This is a very good budget hotel . The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful . The only issue is the noise at night from the club next door . I can deal with a certain level of noise but this was intolerable . Thumping beats from about midnight onwards .
Impossible to sleep , even with ear plugs .
I left after one night as I couldn’t deal with it .
Mustapha at reception was very helpful when I decided to leave .
If you can take the noise then everything else is good .
Nice breakfast .

Wonderful Hotel Experience in Fethiye!

We had a long and issue fraught day of travelling from Athens (via Rhodes) and got off of the ferry feeling exhausted and disheartened. What a lovely surprise to be directed to this hotel by a fellow at the terminal. The desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had a bit of a view of the harbour from our balcony. The shower was excellent. The free breakfast, served on the 5th floor was lovely and the view, nothing short of breathtaking. All of this at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend it!

Pictures can be deceiving. I believe another reviewerer mentioned strong smell of smoking and ridiculously saggy mattresses that might be at least 20 years old. I finally convinced them to let me change and ended up in a room with faulty heating and disgustingly stained couch. Glad I didn't pay for a so-called luxury room because that is what this was. I left in the morning. The breakfast was good as others mentioned and as it was 2 degrees c there was no street noise. Overpriced for sure.

DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE. I reserved this hotel for one night, as part of a 3 week trip in Turkey.

The hotel is horrible
1 it is located in the middle of a market. You can hear the voices of people buying and selling until very late 2 am AS IF THEY WERE IN YOUR ROOM.
2 Also, We could hear the conversations and the water pipes every time someone flushed a toilet in room ña nearby.I am a great sleeper and don’t normally care about noice, but trust me, this was crazy
3 The only small window looks into a dumpster.
4 The mattresses are like jelly. Impossible to sleep in. .
5 The air conditioner has capacity only for half the room (we are at 40 degrees C).
6 The room is in very bad shape: dirty, dark, cramped and strongly smells like cheap detergent. Furniture is inTerrible condition (look pictures: holes, missing parts, dirty spots etc.)
7 The laundry bags were laid in the hallway floor for hours.

Throughout this journey, I have stayed in very nice, clean and comfortable placesf for similar and even lower prices. This place is way too expensive for what it offers. And Ia am a very easy to please client.
A TOTAL SCAM. So AVOID this place by all means.

Hotel is located in the corner of the city next to the mariner which is the focal point and hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel room was clean and pleasant . It was large in size with good air conditioning, very useful during hot summer days!! It had wooden furniture with a very large king size bed. Nice wooden floor which were slightly uneven though. If you like night life there are lot of late night bars playing
music until midnight. Overall very good hotel with excellent breakfast served in the morning. Totall recommend the hotel!!!

Unfortunately it is impossible to sleep at night. The music from the cafes is really loud. The music from the cafe under our room was played until 12 pm, but from the other cafes it was played until 4:30 am. I could not sleep at all. We had booking for another night, but I canceled the reservation.
And for the rest the hotel is ok. There is great breakfast. The staff is good. The location is comfortable except for the music.

I had some dental work done just around the corner from this hotel so it was very convenient for me. I read a lot of reviews saying that it was very noisy because of the bars and nightclubs in the area but this was not my experience. The location is great - close to the waterfront and the ferry to Rhodes and right in the heart of Old Town shopping. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast is the best I have had so far in my travels around Turkey!

5 minutes to the Fethiye port for ferry to Rohdes and other Island's .
Just beware night clubs in close proximity to hotel. Loud music all hours of the night till early hours in the morning, so if you are looking to have a good night sleep I'm afraid you won't be in luck.
However they were very accommodating they gave us another room, thats subject to availability.

The Infinity Hotel is an acceptable option for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended visit. During my stay, I found the room and hotel amenities to be quite dated, in need of a refresh. The mattress wasn't very comfortable, and the room itself felt small. One major drawback was the lack of noise cancellation in the rooms, resulting in loud music blaring from local bars until 3 am, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep due to the constant disturbances.

Although I booked this hotel based on excellent reviews, I felt there was much more to be desired in terms of comfort and tranquility.

On the bright side, the property's location in the heart of the old town was convenient, with the port/marina close by, offering plenty to see and do just outside the hotel's doors.

I and my family recently had a two-night stay at the Infinity City Hotel in Fethiye, Turkey, and unfortunately, it was far from impressive. The first and foremost issue was the lack of parking facilities. There was no parking available on-site, nor were there instructions provided at the time of booking on where to park nearby. This proved to be a significant inconvenience.

