Amazing hotel, perfect for a relaxing week away with my wife. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, from front of house, through room service, and in the restaurant area. We had a 'delux suite with sea view', exceptional in every way. We mixed our time in the room (balcony and terrace area with hot/cold tub) and around the pool, all with exceptional views of the marina and background mountains, beautiful. On some levels it is wrong to highlight individuals (I haven't caught all staff names but I re-iterate everyone is first class), but I have to mention Alina, who was helpful throughout pre-arrival, and for the duration of our stay, including invaluable guidance on things to do: we had great experiences including local spa, visiting ruins, day trip to Oludeniz including a reasonably priced private boat hire tour to Butterfly Valley for a few hours, horse riding, day trip to Rhodes......
Oh, and the Turkish breakfast is 10/10. A perfect holiday, top marks, thank you.

What a beautiful and well kept hotel. I think it has been completely renovated since the main photos on this site were taken - they don’t do it justice. The gardens and pool
area is also fabulous, with a lovely shaded plunge pool and a full sized pool in the sunshine.
We had a room with 2 balconies and a jacuzzi bath.
Where the hotel could improve was on service: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but when I was by the pool there were often no towels out and trying to find someone to take food and drinks orders was tricky sometimes. Aside from that, top marks.

Just absolutely perfect. Only problem is that I didn't book for longer and I really want to try the other more luxurious rooms - mine was the classic and was still ridiculously exceptional. I didn't have to worry about a thing the team were so helpful and thoughtful - providing me with transport to local spots, suggestions for day activities and then just the hotel itself is so so stunning. There's even lot of lovely kitties around that are all so cute and I loved that it was an Adult only booking. Perfect for if you just need some chill. The views from the restaurant were unreal - and the perfect setting for any meal. I adore it and it will be a fave to return to when in the area. What's even better is that they have 2 sister hotels not a stones throw away - but with their own aesthetic (I walked by one on the way to the other for spa treatments). Means I get to try the same level of service but mix it up if I want a different spot. Hotel Unique is definitely that tho - and it's got a spot in my heart. I'll go back again and again.

Absolutely loved our 2 night stay at the Unique to finish our 12 nights in Turkey. From the greeting in reception when we arrived to arranging the transfer to the airport none of the staff could have been more friendly or helpful. The superior room was fabulous, big comfy bed and lots of quirky features. Used the Nude restaurant on site for lunch and dinner as well as the amazing breakfast during our stay, all were excellent and great value. Easily walkable to the old town and beyond, with amazing views of the marina from the pool area, will 100% book again when next in the area. Many thanks to all staff who looked after us and made us feel so welcome. A truly special hotel from a frequent traveller

This hotel lives up to its name. It is truly unique. Because it is straddling the mountain, there are several outdoor walkways with beautiful views from different levels. The restaurant is beautiful. It is mostly outdoor and had several large terraces to sit on and enjoy the views while having a meal. Our room was spacious with great amenities and powerful A/C. The staff are very kind and helpful and truly go above and beyond. We ended up coming back to stay a 2nd time… The entrance to the hotel is from a narrow street that looks a bit run down but don’t let the surroundings deceive you. You will not regreat staying at Unique.

Myself Neil & my wife Anita Howard spent a week at Hotel Unique Boutique Class. The hotel was perfect in every sense, we had a Deluxe Suite with amazing views out over Fethiye’s Marina and harbour area to the front and its hillside behind. The suite was immaculate & spacious along with a comfortable bed. Hotel Unique has an authentic Turkish feel with many old traditional working implements that take you back to a bygone age….The hotels infinity swimming pool looks out over the Marina beyond as has ample sunbathing areas along with several private cabana’s . The restaurant has a wide and varied choice of cuisine and a generous breakfast was provided. We will definitely return to Hotel Unique and its quirky charm along with luxurious style.

The pictures online of the hotel don’t always do it justice. Amazing location with beautiful views over the bay and marina. We had room 502 and the attached photos are the view from our balcony. Would definitely ask for this room if we stayed again!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately my partner broke her ankle whilst on a boat trip, and spent two days in hospital. All of the staff were enquiring after her by name, and insisting that if I needed anything I just need to ask.

Upon her return they were always on hand to help, and asking her how she was.

To this end I would say if you have mobility/assistance issues, you should be aware there are steep steps up to reception from the street, and also to access parts of the pool and restaurant area. There are lifts in the hotel to all floors with rooms but there will still be stairs to negotiate.

The restaurant itself serves excellent food at a reasonable price with amazing views again of the marina and bay.

Fabulous infinity pool to cool off in after a nap in the spacious day beds where waiter service is frequent.

