It all went well
I wanted extra time for checkout, which was given as there was no booking for that room on the day.
However, when I first requested, I was told I would have to pay 150MAD, but at checkout, I was charged 250MAD.
I didn't want to argue as we were leaving, but found this quite upsetting. It's not about money, but principles.

Great experience

It was great and relaxing. The staff was very courteous, respectful, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had. It was very clean, from the bathroom, the kitchenette, the pillows, the sheets, and everything else. It was a great location a few blocks away from the beach, restaurants, activities, and shopping. Also, it was easy to find parking, even though it was the weekend. The only thing is that we had to live both bedrooms open, because the AC was in the kitchenette only. But after a few hours the bedrooms were cool too. Other then that, it was a wonderful experience.

Misleading room details and bed sizes. I booked a room with a queen bed and two twin beds, but I was given only two twin beds. The hotel management blamed the site for providing incorrect information and claimed that the bed sizes are a Moroccan standard, which is not true.

Upon checkin the staff members have no idea on what is Expedia. They only have one dodgy left. Light's switch off every 10 secs at night. Staff were fairly rude and didn't speak English properly. Try to con us £50 to get to the airport when it was a 10 min drive. Aviod

Parking caused stress

Its a comfortable basic hotel which is just about close enough to walk to the beach, but if like us you have your car to explore the area, which I recommend, then this hotel is not for you.

The hotel states it has free parking but there is no dedicated car park. Parking is only free if you happen to find a space outside on the street which is close to never. It caused us much stress to find parking outside and nearby often having to use other car parks and other streets to park in which are not free. The staff are aware of this problem but not much could be done. Parking in Martial is a nightmare so you are better off finding a hotel that has a carpark.

We also didn't have WiFi for the first 4 days of our stay which was also inconvenient.

Overall it was more stressful and hassle than we'd hoped.

The location was perfect! Hotel staff was pleasant, attentive, and truly interested in our comfort and satisfaction with everything. They also helped us find transportation and made recommendations. Martil is a lovely beach town and Suite Martil has the perfect accommodations for our family of 5.

I would call this a motel

Stopped over at the hotel for 2 nights and I can only describe the hotel room as basic. There were no utensils despite having a kitchenette in the room. I also find it pretty funny that the hotel has a limited number of hair dryers, that each guest has to take turns to. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my hands on one throughout my stay and had to leave the hotel with wet hair. The only plus side to the hotel is it's location - The beach/ convenient stores in walking distance and Tetouan is about 15 minutes drive away.

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay! The staff even popped a couple of bags of popcorn we brought! Parking was easy and checkout went quickly. I wish the breakfast had more options for a non bread eater like meats or fruit, but overall it was a great hotel that we will return to.

Good location in the center about 10mn walk to the cornish. Lovely and very helpful staff. Brand new furniture. Just the shower needs a better way than the cheap curtain that when you taje a shower it become a mess. But for the money value this is a good stay for a a day or 2

l'hotel par lui meme est bien le personnel n'est pas du tout a la hauteur de l'établissement
le petit déjeuner est médiocre la salle de restaurant est salle non entretenue des trous au plafond avec en prime des poussières qui descendent droit dans votre assiette
le chef de partie si il est chef de partie ce qui m'étonnerait vraiment est un grossier personnage qui manque d'hygienne aussi bien vestimentaire que corporel (et il dirige un restaurant soit disant 3*) qui ne sait que donner des ordres a des serveurs dévoués qui ne font qu'avec les moyens qu'ils ont.
je suis allé me plaindre plusieurs fois a la réception de son attitude mais ils me répondent qu'il savait mais n'ont jamais remédié au problème.
du coup tellement marre de cette ambiance désagréable nous sommes partis deux jours avant la fin de notre séjours avec en prime insulte de ce fameux chef de restaurant.
je tiens a souligner l'efficacité des femmes de ménages quand meme.
pour finir je ne conseillerai pas cet établissement nous avons trouver ailleurs pour finir notre séjour dans un vrai 3* avec un très bon service.

Les draps tachés pas d’oreiller et les lits jamais fait. Même en faisant la remarque à la réception les draps n’ont pas été changés. A Plusieurs reprises j’ai manifesté mon mécontentement auprès du service clientèle qui sont restés sans réponses. Ou une réponse juste pour me satisfaire sur le moment.
Au petit déjeuner on a eu un gardien des buffets. La personne était là pour nous dire ce qu’on doit prendre et à quelle quantité ou alors il refusait d’approvisionner le buffets. Il se permettait même de dire ne prenait pas autant si vous pensais pas le finir. Une personne très désagréable.
Bref j’en ai fait des hôtels mais celui la est le pire. A décommandé il ne faut surtout pas y aller.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unangemessen. Der Service sollte viel besser werden. Was sehr mager ist, ist das Frühstück. Wenn man spät zum Frühstück kommt, ist es fast leer am Frühstücksbüffet und Nachfüllen geht nicht. Beim Abendessen wird lange gewartet und das Essen kommt kalt.