The noise levels were another major concern. The hotel's soundproofing was simply inadequate, with noise from the street and other guests disrupting my sleep on both nights. An upgrade to the quality of their windows could certainly help address this issue.

The comfort of the rooms was subpar as well. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which, combined with the noise issue, led to a poor night's sleep. The quality of the provided amenities such as soap and shampoo was also very low, which is not what one expects from a hotel in this price range.

Additionally, the air conditioning system did not function properly. Given the summer temperatures in Fethiye, the lack of efficient cooling made the room uncomfortably hot.

On a positive note, the hotel's proximity to Fethiye port was commendable. This could be appealing to those who plan to partake in marine activities or enjoy the sea views.

However, overall, I found my stay at the Infinity City Hotel disappointing and wouldn't recommend it without significant improvements to its facilities and services.

The main problem is bad soundproofing and the noise from outside. The hotel is located nearby the nightlife area, and the music there is outrageously loud. For example, I couldn't really hear the TV in my room, while I could make out the lyrics of the song from outside.
Housekeepers for some reason were leaving the balcony door wide open after leaving every day in December, and the room was very cold by the time I was coming back and insects from the outside were flying around the room. Not cool.

We have stayed in the Infinity countless times as it is absolutely central in Fetiye. The service is so friendly, the breakfasts are great. One small downside was on our last trip we were given a smaller room which was too small and the bathroom needed some work.
It would not stop us booking again in a heartbeat.

Pros: Perfect touristic location!!!A lot of shopping dining areas around. The street was full of entertaining options and safe area.A lot of taxis and Avis rental car nearby. People knew the English language and they were welcoming. Staff at the hotel are very sweet!
Cons: Hotel is old. The walls are thin and you start hearing the cleaning ladies early in the morning in the nearby rooms.When we came back to our room in the afternoon, the room was still not clean yet;They are very slow at cleaning.
Be careful of ants in the balcony, always keep your room glass door closed.
A/c at night hits you in the face, so we just slept the other way around

This was my second visit to Infinity City Hotel. It's an unpretentious but very comfortable place. Breakfast is good. The ladies cook the eggs to order and pour the hot drinks to order too. Rooms are cleaned daily unless you request otherwise. The manager and receptionists all speak English well. I was upgraded to a Jacuzzi room because I was initially put in a standard room instead of a deluxe one. And the location in the Old City is fantastic. The marina is only a 3 minute walk away. All in all, it's great value for the money and the staff works hard to make the stay memorable.

The location is quite good for any Fethiye stay. You will need a car to go to beaches but keep in mind there is no free parking just like anywhere else there. We felt lucky to find parking spot nearby. Cleanliness was satisfactory. The price is now elevated after months of pandemic slowdown, it is still average for the area. Breakfast was included in our deal and it was decent.

It's very concerning that the staff aren't taking the coronavirus pandemic seriously. The person behind the front desk never wore a mask when speaking to people. The other staff wear masks sometimes. For breakfast, the indoor dining tables weren't blocked off and several people ate indoors - without masks, which is very dangerous given that coronavirus transmission mostly happens via people speaking indoors. Given their lax attitude, it also made me wonder if the room was sanitized properly prior to our arrival. We did not feel safe staying here.

We stayed at Infinity hotel for six nights towards the end of October and had a great time.
The location was brilliant, just a few minutes from the marina and the ferry port & the hotel is actually located within a shopping centre. You step outside and there are shops & restaurants with plenty of places to eat within 50 meters of the hotel or walk down to the marina more options.
Infinity was less than a five minute walk to the ferry port, where we hopped on and went to Rhodes for the day. We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade, the rooms are really spacious and very clean. The breakfast is really good, basic but enough to keep you going until lunch. There was a freshly baked cake each morning which was always very yummy.
All the staff, from reception to the cleaners were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
The icing on the cake would have been if the hotel had a pool, but the hotels which did have pools allow you access to use their facilities (which we did use).
I would stay here again

Lovely 2 night stay, hotel is in a great location in the old town and 2 minute walk to the marina. Great breakfast spread every morning and the women who work in the kitchen in the mornings are very friendly and a great asset to the hotel. The only slight negative is the wifi constantly logs you out if you leave your phone for more than 10 minutes but good signal when connect and you aren’t on holiday to sit on your phone all day. I’d very much recommend this hotel if you are staying in Fethiye.

The rooms were clean, the staff extremely friendly especially the ladies who run the kitchen. The breakfast buffet was a brilliant blend of Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, with piping hot cheese omelettes and eggs also available. And ofcourse the unlimited coffee is always welcome! The staff also baked us goodbye treats which were really appreciated. Keep it up!
