Where do I begin. This is worse that Fawlty Towers. The only good thing is the location.

The room was not clean at all, with a bad smell and high humidity. There was hair in the bathroom and jacuzzi, and it seemed like the rooms were never properly cleaned. I did not feel safe staying there. The breakfast was also poor, and overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. I would like to request a refund for my stay.

Our stay at the Reis Hotel was amazing! As soon as we checked in, we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. The hotel was located in a great central area, everything was very close. The breakfast received the next morning was one of the best breakfasts we received on our trip. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fethiye, we will definitely be back soon.

Absolutely do not stay at this hotel. The entire experience was horrible. We (regrettably) booked a four-night stay here. Upon entering our first room, we noticed a very strong smell of meat. We asked the staff about this and they explained that they had left the balcony doors open and the smell is quite common because there is a gyro restaurant directly below the hotel. It’s also in a terribly noisy area and the doors do nothing to silence the chaos from the street below. The next morning, we noticed that the toilet would not flush and the sink was not draining. So, we communicated this with the front desk and headed to our excursion for the day. Arriving back at the hotel, we found that all of our belongings had been moved to a different room (without our permission) and at least two expensive articles of clothing were missing from our hastily packed luggage. When asking the staff about this, they simply said that they didn’t see them. We requested to search the original room for them, and they were nowhere to be found. No solutions or apologies offered. SO frustrating! In our new room, we were welcomed by constantly chirping crickets and a giant cockroach. On night two, our air conditioning completely stopped working. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is - PLEASE look elsewhere. This hotel is not the place to stay.

Stuffy and incredibly noisy rooms
The rooms look far bigger on the picture than they are in reality. We booked this hotel because the rooms appear spacious, but the room we stayed in was small and stuffy. There is an incredible amount of noise coming from the street that you can hear very clearly in the room and continues until deep into the night, I was not able to sleep due to the sounds of loud Turkish music until 3am in the morning. The breakfast that is not buffet style (like most Turkish breakfast is) but a small plate with a only a few pieces of food, it was one of the worst Turkish breakfast I've had in my 2 months in Turkey so far. We ordered a Turkish coffee but instead they served what appeared to be instant Nescafe coffee. There is this weird mirror in the room that is see-through, so while you are on the toilet your partner could be standing in front of the mirror and see everything that is going on. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We would not recommend this hotel.

Great location right next to marina. When I was checking the hotel, Expedia showed that there is laundry facility in the hotel, and parking as well. When we get there, receptionist told us the parking is on the streets, which is center of Fethiye, so there is super busy roads and hard to find parking. Be aware. Also been told that laundry is not in the hotel, it’s onsite somewhere. We ended up paying almost 25$( 180 Turkish lira) for laundry, which is high price for That location. I Chose the hotel specifically with laundry facility( since we had road trip around Turkey), but wrong amenities descriptions. Be aware too. Rooms are cleaned, big and nice. Had to change room because of big roaches in the room ( I believe rooms wasn’t used during covid), but was Informed that rooms was recently sprayed. Not a bid deal. Overall parking and laundry was the problem.

Aged property, large rooms but dubious cleanliness
Location is splendid, just next to the beach and walking distance to the Lycian tombs. Front desk staff aren’t too helpful... Rooms are very sizable, and cleanliness in rooms are ok. However, the cleanliness for breakfast is highly suspicious! The plates have remnants of yesterday’s dinner on them, I wiped them down a few times. The big bowls of jams were in various levels, some probably been out there for a couple of weeks. What is worst is that there were little crumbs and debris floating on the jams! Part of the breakfast was obviously constituted from the left over ham from previous day... bread were tough... it was so horrendous that we decided to skip it after the first day although we paid for it. Management should seriously improve the breakfast, or just not provide it.

Everything was good. The room was comfortable and it was a good area. Housekeeping is a bit forgetful, didn't get any clean towels on one night and they gave me a dirty room that housekeeping forgot to clean when I checked in. But they promptly gave me a new room so that was good. I like the terrace restaurant but food is average.

PERFECT HOTEL FOR A SOLO FEMALE TRAVELER
Everyone at the front desk and restaurant was great. Breakfast was good. My room was nice and was always clean. When I lost power late in the evening it was fixed right away. There are several shops and restaurants around the hotel. The boats for tours and water taxi to Calais was also very close, and the shuttle bus to Oludeniz and Kayakoy were just a few blocks away. Everyone made me feel welcome and safe.

I would not recommend. The first room we tried stank of cigarette smoke. I went downstairs to let them know and was given another room. That room when we went upstairs had not been cleaned and was filthy. The time that we checked in was three hours past normal check in time. Wifi took a long time to start working and was slow when it did.

This is a lovely hotel with an amazing rooftop restaurant with spectacular views of the harbour in Fethiye...The lady on reception was totally lovely so friendly and spoke great English, my only complaint about this hotel was the size of the room we were assigned and the bathroom was designed as a wet room which is not my favourite type of bathroom because of all the water with nowhere to go once you have taken a shower...

