Renovated hotel all the way at the end of a busy Marina/downtown which makes it a quiet place. Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly. Even though the room was updated there still was a slight smell of cigarettes in it:(

Marina Boutique was in a really good location, quiet and by the water. The pool and wifi was excellent, the room comfortable apart from a faint smell of cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room. The restaurant was excellent and the service and staff friendly and efficient. I will stay there again, no question.

I really like where this hotel is located. It's nice and quiet, round the end of the harbour. Lovely views across the bay. I like the fact that it also looks over the boat repair yards as this makes for visual interest and character. We stayed there because we were borrowing a boat moored there - but in fact I'd stay there again in any case. We had very good food (dinner) at a decent price, could park easily, quiet, comfortable and air-conditioned - and really good value for money. Have stayed in much more expensive marina hotels in Fethiye than this and I liked this one much better.

we first stayed here 1 year after it had opened a few years ago and loved it, unfortunately it does not look as if any maintenance has been done to the rooms since then! Carpets were heavily stained and if not for the free slippers I would have had trouble walking on them ugh! , wallpaper was hanging off the walls in places too. The exterior and common areas were fine and well maintained.
Some of the staff were excellent and very helpful did every thing that was asked of them although some of these things should have been done already ie cups and milk at breakfast they provided cereal but had to ask for milk this was every day and not just once. Beautiful setting but I think the old report saying \"could do better applied\"

Hotel is at the south end of Fethiye bay in Karagosla sandwiched between 2 very active, busy and some times noisy boat yards.
We enjoyed it as you can watch what is happening and it's amazing to sea a Gulet pulled from the water by 4 guys a steel rope and a capstan

Hotel needs some updating, new carpets the sauna and Turkish bath were inoperative and things were a bit scruffy
Having said that it has a lovely vibe great staff and we loved it here
Breakfast included is always plentiful and a great variety of very good offerings.
Fethiye old town is also good fun with great food and interesting markets
Dolmus to and from hotel are frequent all day and night however walking to the centre is good and safe

Gorgeous View Gorgeous Gardens

Loved the hotel. Away from the crowds but easily accessible to all sites via minibus. Staff are outstanding. The pool was clean and refreshing. The gardens outside the restaurant are beautiful. Watching the boats was surreal. I will definitely be back.

Fethiye hotel

Marina Vista is a pleasant small hotel on the outskirts of Fethiye town. This was not a challenge as there are plenty of inexpensive Dolmus around. Being next to a working boat-yard may seem off putting but watching the work and the launching of the boats was fascinating. Great staff, especially in reception, who were most helpful at all times.
If I were to go back then that would not be a disappointment as the overall experience was good.

Good time at Marina Vista.

Great time here. Hotel is at the quiet end of town but well situated. A small bus (Dolmas) passes every 5/10 mins and costs 2Tl. Food is good but don't expect the Full English treatment. Lovely patio to eat and drink on. Nice small clean pool. Good friendly staff. Lovely beds and good Air con. Small grounds and no kids play stuff.

The hotel was nice, rooms clean and modern. Its in a really strange area of Karagozler right in the middle of a working ship yard which is not ideal, You will need a car to get into town. Parking outside the hotel was easy and free. Nice pool. Breakfast could be taken inside or outside on the dock of a little marina. Breakfast included in the price is not good and we preferred to go into town and buy a proper breakfast. Also room was booked for double occupancy but hotel charged me an extra 50YTL which was annoying. AC in rooms was good but the main parts of the hotel werent air conditioned.

Top Class Hotel

This perfect hotel is situated about 15 mins walk outside of Fethiye, the Dolmus stops right outside the hotel and takes you into the centre of Fethiye, this takes around 5 mins.
This is a first class hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms are spacious with massive bathrroms. Ours had a separate shower and large bath again with a shower. It was spotless and cleaned every day with clean towels. The room had \"air con\" and flat screen TV, well stocked mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. The pool area was again a joy, pool beds, tables and umberalla's. Pool towels were free of charge and placed out for use each day. The breakfasts were of a good standards and there was lots of choice. We ate by the pool at lunch times and again an extensive menu. The location of the hotel on its own private marina was heaven. It was quiet with the odd sound coming from the boat yard next door. The pool area was very quiet often with only us sat by it for the majority of the day - Heaven. Meals were taken sitting next to the marina with a view to die for. The staff were professional and very friendly, this hotel lives totally up to its \"boutique\" standard. I would give this 10/10 and am booking again for next year. Well done Marina Vista - total credit to all the staff.

Turkey honeymoon plus Hanan

Staff were very helpful and the room was simply great! Views over the bay and marina. We watched the rising sun and took photos of the stunning scenes.We had a couple of Turkish baths with massages at the hotel which were the best we've experienced.We highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort, views, great staff. All at a reasonable price too!

It's the dolmus that makes it so great

The hotel is just past the edge of town, in an area that is very quiet at night, it is between two transitional shipyards where you can see wooden boats being made in the daytime – we had no issue with noise from the shipyards. The bar is in a separate building by the pool and the hotel does not get the sort of guest that wish to have a “night life” – so gives a good night’s sleep.
(It is let down a bit at weekends due to the FezTravel tours using the hotel however they soon departed on their day trips giveing us back our nice hotel.)

