This resort is amazing. We came back for a second time, and will be returning again and again! It feels like a beautiful tropical oasis that isn’t noisy or busy. It’s calm, peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect vacation for all ages. The staff are incredible and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a great one! The food is excellent and so are the drinks!

The beautiful grounds, the pools and areas so clean, very quiet and relaxing in atmosphere. Chairs always available on beach or around pool.
We had a full kitchen ocean view room on 7th floor which was very clean and comfortable in every aspect. A quick cab ride to Soriana provided what we needed to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony or evening drinks admiring the spectacular sunsets.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy parking - although rental car not needed. Inexpensive and safe Taxi or Uber to downtown from Marina. Clean room and facilities. Courteous staff. Nice beach and pools. Able to play pickleball on the cement slab, activities had a net, paddles, balls and markers. Wished there were happy hour deals at the pool bar.

We booked a room with an ocean view but didn’t receive one. We were told at check in that view rooms weren’t guaranteed We were told that in 2 days, we could check out of our room and move up to a higher floor. We signed paperwork for this move. On that day, they said that they didn’t have any records of our request.

The activity staff, the bellhops and the front counter staff are all very excellent. The continuing problem is the condition of the rooms, namely the plumbing issues with leaking faucets, and poor water pressure in the showers. Otherwise everything is great.

This is the second time we have stayed here over the past two years. The first time we were so impressed we booked again; this time we were quite displeased with the changes and lack of customer service. At check in we were given a subterranean unit on the 1st floor with a view of the base of the palm trees - directly across from the parking lot with jackhammering construction daily. We had imagined due to how Expedia portrays the suites that we would have a higher level view unit like we did before - and when asked at the front desk were told those were only for owners NOT Expedia guests; upon further discussion we were able to get the hotel to change our room for an 8th floor unit a few days later. The front desk service has become VERY unpleasant; the activities staff are amazing; the food at the beach restaurant is wonderful; the place is well located - but it's obvious that they put little or no upgrades into the property - this will be our last stay sadly.

Room located at a busy spot. Constantly woken by other guests in the hallways. Some critter living in the wall above the bed. I go on vacation expecting rest and relaxation and that didn’t happen being kept awake. Restaurant food was overpriced and bot good. Won’t stay there again.

Spotless rooms, helpful housekeeping staff, friendly front desk and bellman. The highlight is always the excellent staff at the recreation center by the pool. Hard to find a more dedicated and hardworking staff with continuous smiles and their water aerobics classes were fantastic!

Requested an extra frying pan never got it. The pool has no place to sit comfortably. The waiters at the restaurant were not very friendly. Pool side service was pretty much nonexistent. Property needs a refresher. Did like the marina area to explore. Room was cleaned everyday and the bed was comfortable. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor whenever taking a shower.

This is a great property that we have stayed in 9 times since 2017. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the rooms are clean, but the furniture is dated and could use a cleaning/replacing in many of them. The staff are lovely and friendly as always. The only issue we really had was the new beach loungers….they are very uncomfortable, and some had signs of wear already. We always switched out to the older style beach chairs, and hopefully they keep some of those around! All in all, it was another nice holiday and we will be returning to this great location in PV.

The location of our room was not good, way in a corner with terrible view. The lay out of the place and location of the elevators results in a lot of backtracking if you have a room \"off the beaten track\". That said, it was very clean. Staff were wonderful. Food was good but not great. We had a one bedroom the first night, the fridge seal was broken in that room. We had a two bedroom the second and third night, the microwave didn't work in that room.

We never had the breakfast, it seemed expensive. There is a little restaurant with a great cafe shop down the street. We ate breakfast there a couple time and the marina.
Staff were great very helpful, bed was comfortable, rooms were clean and well kept same with the grounds. Beach and pools were nice.

Staff were very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay. Food at the pool bar/restaurant was better than the main restaurant in our opinion, just wish it stayed open later. Service was slow at the main restaurant. Wish there was a hot tub, there was a jacuzzi looking tub attached to the pool but it was the same temp as the pool. Rooms could use updating, the soaking tub on the deck could use an update as well. Was a good experience for the cost overall.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP. We were shown to 2 rooms, which were both MOLD INFESTED and unbreathable. We decided to leave to save our lungs and health and the resort has refused a refund. The customer service is beyond HORRIBLE. DON'T WALK, RUN AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING PROPERTY.

