The front desk staff were super responsive, helped arrange transport to the airport. The continental breakfast was very nice and the expresso coffees were great. The terrace restaurant was nice for dinner overlooking the ocean. Used the gym downstairs once, big gym lots of good equipment but a little dirty around the floors which was not to my standards for a gym. Did not use the indoor pool but it looked amazing.

Our room was nice and had a balcony with a great view of the water. We couldn’t use the pools because the outdoor ones can’t be used passed September and the indoor ones have to be booked in advance. The staff were super helpful and even called a cab for us when we got stuck.

We had an two generous Aperol Spritz which came with a packet of crisps only coming to 16 euros. All the staff were lovely and really helpful. A shout out to Daniel on reception and the woman that ran the poolbar. Our breakfast was included and had hot food such as bacon and eggs which were great. The continental choices were fantastic and the the pastries delicious. We sat out on the terrace to eat and enjoyed tea beautiful view of Capri and the mountains surrounding Sorrento.

Beautiful place, but the staff exceeded all expectations. Our luggage was stolen in Rome that day. One in our group lost essential medicine in the crime. The staff located and called doctors and farmacies, on Sunday, to help us resolve the problem. Incredible!!!!!

Hotel is right on Bay of Naples. Room had a big terrace with view on sea. One queen bed and two twins. Comfortable beds. Shower had great water pressure. Very good breakfast. If you have a car, convenient to visit Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Mount Vesuvius. Outdoor pools closed but there is indoor pool, so bring a swimsuit. Would stay again.

The hotel was a great base for exploring the local sights. 20 mins to central Naples, 50 mins to Sorrento and 5 mins from Herculaneum.
The hotel is pretty basic, but always clean and smells great and the service was brilliant and breakfast plentiful.
My one bugbear which wasn’t clear on the listing is that the pool is both saltwater and if you want a sunbed it is payable. Having said that the reception staff comped these as we only went down to the pool later in the day.

The reception staff was excellent. They explained everything to us. Our reservation was for 2 nights. The only difficulty we experienced was unfriendly service by the pool attendants. We thought we were assigned to 2 chaise lounges near the children’s pool. On the second day a woman who I presume was another hotel guest insisted that we had to move. The pool attendant took us to another spot near the ADULT POOL. I did not like this as we are traveling with an 8 YEAR OLD GIRL who really likes to play in the water. I think it was extremely unfair. Maybe some of the weekend people have an annual reservation every summer but nevertheless other visiting hotel guests should not be mistreated. We were staying in Room 302. I do feel we were badly treated. We have never visited the Naples Area before and will probably never return. We were simply trying to give our little girl a rest from sightseeing and a chance to have fun in the pool. It was a very disappointing situation. As a result, I sat at the edge of the baby pool to watch my niece while she played in the water while her mother sat in the reclining chair at the adult pool. I think your pool representatives were extremely unfair to us. As I said earlier, we have no plans to return…..

We loved it. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate, the morning breakfasts had many different tasty choices to choose from. There was an issue with the room I booked so when we got there I was told we were going to get an upgrade so the view from the room was amazing. I was especially pleased with the sweet, helpful, friendly desk clerk, Ms. Luisana Farese, who did so many things to make our stay so pleasant. She was a true gem who made us enjoy our stay even more. The entire staff made our holiday so much more pleasant. This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Visiting Italy has always been something I've wanted to do and staying at PuntaQuattrobventi was truly worth it. I am so happy I found it.

The hotel was a great escape from the real world. The room and amenities were what I expected and the staff was friendly. The only item to beware of is that the hotel is situated outside of Naples and public transport can be tricky to get there and taxis were outrageously expensive so plan accordingly.

Walking distance to many places around it, good midpoint as a tourist, between Naples INT and the ruins of Pompeii, went and saw the ruins. Could see Mount Vesuvio from outside, very cool. Right on the water, very beautiful, excellent staff. Had everything at the pool bar except Tequila. My friend is Latino, we need our Tequila! Overall, Friendly and helpful and I wish I stayed longer. 5 stars

Lovely pool, quiet cool room, nice rooftop restaurant with good food but limited choice. The surrounding area though is very run down and littered. The nearest train station is 25 minutes walk away with handy links to Pompei and Naples, only 15 minutes away. Very limited restaurants around but we did enjoy the Lumos pub Harry Potter experience at Torre del Greco! No real beach area or sea to swim in. Hotel will book trips to the Amalfi coast via boat with HP travel which was good value and fun.

The area was very run down,the hotel is in poor condition and staff that don’t really care if you asked for anything they would type away on the computer and then say no. We were charged 3 different prices for wine. The shower in our room the door had been broken at some point but was never replaced as a result when you had s shower the water went all over the bathroom floor that’s an accident waiting to happen, the showers down at the beach only 1 worked flaking paint all over the place pool toilets were a mess. When we were leaving they tried to charged us for the use of the pool I refused to pay the charge. The whole experience was a very big disappointment and in all honesty I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone either go further down the coast or stay In Naples

Lovely location with reasonable sized bedroom, opt for the pool side room if available. The pool area is beautiful, with lovely views. The staff were very helpful especially Marta and Benji who helped organized transport and helped with a change of room. A decent size gym with lots of equipment. Only drawback to the stay don't order fish and chips in the restaurant. enough said.