Our room was very nice, we had nothing to complain about with the breakfasts and the few nights we ate in the hotel the food was very good, but as we like Turkish food we got the dolmus into town most nights. The hotels evening menu is very “western”.

The dolmus stops just outside the hotel and takes about 10 minutes to get into the centre of Fethiye, I don’t recall ever having to wait more than 10 minutes for a dolmus and they cost under £1 per person.

The views from the rooms on the higher level are very good, they were happy to move us to a high level room as soon as one become free.

If you are looking for a quality hotel with very good access to Fethiye in a quiet area, then the Marina Vista Fethiye is hard to beat, we are already talking about our next holiday there.

Marina overnight

This was a nice stay, comfortable bed, but far from the downtown shopping area. The breakfast is very nice and it's nice to have a stand-up shower and a soaker tub with a shower. Downside: You need a car to stay here or I suppose you can look into a bus or a shuttle. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms on the same floor - so for non-smokers like us, not so nice when you open your room door.

Not worth the money paid, average hotel.

The rooms are ok, view of the water from our floor was not very good the next floor up would have been better. Location is good if you want quite, it is right on the edge of town. If you want to be near town (or near anything really) then I would not recommend this hotel. Food average. Was charged for the room on checkout although we had already paid through Expedia. We did sort it out with the hotel and it was their mistake but still had to hassle a bit to get it resolved.

Lovely Hotel away from the \"Hoopla\"

Very nice hotel with very friendly people, is a little out of town but think this was a good thing, still had regular buses going past if you want to head in.

Great service, great setting for the hotel and lovely to sit on the waterfront having a good meal.

Room was spacious and had everything one needs.

Definitely Recommend, unless you want to be near the beach or the town.

Wonderful staff and luxurious accommodation

The staff at the Marina Vista are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. All the rooms have views of Fethiye Bay and are beautifully appointed. My bed was enormous and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and modern, fitted out with granite tiles and featuring a power shower, large hand basin and a selection of toiletries. I imagine the Marina Vista is a new hotel as nothing in the rooms or the public spaces shows any sign of wear.

The swimming pool is nice for cooling off from the fierce midday sun and I never experienced a problem getting a sun lounger. The restaurant opens out onto a garden area leading directly to the small marina and the food was good and not overpriced. The buffet beakfast was a little disappointing as no real coffee was available, just nescafe from a push-button machine, and no fruit juice. However, this is a minor point and would not stop me from giving my wholehearted recommendation to this hotel for any stay in Fethiye.

we spent 4 days in the hotel. We had rented a car and drove to Pamukkale, Oludeniz and Dalya. The hotel is in a walking distance from the centre of town (beautiful beach side restaurants and fish market where you can pick the fish of your choice and have it made in the nearby restaurant). The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, just like any average Turkish person would be. We have received great advice from staff as to where to go and what to do. We chose the hotel because it had Turkish bath and sauna and outdoor pool. The staff was particularly kind and friendly during breakfast time. Turkish people love animals, the restaurant had a mom cat and 4 kitties. Both, us and the staff were feeding them. Great experience, I would go back there any time again.

See Fethiye from the other side of the bay

The room, located on the top floor, was clean and modern, with wide sliding glass doors accessing the balcony. Lighting ranged from ceiling fixtures to mood lighting around the headboard and over the desk and even reading lights by the bed. The bathroom was covered in marble on all sides, giving the feel of luxury. The boat yard next door was not an issue in the slightest. The noise from there in the early evening was unobtrusive, and they do not appear to work before 9 in the morning. The views across Fethiye Bay are excellent. The restaurant offers dining under the stars with an international menu and attentive service. Parking was free and convenient. The only minor issue was the (lidded) trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied from the previous guest. The location isn't in the heart of town, but if views, good service and a place away from the madding crowd are important, then the Marina Vista is the choice for you.

Quiet newly refurbed hotel very close to Fethiye.

great quiet hotel: ideal for couples or others looking for a relaxing holiday. not for families wanting entertainment, pool slides, etc.
just been refurbished: rooms and facilities to a very high standard.
located just outside of Fethiye (probably a bonus), but easily centre of town easily accessible via town buses (every few couple of mins from outside the entrance) or taxi after 11.30pm.
located in the middle of a large working boatyard, which is great if you are into boats, but there can be some noise during the day of boat-related engines/drills/etc (far preferable in my mind to constant music piped to the poolside, which this hotel does have at times, but they will turn it off if you ask.).
we were very happy with our holiday, but we always planned on a quiet and relaxing retreat.

Delux oda seçmeme rağmen balkonsuz küvetsiz küçük bir odada konakladık. Delux seçeneğinin sadece havuz ve deniz gören küçük bir oda olduğunu bilseydim daha az para ödeyip standart oda seçerdim. Havuzu güzel ve temizdi. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltıyı direkt marinada yapıyor olmakta keyifliydi.
