Easy in and out of the lot, kid at the counter was nice and easy to understand. Hallways and room were clean and funtional. As with most every stereotypical hotel, ownership lacks standards, stained linens, sloppy workmanship on the rooms and the pungent aroma of pot and curry in the evening are at the forefront of all the buget and economy stays. This place checked all the needed boxes. tHANK YOU.

The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were way too small and uncomfortable. Not enough towels. The owners children were behind the desk with him. There were people hanging out in the breakfast area during non breakfast hours like it was a local hang out. Very unprofessional!

Everything is in good condition, there were a few areas of our room that were not 100% clean, stains on arms of chair, marks on wall, dirty fingerprint on wall switch. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast was good for a free basic breakfast. It lacks the attention to detail the better properties offers. Overall it was a good deal for the money.

Wouldnt give us towels. Then they were heavily damp when they finally did. Loud children of the owners running around screaming. The shower water was squirting sideways. I won't be back. I'll drive further away for another hotel.

The room was fine. My problem was with the payment method. I chose to use AFFIRM when I booked the stay. I verified this upon check-in. The young lady at the desk verified the information. However, when I was on my way home I logged into my personal bank account and saw the hotel had not only placed a $1.00 hold for \"incidentals\" on my personal debit card, but they charged the room to my debit card versus the \"virtual\" card previously approved by AFFIRM.

I suggest if you are going to allow people to use AFFIRM the people at the hotels need to be trained properly to prevent mixups such as this.

We checked in and the room was filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. Disgusting ! Went to the front desk and they changed our room, no problem. Next room, was equally filthy, if not worse. Grateful we never sat on a bed or used the bathroom where bugs were crawling in the bathtub ! Went back to the front desk and asked for a refund which was issued without a problem. No way would I ever sleep in a hotel like this!

Don’t stay here if you have physical limitations

Ordered handicap accessible room. Bathroom tub was not handicap accessible. Standard 15” tub height and very narrow. Original supplied bath chair seat was broken. Went to front desk and someone brought a replacement chair. The back was broken off on the replacement chair. When you attempted to put the chair in the tub, you had to turn it sideways because the tub was so narrow. Would not work sideways as there was no room for your legs or feet. I paid on line with a credit card. Checked in on line and had to supply credit card information a second time. When physically went to the office to get my room key, they had to run my card again. Hope I don’t get charged more than one time. Not a good experience.

I liked the size of the room. But, the TV would shut off on it down the remote wouldn’t work. The phone wouldn’t work the first night. I have management up there, but it just kept happening the air conditioning. The TV volume is all controlled. We don’t have control of it.. There was only waffles for breakfast no meat no eggs we couldn’t get towels the next day. They weren’t ready or dry and they have you leave them out in the hallway if you want anymore, but you still couldn’t get any . The other side was under construction and it smelled very musky very old, but even the elevators were so extremely hot in there. They should not even be running right now.. They were friendly though they’re just not prepared in anyway.. so if the excuse is gonna be remodeling or whatever the excuse is gonna be then lower the damn price and we wouldn’t expect anything

The facility was nice and we had made our reservations two weeks in advance.

However, we were greeted with \" what do you want\" and from there she just continued to be rude to all of us. For no reason at all, she was rude. 5 rooms 10 people.

There is no fruit for us at 8:00 a.m. and the breakfast selection was terrible.
The bed was very comfortable and our room was clean, as was the hotel.

Check in was fine except they couldn’t figure out what rooms already had someone they provided rules but not if there was onsite laundry or where the gym and laundry was they stated there was some form of breakfast but not what time this was served or availability if leaving before 7am we were in town for a big wrestling event and people couldn’t get into their rooms you could hear every door slam and shouting from everywhere in the building this made attempts to sleep difficult the only redeeming quality was that the beds were comfy and there wasn’t creepy carpet in the room

Get what ya pay for cheaper stay

We had 2 towel sets, when i showered the 1st towel had dark dirt handprints on it, the second had holes in it. There was hair on the floor between the tub and toilet as if swept and missed. The shower curtain hadmold at the bottom. I messaged front, as sent in a text, asking for more pillows. A king bed with 4 standard pillows that didnt even span the bed. Pillows were not comfortable. Discretion said coffee maker in room, there was not. Breakfast was bananas and waffles, coffee or juice thats itAs my husband said, a place to lay down and get what i pay for. I will go back to former hotel, was worth the extra money.

Our room was large with king-size bed. Not the most comfortable bed but ok. Heater kept us toasty and warm. It was frigid in Blairsville! Separate bathroom for privacy. Plenty of hot water. We liked the shower. Desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. Eat at Dean's dinner for breakfast - unless you'll eat waffles every morning. Only breakfast option.
We will probably stay there again.

Not so good. At check in the guy was rude and look like he took a picture of my id with his phone. When asked what he was going said he was using his phone for a magnifying glass. I paid for two night but we only stayed one night and we asked for a refund and they would only give us half the money.
