The management was very friendly. The rates were extremely exorbitant for what the quality of the property had. The breakfast was absolutely terrible dried fried egg, one day and gravy and biscuits the next day. Of course they had cereal and sometime an apple. The cleaning of the rooms were adequate, but not exceptional. One thing to be very cautious of is the property is two stories and has no elevator. Outside lighting is somewhat poor as some of the lights are burned out. Rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis if you stay there More than a few days. The rate they charge me for my dog was $40 a night. I called other hotels in the area and most of them charged $20 a night if they allow dogs at all.

Pulling up to the motel as well as the office area but then you go into the rest of the motel. Going upstairs to the room, they put old air conditioners sitting beside the wall with all the guts hanging out, there's mold in the air conditioner in the room, on the shower curtain, the shower curtain isn't long enough to keep the water from going out of the tub and the doorways are rooted. And worst of all , it appears to be a small camera attached to the TV. Find somewhere else to stay, not worth the money I spent.

We were quoted 86 dollars.for stay get there we are adding 50 dollar deposit on card that is on file.Then went up to room dropped bag off,went to store got snacks come back and couldnt get in room. Went down to front to get key redone was treated like i was lieing redine and went back up and still took 8 tries to get in. The BIG PROBLEM WAS NO HEAT THE ROOM NEVER GOT ABOVE 60 DEGREES AND IT WAS NEGATIVE 15 DEGREES OUT. I got I will look into it.

The hotel pictures on line and in person were different. The hotel was more for locals rather than ppl visiting. The rooms were extremely outdated and lacked all amenities. The bed spread and cover were stained they provided 2 bath towels and thats it. It was a very sketchy place and slept horrible. The pillows were miniture size. Also was told i had to give a $50 deposit just incase of damage. The hotel was already horrible how much more damage can one do. I didnt get the insurance so didnt think i could ask for a refund. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay here.

I only gave 1 star because there is no option for 0 star. This hotel has been terrible. the worst stay ever, in all my traveling experience along the years. From the first night, the environment was very dangerous, not safe for kids or family at all. Room was dirty, nonsmoking but all your clothes stinks as smoke, towels were yellow, bed sheets were dirt, the room smells like mold and smoke, the additional inside lock of the door was broken. The were very unsafe environment outside, specially at night. There were all kind of illegal things happening there.... Im pretty sure. This place should be closed.

The front desk person was gone and left us standing at an unattended desk for 15 minutes waiting to check in while she was outside smoking. The pool is not used and area is just used to store junk. There is no breakfast even though online it says it serves breakfast. The side door to entry has a locking card pad but it is not used and the door is unlocked all the time. The neighborhood is terrible. Very sketchy to say the least. I wouldn't have stayed there is I hadn't already paid for it ahead of time when I booked online.

Good coffee but no breakfast at all. Listing said continental breakfast was included but there was none. Room was clean but common areas looked run down. Lots of bikers at odd hours in the night woke me up. Lots of people smoking right outside the front door. On check in, the whole property smelled strongly of weed. All in all probably average for a $50/night hotel, but VERY disappointed about no breakfast. Had I known that I would've stayed elsewhere.

You get what you pay for. We stayed on the 2nd floor , we had pets. Stairs were dirty the whole floor smelled like cigarettes smoke. Everything in our room had cigarette burn marks on it. The grounds outside had garbage everywhere. The lower outside exit door didnt even lock.
As far as clean it was for what they had to work with. Management was friendly and polite. I think the whole hotel is geared more for live in's. We only spent one night so we got what we paid for. I would not suggest taking kids.

Found multiple stains on the sheets. Also found what was clearly smeared blood in two spots above the toilet paper dispenser. When I showed the front desk clerk that pictures of issues found I received this response “the sheets are clean, those are just stains.” No offer to replace the sheets or switch rooms. No resolution. I then had to ask him to go to the room to clean up the smeared blood above the toilet paper. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and this was the worst experience and then worst customer service I’ve ever run across.
I’ll never stay at a Rodeway Inn again.

The location was convenient to where we were doing things in the area. The room seemed clean, but the hallways and room really smelled like smoke. If you don't mind that, it was a fine stay. Staff was not exactly rude, but was not the usual level of friendly you might find in the hospitality business. Lots of hallway noise in the morning. I tried to cancel one of the two rooms we reserved but it was too late. Expedia tried to cancel by calling several times over the period of about a half hour and could not get through. The phone rang and rang with no answer. They told me to try. I tried two separate times. It rang and rang and there was no answer. I finally got through. Rodeway told me they cancelled the reservation. When I arrived they charged me for both rooms, both individually, and placed a third charge that they said they would back out. This appeared to have caused a freeze to be placed on my debit card and rendered it useless for the weekend. We went ahead and stayed in both rooms since they told us we could not cancel one. The room my wife and I stayed in had a musty smell but was otherwise clean. The room my sons stayed in had sheets with what appeared to be a blood stain; it was red. They brought us new sheets but could not enter the room to replace them so my wife did. Our room had a faucet that dripped all night. The clothes iron was missing. The wifi password was incorrect; at least neither my sons nor I were able to connect. The next morning we found out the continental breakfast that was advertised was canceled because of COVID. This needs to be clear on the website. I can't say it was much better than a Motel 6, certainly not at $100 per night.

The manager and the receptionist are bird of the same feather. You think the management will handle your situation amicably but that wasn't the case here.

COLD room with the heat not working. We were asked to wait for 15mins and that the heat will be up, 1hour 45mins its still the same, tired and its late and needed sleep. We asked for room change and the lady said" we already checked in" and will not change the room. Talked to management and same answer.

My wife comfort and I was the major priority, so we checked out and get another hotel same night...

The fools lied to Expedia that they offered us another room. Even claim that the heat was working perfectly.

Please stay away from this junkies, add extra dollar and get yourself a good hotel with better rating.. check their rating too and its all same...

STAY AWAY. ADD COUPLE DOLLAR AND GET SOMETHING BETTER.

We booked room to go see our son, we paid 3x the regular rate, 1st room had BAD odor in fridge, & heat didn't work (32 degree outside) They put us in adjoining room still no heat. They did fix heat for us. Breakfast had to stand to wait for a table for 2 (only 4 tables in room) The night prior 2 others came in to get a room for under normal rate, The rate we paid was over what a suite was. Very disappointed with everything there!

When checking in, the desk clerk ran my credit card and said it was declined. Twice. I used a card I didn't really want to use to finish the process. In the room, I called the number on my card and was told there was no problem with my account and that it had not been declined or EVEN ACCESSED by the hotel, and to have them check their card reader.. Told this, the clerk said the problem must be with my bank, and she'd had two other guests have their cards declined. Duh.....

The staff was pleasant, but the room was dirty. Everything had a cigarette burn (all furniture, carpets, and bedding) There was a tray with tobacco leaves in the desk drawer and stained linens. Hallways were filled with people asking for spare cigarettes. Overall bad experience.

The room was dirty. Coffee filter not cleaned out when I arrived. Electrical socket broken. Had to replace 6 room keys
because they didn't work. The room stunk.
The view outside of my window was a trailer park.
The free breakfast was a joke.

The foreign farmed out call center of Orbitz told me it was highly rated and close to the airport. Wrong.
I should have been leery when they couldn't even pronounce the city.

Even though I made my reservation 3 weeks before my trip I didn't have a stay. The hotel over booked their rooms and I didn't have a room to stay in. Great surprise when you're12 hours away from home with a baby and a 2 year old.