Very nice hotel with fair value. Great staff . Would reconmend. Only negitive is the owners are obsesed with profit so they are doing the little things to cut costs. Example Freash scueezed orange juice replaced with cheap orage drink. Only get one room cay so forci g you to kill the power and ac to the room when your out. So always return to a hot room. Tissue for dinner towel napkins for a higher end resturant.
Not a deal breaker but a irritation with a hotel of this caliber.

This was a superb propert. We had a bad start as the lot was full, we drove past it and it turned out it’s on a dead end street and my husband had the scariest backing up ever. But when we got there they helped us park. The initial greeting was not the warmest but everyone else was fabulous. Our room was large and very beautiful and had great sea views from the window and balcony. It was super hot and we’d hiked on the morning so we just stayed there. We spent a couple of hours at the pool overlooking the city and sea and then had a wonderful (not cheap but worth it) dinner there in their beautiful restaurant with beautiful views. Their included breakfast was terrific, we could easily walk down some steps to the marina and then to the old town area of the city.

This had to be my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at and that is saying a lot! My room was huge with a balcony looking to the marina. All the amenities were superb, comfy bed, complimentary water, coffee and tea. A mini bar and the best shower I’ve had in Turkiye. The pool area was just lovely and the included breakfast (choice of English or Turkish) was abundant and delicious. Also their restaurant for dinner was so good that I ate there both nights I stayed which I am not likely to do. I was quite sad having to leave by their checkout time is noon so I spent the morning by the pool hanging with the lovely cats that live in the vicinity. Will stay here again and highly recommend!

I chose thus hotel based on reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. From my first step into reception I was warmly greeted, helped with ny luggage and informed about the hotel amenities. I was upgraded to another balcony room.. the room was beautifully furnished, a view over the marina, and a king bed. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. Dinner was amazing. I chose a mix of meze's and they were fantastic. Breakfast was a choice of English or Turkish. Again, delicious. I'll be back for sure

What a magnificent stay!

Breakfast: 10/10. Your choice if Turkish or English, but we HIGHLY recommend the Turkish breakfast. Staff were also amazing - attentive, friendly, and great English.

Room: We stayed in a beautiful room with stone walls, modern shower, and a separate bathtub. Bed was very comfortable and AC was divine!

Location: Short walk to Fethiye downtown. Close to everything but very quiet!

Amenities: the restaurant is beautiful and scenic, definitely a vibe! Pool area is also modern and fresh. We spent our fair share of time lounging there. Valet parking was also very helpful, as the streets can be tricky for parking.

Overall: What else to say? This place is FABULOUS. 10/10 would recommend!!

Wow from start to finish. From the time we walked in to the time we checked out this place has been amazing. From Alina at reception to Dogha at the restaurant service was outstanding. A little oasis in the hustle & bustle of Fethiye. The service in the hotel was excellent,friendly and extremely polite. Alena & Chulet were superstars! A really lovely warm and friendly atmosphere all round.
Amazing views over the marina. A few minutes walk to the old town & promenade.
The only downside was that the pool is not heated. We visited late April and the pool was like an ice bath!
Apart from this I couldn’t fault the hotel and would definitely recommend.

Very cute rooms that are clean, stylish and comfortable. When we initially checked into our room, the bathroom had not yet been cleaned. Mistakes happen with housekeeping, we understand this. We told the staff and they immediately apologized and moved us to a different and bigger room that was perfect. They also brought us some champagne and a fruit bowl. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would return. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit limited, but the staff will park your car for you if you can’t find any.

Upgraded to a superior room with a jacuzzi. Two balconies with spectacular view of the marina and the sea. Price is very reasonable due to Covid. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Did not try breakfast because I was going for the paragliding and the staff offers to make me a sandwich to go.

World Class

My fiancé and I travelled to Fethiye and booked this hotel for five days on a recommendation of a friend. This is a world class hotel. The architecture is breathtaking. Rooms are out of this world. See picture attached. Probably the largest room I have stayed in. Tremendous ocean view. We absolutely fell in love with this place.

The service is outstanding. The staff is hospitable and highly responsive. We only had dinner once at the restaurant but it was memorable. Breakfast met the high expectations of my Turkish fiancé.

We plan to return to Fethiye for a month and we will be staying at this hotel. Thank you for such a lovely experience. Truly wonderful!

Good service, convenient, but location is poor.

We booked this at the last moment on arrival in Fethiye since our chosen hotel could not accomodate us earlier. The reception staff were most helpful in making a car space available, which is very limited in front of the hotel. Our room was very spacious and the extra large bed very comfortable, better than most. The decor is attractive & rustic but erring on looking dirty.
Breakfast is either Turkish or cooked English. You cannot serve yourself. Not a problem for one night but longer with little choice, no thanks. My scrambled eggs were a tasteless mess.
The gardens were damp because the location attracts little sunshine. Overall nice to a degree, but not for a long term stay.