We loved this property and the staff. Chiara and the other ladies were extremely helpful. They assisted with car rental, cabs and sightseeing recommendations. They also helped us set up a marriage proposal which was absolutely perfect! Gigi at the restaurant was a gem! his meal recommendations were always perfect, his service and attention really stands out. I definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Naples.

Tremendously helpful service! We received a parking ticket when we went out to dinner and the reception staff worked so hard to find out how to pay it since we had to leave the next morning. They finally found a way to pay on line. They really went above and beyond to find a good solution for us.

Based on the advertisement the hotel was to be located at the see shore with beach and rooms onto the sea. The hotel is located in the middle of slums; really nowhere to walk, beach was newly build with stones and no access to water. Our room was on the street level looking into the city direction with next buildings scaffolding right in front of us and a walkway/driveway beside our window. The room had no operable windows; you could open only deck door facing onto the walkway. When we went back to the reception asking for room with the sea view we were told that we got what we paid for ……. We stayed only one night. The breakfast in the hotel was very good.

The overall hotel was very good. The reception desk was excellent. The food in the restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was not. The hotel itself was nice but the surrounding area not so much. A bit out of the way to be able to park your car and enjoy public transportation. The walks to the train stations was 20-30 minutes in some areas that were not very clean.

I stayed here for my last night in Italy and I booked this hotel because it said it had an airport shuttle and good pizza. When I arrived I had been traveling all day with little to eat. The hotel’s restaurant doesn’t open until 8 and there is nothing in the neighborhood to go grab something. The stuff was kind and tried to help me get something delivered but nothing was open. I patiently waited until 8pm for the restaurant and the staff then said they were not making pizza that day. Frustrating! I also had to pay $45 euros the next day to get to the airport. I wouldn’t stay here if you are wanting convenience of food. The beds were good but I had someone else’s hair on the covers. I had a pretty view of the sunset and the staff was friendly, but overall I’d pass this place. It’s not convenient.

Got to the hotel and was ready to relax after long day of travel. Had to go through long presentation at front desk of all the amenities and info about hotel. When we finally got through that we decided just to eat at hotel so we could get done fast and crash. We had to make reservation. Asked about room service but couldn’t figure out how to actually order. Need up going to restaurant after reservation was made. Was not impressed with food and wine was okay. Went back to room and realized AC never kicked on. Opened door to balcony but one neighbor was smoking and other was drunk and loud FaceTiming friends so had to close door. AC still wasn’t working. After about three hours of sweaty exhaustion and being unable to sleep we asked the front desk to look into the situation. They said yes it’s broke, no we cannot have another room. After a very long miserable night we left as soon as possible in the morning hoping the next hotel would let us check in early so we could sleep. No refund was offered. Will sleep in the car before I stay at this hotel again.

The view is what we paid for because it is amazing. The drive from Naples is down right dangerous. The motorcycles and small cars drivers are nuts. So happy we made it safely. Hotel is a bit dated but the service was good. Beware of the stairs. I suggest not taking all your bags unless you are staying more than a night because those steps getting back up are brutal. They served us breakfast outside. It was so nice with the beautiful view. Overall it was great.

The front desk help was fantastic! Spoke great English, as I speak no Italian. Helped set up taxis, tours, nd dinner for us. Very helpful & friendly. Hotel offers large gym with free weights and machines. Yoga room. Spin room. Indoor lap pool. Outdoor lap / lounge pool. And what appears next door to be an Olympic pool. Also on a rocky beach with showers.

Every room has a balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples with a view to Naples, Capri & Sorrento. Staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful & accommodating. It is an easy 1.5km walk to the nearest train station of Torre del Greco which gives you access to Naples, Pompeii & Salerno. A taxi is ten euro one way.

This property's location is somewhat underwhelming, ercalano does not have a piazza location and the hotel is remote and not easily accessible. The drive to the hotel is a quick 10 minutes from Naples but the streets get dirtier and smaller and run down as you head to the hotel.
The hotel itself we really enjoyed, incredible views, gorgeous dining experience and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. The pools ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, I did not see this is the reviews and we arrived with plenty of space, however as this is clearly a rare pool/view in the area it gets busy with locals. Even guests are expected to pay for reservation pool.side at the weekend but we opted for the beach which was quieter and you can swim in the sea which is lovely. We went in June so summer will be very busy. Swim hats are provided and necessary, else you get a whistle blown at you (poolside)The pool has bar snacks and few drinks available and you cannot access free drinking water.
