The hotel is Very clean, fast check in, everyone is happy and ready to help. The manager was Fantastic (thank you MR Ammen ).
the location is great, you walk few step to the water.
the pool was fantastic, it was indoor pool. the spa is out of this world.
i van go on and on about this hotel, but until you get there and see all of it on your own, its not going to be the same.
I love the hotel, and when i get back to the same city, i will be going back for sure.

Great location, on a beautiful beach. The staff attentive, and multilingual to help those monoglots. Idriss at reception deserves a special mention. Pool looked great but was closed for renovation. Our little boy played for hours on the beach anyway. Good breakfast

Great location and food but poor management

The hotel is great in regards to it's location, the food, and outdoor pool/beach area. We've been here twice and we were hoping for another great experience. Our biggest complaint is with the staff and most likely management. For some reason, the hotel thought it was a wise idea to have a band practice around 12am-1am in the inner courtyard of the hotel. This could be heard from our room, and I assume every other room, as it was extremely loud. While the night manager stopped the music after I called, it still shows that the hotel management may not have good judgement in even allowing the band to practice playing music at such a late hour. This is not what I expected from a Sofitel, as I have been to several. I was even more surprised, when explaining the issue to the day manager when we checked out, and all I got was a surprised look and \"I'm sorry\". No other explanation, no attempt to reconcile our evening that was disturbed, or other comment.

Nice hotel but a few wrinkles to iron out.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. Our only problem was that we were on a low floor and there was a lot of street noise (and we're from a big city). I'd stay here again but only on a high floor. We also asked the concierge for a restaurant recommendation and he sent us to a food mill in Times Square (we asked for something special and different). Should have used yelp.

Bon mais pas à la hauteur du standing affiché.

Séjour correct dans cet établissement comparé à d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles.
Le problème est que pour un hôtel d’un tel standing, on s’attend à mieux.
Le Sofitel joue normalement dans la cour des hôtels de luxe qui affichent un haut standing, et c’est là que ça pêche.
Je suis restée 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le tourquinet automatique n’a pas fonctionné pendant tout le séjour. Normalement, un doorman aurait dû ouvrir la porte pour les gens mais c’était assez aléatoire (voir quasiment inexistant).
Le refill du café n’est pas systématique, il faut le demander. Sauf un hôtel affiche une chambre à 5000 dh la nuit, tu ne t’attends pas à devoir quémander le café.
On ne parle pas du checkout. Le personnel de la réception est top. Mais autant à l’arrivée tu as quelqu’un pour porter tes valises, autant qu’au moment du check out, c’est le néant.

Si ça arrive dans un hôtel 5 étoiles lambda, je n’aurais pas relevé , mais quand vous affichez un tel standing, c’est une pure déception.

Ne vait definitivement pas son prix. Trop cher pour le Service mediocre. Personnel non qualifié. Aucun gestionnaire sur place. Priorise les externes qui viennent au So sur les residents de l’hotel. On a attendu 2h pour recevoir nos plats, nos enfants se sont endormis a table sans manger. Le personnel est perdu, ils essayent du mieux qu’ils peuvent mais il n’y a aucun gestionnaire sur place pour les orienter. L’hotel et le service s’est degradé. Nous etions des habitués. Pas du tout le standard du sofitel. Dommage! On n’y reviendra jamais.
