Outdated, dirty, too high priced for condition and amenities. Bathroom ridiculously small and water smelled like eggs. Trash and buckets outside front door which almost made me turn around and cancel my reservation. If we weren’t so tired we would have moved hotels and just paid double. Location didn’t even feel safe to me.

Didn't use the pool. The hallway in front of our room had dried leaves crushed on the carpet for 4 days. Room looked clean, but wasn't real sure. Hot water is a jike, barely warm enough for a shower.
When you sat on the furniture it felt like you were sinking to the floor.
I got a suite for half the price at another hotel that was clean and good quality furniture.

There were items left in the room from previous gusts. Room was on main floor, had no window screen, window was unlocked and there was evidence of someone coming in through the windows from the outside. Too much chlorine in pool, which caused a reaction to my child. Random small piles of dirty towels in areas. “Games” were broken and the claw machine literally had 4 items in it. Won’t be coming back.

Best weight room ever. Hot tub and pool (had too much chloride) but were still enjoyable. A nice sized sauna. Great breakfast. Quiet. Smart TV. The check in was different.... we ended up driving to the far wing of the hotel where pur room was. Would 100% stay again.

The water was brown and they said just let it run. My daughter’s room had a mini fridge and mine did not. The lock on the door was not secure. The tv remote didn’t work. The tap beer at the bar was warm. They didn’t offer any recompense. Would absolutely not recommend!

The person at the front desk couldn't help me make a local phone call. I paid for the whirlpool suite with the sauna. Its a $400 room. I should expect to be able to make a local phone call when my cell phone dies. I contacted corporate to let them know and about another issue. They called to ask me questions and said someones would be in touch. Its been a few weeks and I've yet to hear from them.

We stayed there before. There for 10 days this time. It's reasonable. Priced about right. The exterior and common areas need some maintenance, updating and general cleaning. Seems like the place is a little under-staffed? (Family-run?) The complimentary breakfast was routine. My suspicion is not all of it is freshly made each morning but it was adequate. Hot tub and sauna were nice.

Great place with alot of stuff to do. They have a heated pool, hot tub, a sauna, and also a little gaming area with a pool table and a handful of coin op games. The only bad part was that breakfast wasnt served early enough for myself to enjoy it but the rest of my family did and said it is really good. I will stay here again.

Bathroom by pool had zero toilet paper both days we stayed.
Ballard table charge to use but has no Que ball to play. Host tried to look for one but didn’t succeed.
Race car game had jammed slots. Couldn’t play.
Chips from vending machine were expired.
Showerhead in ceiling fell down while using And the handhelds holder was already broken so it was just propped up in the shower.

Property has a weird layout. To get to breakfast you have to take an elevator to the 4th floor then cross over to another building and go down a floor. More aggregation than the price of a room is worth. Will be the last time I stay there

Liked the property as a whole which is sizeable. Clean and neat with nice space for a double room. The breakfast was of good quality cooked onsite but it is repetitive. Property has a nice pool area, breakfast area and game area as well as access to FULL gym that can be used during stay. Staff was good and I do plan to stay again. Also there was a Mexican restaurant onsite as well.

I had an extreme disappointment with my recent reservation at your establishment. The property's condition significantly deviated from the advertised images and fell far short of expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness and safety.

Upon arrival, the lobby floors were visibly soiled, and the parking area presented an unsanitary and unkempt appearance, with significant litter and an overpowering odor. Overgrown weeds, approximately three feet in height, further contributed to a neglected and unsafe environment.

Inside the room, the musty odor and stained carpeting were immediately apparent. The bedding was unacceptably unclean, with visible hair on the bed and worn blankets. These conditions created a significant safety concern for my family, leading to our immediate departure and cancellation of our stay.

Despite returning the keys, I have yet to receive a refund for my reservation or the security deposit. I request your urgent attention to this matter and a full explanation regarding the discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the actual condition of the property, as well as a resolution concerning the non-refund of my payment.

Our kids loved the pool area! The pool was clean and the water was at a great temperature. The hot tub was hot, and the jets worked. Grandpa loved the dry sauna.
Walking all the way to the breakfast and pool area from our rooms required using a skybridge on the fourth floor. It was a bit of a walk. We wished the hotel had rooms closer to the amenities. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was quiet and we all slept well.

Access to the gym was amazing and was very unique in relationship to other hotels. Only complaint about the gym is there's no air conditioning/air flow and we wonder when the last time it was cleaned. Hotel is in a great location. Halls had no air circulation and a moldy smell, main restroom outside of the front lobby was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been washed in days. Billiard table and equipment aren't maintained. Breakfast was less than desirable--food had been left out for a long time, dated dining room. The new Mexican food restaurant next to the hotel was delicious.

There was trash in the hallways, not picked up 18 hours later and strung down the stairwell. Lobby was dank and musty smelling. Fans were out like they had water damage but the clerk said it was because it was hot. He was full of it because the carpet was soggy.

So sad our experience was as bad as it was. The property is so unkept. It would never pass a Covid inspection. We paid for upgraded suites and it resulted in us feeling like we lived in an apartment complex because the owners family lives in the suites above the ones they rent out. The smell of ethic foods and moth balls was so strong we went and bought candles and air sanitizer just to make it manageable. I will never stay here again, or likely not at a best western again. Yuck!

It was extremely outdated. Pictures posted show it bright and airy. However everything was brown and dark. Very difficult to get from one side of the hotel to the other. The rooms were fine. Bathrooms were very small but the actual room was a decent size.

Although our room appeared to be clean, the common areas did not appear to have been vacumned for quite some time. We went to check out the pool area. No one was there but there were wet towels and candy wrappers strewn about. We waited a bit to see if anyone came to clean up but no one did. Due to the questionable cleanliness of the hotel I would not recommend it. One bright spot, was a very friendly front desk staff.

The hotel was a bit outdated overall.
My fridge did not work and my sink was not draining upon arrival. However the property manager was quick to address the issue.
But what really makes up for this stay is the Gym. By Gawd, that Gym is immaculate!
Full free weight selection, barbells, dumbbells and plate machines. Hands down the greatest hotel gyms of all time. It felt like a gym membership with a bonus hotel room.

Overall a very positive experience. The only negatives would be the kids playing Tag and running in the halls late at night, but that wasn't the fault of the property. I did notice that the toilet bowl needed a good scrubbing, and if I noticed it I felt they should have noticed the housekeepers should have noticed also.

Hotel didn’t look cared for. Mirrors and sink were dirty. Window and mirrors in room dirty. Phone and remote were nasty. Walls in bathroom had stuff splashed that we don’t want to know what it was. Hair on floor and on sheets. Didn’t eat breakfast because we were unsure of the cleanliness. It may have been fine but we didn’t go in and check since we didn’t want to risk it. Was more expensive than the nicer and cleaner hotel we were at the night before. Couldn’t stay there due to availability.

Seriously amazing! It was a bit of a walk to the pool and to breakfast… but totally worth having the honeymoon suite in the basement! Our own personal sauna (could definitely fit 8 people in there) , jacuzzi (comfortable for tall people) and a double rain shower head (with plenty of room for two).