The place was easy to get to it’s super close to the airport. Check in with as ok. The staff wasn’t friendly. Absolutely average experience customer service wise. When we got there they seemed bothered to take our drink order and took like 10 min to close the tab at the bar. Room needs remodeling. Bathtub had so much rust on it, shower curtain was paper thin, mold seemed to be on the walls… bed comfort was average. Bars/ restaurants closed very early. I will not be returning.

The stay itself was amazing. We checked in on a Wednesday and checked out on a Monday. Upon check in, we were given a price and paid it. Upon check out they informed us we owe another 3,300 pesos. We were under the impression we paid everything upfront. This is upsetting because no one said anything about a final amount until we checked out. The communication could be better

Room was ok shower old and cracking. Stove, microwave,could be windexed. Room had no balcony, no view, turned out they weren't all inclusive either. Even thought 3 adds said they were. Resteraunt and store were just gouging people. No real sign of any activities. Could have got more for my buck elsewhere

The room had a dead roach, the AC panel was about to fall, and the toilet was clogged on arrival. A simple good morning, afternoon, or good evening, we'll be right with you, goes a long way. I was never greeted anywhere; I stood around waiting to be helped. We ordered food at the pool, and our food was never delivered. We had to walk to the restaurant and collect our own food. The same thing happened at the restaurant; we waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged. The only pleasant thing was the rock painting activity the young man hosting was on point. We will never come back.

The staff was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Some went far above and beyond. The pools / pool area was awesome. Activities all day for the kiddos and adults. Food and beverages on demand. The building and rooms are understandably a bit dated but everything worked and was clean. Bathrooms were large and useful. Having a private bathroom attached to our master bedroom was a huge plus. If I had to pick out just one thing that we weren’t happy with it would be the king size bed. I prefer a firm bed as that’s what we have at home. The king mattress was absolutely brutal. It was so hard that I ended folding up a blanket to act as additional padding. If they were able to offer mattress toppers that would be great. I’m sure that would be cost prohibitive so I understand. I just think that it may be something people would want to know, especially when on a two week vacation. Otherwise I would highly recommend Club Regina as a very affordable option when visiting PV.

It's a beautiful, and slightly aging resort right on the beach. However...
Much maintenance is occurring constantly including
R I G H T O U T S I D E O U R R O O M!!
Workers were modifying planters and applying a tar-like sealant with an overpowering gasoline smell. The odor permeated underneath our room door and the smell filled the room.
We tried jamming a large towel at the door's gap and even had staff bring us a room humidifier. It took about 6 hours before we could return. Bad service methods and bad decisions on the hotel's management/maintenance.

Also, there's constant trimming of palm trees and blowing of leaves and debris with gas-powered devices...NOISEY! Even the next-door Westin resort had a weed-wacker roaring for 4 hours as we sat by the Club Regina pool. We opted to move to the beach where the surf drowned out that noise.

Aside from the resort being noisy for 5 days, the poolside restaurant was good. But the main restaurant \"Inizio\" had great food, but poor service. Waiter brought a salad for one guest, while the other ate their main course, finished it, then watched the first guest wait another 15 minutes to get their main course. Waiter could of timed the food delivery much better. Or just asked the guests. Restaurant Manager wasn't very friendly, either.

So, overall we had a 3-star stay. The hotel staff (not restaurant) was very, very friendly and accommodating including costs/fees and currency conversion.
Taxis were easily scheduled.

Glad we weren't pressured into the breakfast invitation. We said we were not interested and we were not asked about it anymore. That was awesome.

Only minor complaint. The drinks were pretty light compared to last year, even when we requested them stronger.
Wish we still had our discount for the entire stay but the policies changed with the new ownership. Our one time discount was not applied to any of our meals. Didn't think to look at that until we checked out. We kept all
Of our receipts.

Hotel was a bit dated but was very clean and staff are very helpful and courteous. Great location on the beach, great pool area and the property has lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance around rhe marina boardwalk.
We had a small leak issue with out intial room but the manager Damian was great and had us switched into another room which had a way better view. We will definitely stay there again.

No me pareció que nos hicieran esperar mas de la hora del check in para darnos la habitación, ademas solicite que estuviera lo mas cerca posible del lobby debido a que llevaba a 2 adultos mayores, sin embargo, me dieron la habitación demasiado retirada. Otro inconveniente es que cuando reserve me comentaron que tenia desayuno bufete y a la hora de hospedarnos me dijeron que tenían un mes de haberlo quitado, cuando mi reservacion la tenia desde 5 meses atrás, creo que lo debieron haber respetado.
