the dresser to get it plugged in. The remote and telephone are grungy and the furniture is all chipped up. I feel like I'm staying in a frat house.
My son is thinking of going to college here and we will be back.... But never again at this hotel.

Our stay got off to a rough start. The room had a moldy refrigerator, hairs in the beds and used towels in the bathroom. Our angel Gabriel at the front desk immediately resolved our issue and put us in a wonderful room. He went out of his way to help us and even let me check the room before going elsewhere. Thank you to Gabriel (fellow Cowboys fan) who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a good one.

Check in was easy. The clerk was semi human. Not much of a people person. We did specifically request a more quiet room. Only to have people placed on either side of us. The dust cover on the bed had a huge fluid mark, like someone sat on the edge of the bed and peed and it was allowed to be dry. This clearly should have not been on the bed. Bathroom floor had no less than eight human hair, and no less than six what look to be like pubic hair. We arrived at the continental breakfast to be completely underwhelmed. One packaged super inexpensive breakfast roll, two dry cereal containers, couple of muffins, and one pitcher of milk, not labeled as to its content other than milk. We had gotten there kind of early, 8:30 9:00 so we were kind of stunned at the lack of food left to choose from. Ended up eating at a McDonald's. Maintenance wise about the air conditioner, the drywall needed repaired.

I think the facility needs updated. The room door on the inside where the door latch closes was soft. If you pushed the latch too hard, it pushed inwards. The 2 shelves under the sink were caked with dust. There were hand prints on the headboard, stains on the blanket on the bed, and floor needed vacuumed. Was just not a good night's sleep or comfortable at all.

This hotel should not be open the rancid smell, the dirty bedding black mold was on the walls everything was just dirty this hotel looked nothing like the pictures so much so i didnt even stay and this hotel even under these circumstances with the desk clerk seeing it for himself did nothing but try to argue about the conditions he said he cleaned the rooms himself stated the conditions it was in the dirty floors trash left behind dirt on the floors was because no one stayed for a while and dust falls it was just dust the showers were dirty I dont recommend anyone staying there if i could give a 0 star review I would I even contacted the supposed property manager with no response

Limited front desk staff. Musty smell in hallway. Room was hot when entering. Luckily we cut air on & it had a clean filter. Old funky carpet. We had to leave shoes on at all times & keep them close to bed. Big stain on bed dust ruffle from spit up or spill. Sink drain smelled musty. Toilet was noisy for awhile after flushing. Walls are thin & could hear everyone in hall & adjacent rooms. Not worth the money spent. Should be a $49 or $69 night price. There was what appears to be mold in multiple spots. It was not well maintained. Basics were missed (replacing a completely written out toilet seat and cleaning up where thet had sanded an area). Practically no breakfast items. We don't need anything fancy, but do expect clean and well maintained properties. I'd almost given up on the Wyndham brand as we've stayed in 3 separate rough lications this trip (Enola, Pa, Indiana, PA and Niagara, NY), but finally we're at a great one in West Mifflin, PA. It's still priced well, but is very well maintained. As they've all been independently owned and operated, it feels like luck of the draw. I won't automatically trust this large hotel brand again.

The only good thing about the room was the AC actually working, but even then it was extremely loud and the unit made noises. The bed was excellent. The bathroom doorknob was about to fall off. The shower head was awful. And I prefer to use the stairs as much as possible but two of the three lights in the stairwell were out so I had to use my cell phone flashlight in order to see where I was going, which is certainly a safety violation and against the law. I mentioned this at the front and the young man said he'd told the management about this at least a week ago and it still hadn't been addressed.

Loud!!!! Idk if it was construction two rooms down or what but the hammering, slamming of doors etc was insane! Can’t sleep on a Sunday 5 am!!! Tiniest bottle of shampoo, one tiny bar of soap! We he e stayed here times before since my daughter goes to IUP. While those time it was ok and we just only slept there. This time same thing just slept there and they had bed bugs. I was itch the next day with red spots. I came home and went to doc and he confirm we they were bed bugs. I called and wanted to at least alert them that room 316 had bedbugs. I asked to speak with a manager because I told them that we had stayed there multiple times and this has never happened and I wanted to speak to somebody. My main concern was to make sure that they took care of it and no one else had the same experience I had no one has ever called.

I was under the impression that I would have been able to sit down to eat breakfast and it was more along the lines of a to go breakfast. Overall it was a pretty decent place.

The property is very old and in disrepair (safe didn’t work, dead flies on bathroom floor, some walls had roughly patched holes) and the breakfast was not something we would eat. There was a wrestling tournament in town, so everything else was fully booked. I travel a lot and this was the worse by far. Do not recommend unless desperate for a roof over your head. Sorry.

The place was absolutely horrible. The walls were chipped. The heating system was terrible. I was afraid to even sleep in the bed. I have in fact I slept in my work truck for most of the night. I only came in back into my room to brush my teeth and to wash up

The property and surroundings were a little unkept and cold, and the employees were definitely cold and not welcoming. The coffee and the breakfast deal was a complete letdown and a joke.
This used to be a nice property to stay