Oda özeliklerinde kaliteli nefresim takım olarak biliniyordu , gerçekte , normal düz çarşaf , yastık ve pike. Yataklar standart ,yüksek değil ve dolap ici baya tozdu, eşya yerleşirirken mendille sildik .
Sabahları sadece kahvaltı tabağı veriliyor, her gün aynı , pek çeşitli ve seçili degildi ,ne meyve ne de bol yeşilik, tabağımızda tomatesler pek yikanmadan geliyorlardı , geri yıkanmasını istiyorduk . In the beginning they give me another room cheaper that the room that I paid, later I told them and they change the room. Internet doesn’t work and I found a cockroach in the room. The personal was unfriendly.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurde sehr sauber gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind wie auf den Bildern. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich und meine Frau würden es jedem empfehlen.

В номере на двоих с двуспальной кроватью почему-то один комплект полотенец, один халат, но зато два комплекта тапочек - так всё-таки на скольких гостей рассчитан номер? Фен, холодильник, телевизор не работал, одно окно не закрывалось т.к. поломана ручка. В урне был мусор от предыдущих гостей. В ванной остатки геля для душа и шампуня вероятно от предыдущих гостей. \"Дизайнерское\" решение со стеклом в ванной комнате просто поразило. Если один человек моется в душе и у него включён свет, а второй находится в комнате и у него свет выключен или менее яркий, то видно всё что происходит в ванной, т.е. можно подглядывать ))) А приколы со 100500 выключателями света и разных подсветок просто выбесили. Когда надо просто включить свет в ванной, то мне надо включать какой-то общий свет везде и потом только можно будет включить свет в ванной вместе с дребезжащей вытяжкой. Уж лучше сделать всё просто, но пусть оно хотя бы работает и будет понятным. Надо быть, а не казаться.

Das Hotel entspricht was auf den Fotos gezeigt wird. Zimmer gemütlich, gute Lage etc. Was inakzeptabel ist :
-Zuerst bekam ich einen Zimmerschlüssel und dieses Zimmer war noch bewohnt, also musste ich erneut in die Lobby und nachfragen. Dann bekam ich das richtige Zimmer.
-Gleich die erste Nacht wurde ich um fast 23:00 aufgeweckt (lag krank) damit das Personal 1 Bett rausholen kann für ein anderes Zimmer. Ich hatte ein twin Zimmer gebucht und die kamen einfach rein und nahmen das Bett ohne sorry wenn und aber .

-Zuerst bekam ich einen Zimmerschlüssel und dieses Zimmer war noch bewohnt, also musste ich erneut in die Lobby und nachfragen. Dann bekam ich das richtige Zimmer.
-Gleich die erste Nacht wurde ich um fast 23:00 aufgeweckt (lag krank) damit das Personal 1 Bett rausholen kann für ein anderes Zimmer. Ich hatte ein twin Zimmer gebucht und die kamen einfach rein und nahmen das Bett ohne sorry wenn und aber .

호텔 자체는 위치도 좋고 깔끔한 편이지만, 직원이 불쾌했습니다. 실내화 등 비품이 갖춰져있지않아 요청했으나 직접 룸에와서 방을 둘러보곤 우리가 가져가고 더 요청한다는 듯한 의심과함께 가져가주더군요. 매우 불쾌했습니다.

Otel konum olarak Fethiye merkezinde bu güzel. Kahvaltı dahil konaklama yaptık kahvaltı bence yeterli ve çalışan garson arkadaşların ilgisi güzel. Oda konforlarına gelince odalar kkonforlu lakin biraz gürültü alıyor içeri uykunuz normalse sorun olmaz ama tilki uykusu dediğimiz uyku modundaysanız uyanır durursunuz. Temizlik konusuna gelince hergün odamızı temiz bulduk fakat 6 gecelik konaklamamızda hergün temizlik yapılmış ama yatak çarşafları değiştirilmemişti bu yönden zayıf. İlk gün odada içecek su vardı ama geri kalan günler odaya su bile konmadı bende bu durumu bildirmedim çünkü bunu otel yetkilileri takip etmeli. Diğer bir sorun ise otelin kendine ait bir otoparkının olmaması sezonda fethiye merkezde aracınızı otele çok uzak bir noktaya park etmek zorunda kalabilirsiniz yada şanlıysanız otele yakın otoparkta yer bulabilirsiniz ( genelde hep dolu). Bunların haricinde ben başka problem yaşamadım zaten sabah kahvaltıdan sonra çıkıp akşam otele döndük. Fiyat performans dengesine göre derecelendircek olursak otel şehir oteli kategorisinde bence bu yüzden fiyat biraz yüksek. Kalinabilrlik durumuna gelince kalınabilir bir otel.

You can stay for 2 or 3 days. very noisy due to the road. Wireless bad.The breakfeast was simple and disappointing according to other hotels in Fethiye. Reception Staff are very helpful. But restaurant worker and cleaners were very rude. They were not doing their jobs properly. Also The Bathroom had separated from the room by glass. so the person who made the bath can easily be watched by others.

Kjempefint hotell! Hyggelige, hjelpsomme ansatte. Stilig og praktisk rom. Flott takterrasse med restaurant. Frokosten som på mye dyrere hotell. Vi hadde bil, og det var ikke mulig å parkere på hotellets område, men det var en rimelig parkeringsplass like ved, så det var ikke noe problem.
