I was sexuslly harassed by your employee that worked the front desk. I want a full refund along with vouchers to stay for free. My card wasn't supposed to be charged due to the \"misunderstanding \" but it was. I have tried to contact the manager but no response back. I am very upset over this situation I am thinking about getting attorney.

The floor in my room was nasty
My socks were filthy. I paid extra for the dbl queen with sofa sleeper and the sofa sleeper mattress was horrible no sheets on it and none in the room to put on it. When I called the front desk they told me to come and get it. The hot tub was cold breakfast not good eggs extra runny

I didn’t get the room that it showed that I paid for! Which was very important! Then the pool was closed until the night before we had to leave! My kids was upset the entire trip for those 2 reasons. Also the lady that checked us in just stared at us when I walked in like I didn’t belong there, and was in the wrong place. Very uncomfortable feeling.

First we got checked into a room that was still filthy, toys and all left behind. Then we moved to a room that needed a good clean. Floor was dirty and just the whole hotel needs a good clean! The kids could only swim about an hour because the chlorine smell/feel was so strong! And the hot tub was 115 and too hot. Staff was super friendly and location was convenient and close to lots of stuff.

Nice room, well stocked with towels/soap bars which isn't the norm these days and shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower.
Stayed a total of 4 nights due to car problems/repairs and every morning breakfast hot offerings were different, eggs/bacon / meat patties /etc to go along with your pancake machines/cereals in actual boxes as well as bread/yogurt/oranges/bananas etc. Very good breakfast offered compared to most these days.
Staff was friendly and willing to help in anyway. Used the pool one day and it was nice and heated(not like some who have it ice cold). Nice pool area although hot tub was under repair.
Price was very competitive and lower than most in area for this quality of a hotel. Would definetly stay here again.

Sofa had stains. The door to the room was stuck shut the staff offered to attempt to fix it while we were out. The walls of the rooms were very chipped. Hot tub was out of service. The staff was very kind. The bed wasnt the worst. It was kinda comfortable. The wall was wet in the room when we got there. The breakfast was pretty good. Could have been more room to sit and eat not enough tables dining area was very small. Back door to the hotel didnt work with key card. Staff said tp prop it open if i need to use that door

We arrived me my wife and 4 kids to a 2 beds and one sofa bed and realised the A/C isn't working but most of all now realizing the couch bed we need smells like a strong odor of urine to the point we will have to share 2 beds for all 6 of us because we have all our belongings already here in the room and is late enough for my kids to go to bed at this very moment, this is very deceiving

We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the room was spotless. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn’t like the shower doors. You freeze to death just to turn it on bc both doors don’t open so you have to stand under the shower head to turn it on. Otherwise, top notch! Definitely recommend

We booked a deluxe king suite , when got in the room we found that we were in a handicap accessible room.There was no room divider for living room , and the tub was in the living room next to couch.The bathroom had 2 drains in the floor for the shower because it being handicapped accessible made the water run all over bathroom floor .The carpet was dirty and it looked as if the only cleaning that was done was changing bed.And quick wipe down of countertop in bathroom.The front desk staff and the women who made breakfast were wonderful though.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Worst stay in a Hotel in 20 years! Room did not have blackout drapes. Parking Lot lighting shined thru our window all night! It was like 2pm in the afternoon at 1AM! They didn't clean our room after the first night. When I went to ask why, the nasty-attitude lady at the Front Desk said I had to request it! Never heard of such a thing. And she smart-face replied, \"Well now you know.\" When they DID clean it, they did not vacuum! They didn't empty the trash! The toilet wasn't cleaned properly! The TV had TWO BRIGHT LIGHTS on the screen! The remote didn't work half the time! The \"complimentary breakfast\" was horrible! One of the most UNPROFESSIONAL HOTELS EVER!

When we arrived at the hotel, our room was very hot. We dropped off our bags, turned the AC down and left. When we arrived back at 1 am, five hours later, our room was even hotter at 80+ degrees. We packed our three kids up and checked out. The hotel staff said we’d have to contact hotels.com for a refund and called another hotel for us to stay at and said the bill would be covered. When we checked out today, the bill had not been paid by the other hotel. We are still awaiting them to pay the bill on our behalf.

Upon checking in, there was a sign on the desk that said the receptionist had to step away from the desk. After waiting a few min a DoorDash person came in w a drink and the receptionist came right out front. One of the keys we were given didn’t work. Then when we got to the room it was disgusting. We immediately requested a room change, and the second room was 100% cleaner than the first one. I took my kids to the pool and it was very cloudy, so I didn’t let them put their heads under. We slept fine and the breakfast was also fine. Glad we were able to switch w no problems.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites, Bridgeport, West Virginia, We were very impressed at how clean the facility was and the spaciousness of our room. Also, the breakfast was more than adequate with many hot and cold choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again if we are in that area.