Good location, excellent breakfast,friendly staff especially Ms Marina and Ms Onfom and all young people at the reception. The room is lovely but shower needs to be fixed well.Parking area is small and required more organization . Unfortunately , some of the young gests did not wear mask at lobby or corridors. I believe this is irresponsible behaviours and the hotel must impose more strict on that . I will check in again if visit fethiya in future.

Do not book any boat trip from hotel.

Still a lovely hotel!

The Hotel Unique is a lovely little boutique hotel situated very close to the centre of Fethiye. We have stayed here for several years now because of its excellent location & good amenities. Despite being so close to Fethiye town the hotel is very peaceful. The pool, restaurant and bedrooms are well looked after. The staff are always friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
My only negatives are that the coffee at breakfast is terrible, I know other guests feel the same! Not sure why the hotel has never invested in a proper coffee machine. Also having stayed here over the last few years, since the hotel opened, I would say that some fixtures & fittings could do with a refresh. That said, I would still consider staying here again next year.

Quirky Little Hotel

Our week stay at Hotel Unique was wonderful -great location and very friendly staff. Love the quirkiness of the hotel, the decor and the fact that my wife’s breakfast requests were always accommodated.

One thing which could have been better was the fact that we were expecting a sea view room when we made the reservation but the room we got was really a pool view room directly by the pool. We had fully expected the view we saw shown on the booking website. But you win some and you lose some.

Great staff, great view, great stay!

We had a 6-night stay at Hotel Unique in August 2020. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Concierge lady Marina was exceptionally helpful when it comes to providing recommendations for activities and helping us book excursions. We were very satisfied with the recommendations the hotel made for us. A few other times we needed assistance in making reservations and staff at the front desk were all able to help.

Breakfast at the property is served until 10:30am on weekdays and 11am on weekends. There is an option for Turkish breakfast and English breakfast. They are also able to fulfill your requests as best as they could. We have had lunch, dinner and drinks at the bar on property as well and we enjoyed all the food we've had thoroughly.

The location is very convenient in Fethiye. Old town is within 10 min walk with all the shops and the restaurants on the water offers music entertainment well into the night should you wish to stay out late. The property itself also offers fantastic views of the marina during sunset, especially from the pool and restaurant areas, or rooms on higher floors with balconies.

Visiting during a pandemic calls for special caution. Hotel Unique made us feel safe with disinfected areas and ample room for social distancing.

Overall, we had a lovely first visit in Fethiye and Hotel Unique made our experience seamless and stress-free. Would love to return and stay here again!

This was our fourth stay at Hotel Unique and although the hotel is really lovely, it didn’t quite live up to the experience we’ve had on previous occasions. We booked a standard room this time (all that was a available at the time of booking) - the room was a good size although I was disappointed not to have a proper balcony. Part of the shower door was also missing which meant our bathroom floor was always soaked after showering. We mentioned this to reception and asked to have extra foot/floor towels delivered to the room but unfortunately they never materialised. The pool area is great - very peaceful with comfortable loungers and cabanas. Breakfast is very good, although the menus given to guests suggest you need to pay extra for Turkish or English breakfasts when in fact they are available at no extra cost. This could have been made clearer. The staff at breakfast are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location, the main reason we have stayed here on numerous occasions. Nice views over the marina and walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would return but would definitely avoid a standard room.

Lovely boutique hotel with amazing views

Visited Fethiye for a wedding and was unsure of the hotels. Fortunately, Unique hotel was a fabulous experience. Cute boutique hotel overlooking the Marina and 4 minute walk to the shops. Unforgettable views. We had the suite one the 5th floor with the jacuzzi and a balcony, we didn’t want to leave! And the service was amazing! Such friendly staff (unlike Istanbul). I would recommend for any couple wanted to take a relaxing vacation. Best to rent a car if you want to explore the serval beaches around (Sun City Beach and Kidrak Beach).

Great location, amazing views and helpful staff. Only downside was limited breakfast. No buffet choices as they brought a menu e-card which offered choice of eggs, toast or pancakes but no accompaniments available such as cheeses, ham, bacon etc, full Turkish and English breakfast available at extra cost.
Rooms were lovely, big bathroom and bed, lovely patio. Tea/coffee making in room. Good TV channels. Complimentary products in bathroom plus 2 bottles of water each day

We paid nearly £500 for 3 nights in a room with outdoor hot tub which we could not use for 2 nights as there was a smell of sewerage when the jets were turned on
We were given a £60 refund unbelievable