The rooms were pretty soundproof and beds were nice and firm. Need to change your breakfast hours to 6 to 10. 6-9 only three hours not much if you want to sleep in alittle. Maybe offer coffee 24/7 that would be nice.I would recommend again

My biggest issue with the property was the mattress on the pull out couch-that evening when we went to make our kids bed the mattress was so bad that we wouldn’t let them sleep on it. So many brown stains and just looked all around awful. I went to desk to ask if any chance for a different room-I know it was a just weekend in the area but didn’t get any type of oh I’m sorry or nothing from the front desk staff it that they’d make a note for the mattress to be changed. That didn’t help my family that booked the suite for 4. The next morning I went to the desk again to make sure the night person passed along that the mattress needed to be changed and she had no idea but when showed picture said oh yes that’s bad.

Only complaint was at 5:30 am Sunday morning. Kids that we're staying at the hotel we're running up and down the hallway banging on doors of the hotel. Woke me up and couldn't sleep in before checking out. They need to control their guest who stay there and not bother paying guest!

Room was very dirty crumbs all over sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa mattress so thin that you could squeeze it flat with 2 fingers . (Better off just sleeping on couch) Bathroom smelt like dirty mop water was so bad my 4 year old refused to take a bath because of smell ..people in room above us were so loud couldn't sleep until noise stopped which wasn't until 12:30am had to be up by 5 am next morning when reported to front desk on 2 separate occasions they seemed to care less. No blankets for sleeper sofa ) when asked for some front desk acted like it was a huge both . Pool had no towels once again went to front desk and asked for towels and it also was a big deal ...we travel all over and this is by far the worst customer service/ dirtiest hotel we have stayed at and for a comfort inn I would of expected better !

We arrived in the middle of the night and had issues with the booking and technology but the staff was so friendly and accommodating. He helped us out, got us checked in with no issues and was generous with toiletries we had forgotten. The room was clean, smelled nice and was the perfect space to relax and rest. We ended up getting a late start to the day and checked out a couple minutes late but staff was still so kind and generous, didn’t charge us extra or make us feel like an inconvenience for checking out a little late.

The good was the wonderful woman running the breakfast buffet. She was so polite and friendly and so sweet with our kids. Honestly the only reason I did not leave a 1 star.

The staff at reception were unprofessional, one even going as far as dropping an f bomb, stating to another guest “let me see what the f&$@ is going on.” Which took me back a second. I think this was a first for me.

As far as the quality of the facility, the breakfast, again was the shining star, but the pool was green and gross and the hot tub was wrapped with caution tape, obviously unusable.

The room itself was connected to another, with trash from the previous guest still in the trash can. The outlets didn’t work, which we found out after our phones had not charged through the night. We stayed for two nights, family of five, and we received 4 towels, no cleaning, no trash removal. We could have went to the front desk, but again they were not the most approachable. As I’m writing this I’m becoming more frustrated about the stay so I will close here. I would not recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here, even though it was only a single night before a WVU football game.

The room was excellent - very roomy and in excellent condition. The only thing I didn't like is that the air conditioning blows cold air right across the bed, It is difficult to find just the right amount of covers to keep from either freezing when it is on, or roasting when it is off.

The breakfast included eggs and potatoes with sausage and peppers, as well as waffles and the usual continental breakfast items. The eggs had the consistency of the powdered eggs we used to get at scout camp.

All of the staff we came in contact with were nice.

The property is in an area of other hotels, stores, and restaurants, so it was a short trip to dinner.

The building was nice, but there were several things broken - the swimming pool and the coffee machine. They provided coffee, but no hot water for tea. The carpets were dirty, the room smelled sweaty, like maybe the comforters needed to be washed. Our dust allergies went crazy. There was food left on the floor in the exercise room for 2 days until I put it in the trash can. But the bathroom was clean.

This hotel was adequate, but far from amazing. The room was clean, but old. Same for the lobby area. The breakfast was sad unless the only thing you like to eat is bread products. The mattress was comfortable - a definite plus. But we were very much looking forward to the hot tub at then end of a long vacation. The pool looked gross - questionable water. The hot tub was the SAME TEMPERATURE as the pool. I reported it to the front desk and they were unconcerned and unapologetic. Customer service is dead.
