Stayed a couple of nights. It was peaceful, quiet, and clean. The front desk was friendly and helpful. I wished there were more channels on the TV but ironically there's some lawsuit/litigation going on between the cable company and the networks and the 100,000+ customers are all stuck in the middle.

I travel a bit and and stay in Red Roof Inns frequently and Fairmont is top notch.

I was asked to swipe my card for a $3. safe deposit. The safe did not work. I was charged $33 to my card. When I called them about it the woman said she would refund the money. It was then reversed and not put back into my account. Check your charges when you check out.

Sketchy!! First of all, the room states it’s nonsmoking but it smelled so bad walking in- like smoke mixed with mold. One of the top blankets had blood on it, there were empty body wash bottles behind the bathroom door. There are men that hang out their doors all night long smoking. All night. It was so noisy. We went out to dinner and upon returning our keys didn’t work to get in. I had to go back to the front desk twice to get the key programmed and working. In the meantime, a man invited me into his room to call the front desk and I’m thankful my son was there to scare him away. Will never recommend.

checked in at 10pm because we got stuck in traffic in another state. the night agent said it would be no big deal to sleep in until 12 noon, they werent that busy. But I did my part to wake up on time to double check, went to call the front desk from my room, the phone is completely broken, as is the door to our room, the handle and the base of the door were coming apart. When I called the front desk to make sure it was fine we stay in the room an extra hour (after I told him my room phone is broken) he tells me I can stay for $25 otherwise I need to go.. what a joke, busted up room in a ghetto hotel and y'all saying you're gonna charge me $25 for an hour when I couldnt even call you from my room to ask.

The room was very old. Nothing like the pics I saw. The beds were broken down. Never saw housekeeping. Never got towels or wash cloths. Only got the two that was there in the room when checked in. We were there 2 nights. I honestly will never stay there again. It was way over priced. The fridge was starting to get a little cold the day we left. But we had no where to keep anything cold. Also had no place to plug my phone in. Had to spend another $30 for a cord that plugs into the wall plug in. 😞 it kinda smelled like a wet dog had been in the room.

Unsafe to unload wheelchair in the dark. No lights near ada room. Holes in parking lot tripping hazzard. Sidewalks are narrow and on a slope near ada room. Ada room i had did not have a seat in shower. No place near the shower for a towel. Towel rack at other in of huge bathroom. Size of bathroom was only plus. Office hard to get into and driveway was up a huge hill in the dark you cant tell where your hoing. Room smelled like old riverwater humidity and smoke from 30 years ago.

We probably should have looked at the reviews more carefully on this one before choosing it. The price was high compared to the other three hotels we stayed at when considering the condition and cleanliness of the room. This is very simply a place to sleep, it's not a place to enjoy sleeping. When we pulled into our parking space, there were a group of guys drinking beer in the parking lot and while they were not being obnoxious, it was a bit concerning that they might not be the friendliest of folks. Also, while the door lock worked, is had been beaten up pretty badly and I was a bit concerned that it would not lock or unlock properly at some point. The room itself was small and poorly maintained. We moved the fridge a little bit to make space for a suitcase, and it had been years since that had been cleaned out underneath, with plenty of dirt and what looked like old pet food still underneath. Lastly, the fridge barely worked, and it also leaked all over when we moved it. Definitely stay someplace else.

I love the tubless showers in the superior king accessible rooms. The HVAC unit is sufficient but ours was quite loud. There could be more outlets for sure. Overall, it's a really nice stop, inexpensive, simple and fairly accessible but also at the top of a long hill, so it is somewhat secluded. If you have pets, it's a lot of concrete and asphalt, but there are some nice little areas of grass around they can do their business on.

Beds are comfortable and at a good height, I'd stay there again. Thank you to the staff for being friendly and caring.

The desk chair barely had any vinyl left on it. It was an embarrassment. The microwave smelled like coffee and it got stronger every time we used it.

Some workers stayed up outside their room drinking and listening to music at too high a level until well after 1am. Office staff told them twice to shut it down and were ignored. As soon as staff left music went back up. Finally police were called at like 130am and it stopped. Brutal when you get up at 5am.

First off they gave me a room that wasn't cleaned. Then the next room they gave me the AC didn't give off cold air even at lowest temp setting and had to catch 5 stink bugs in the room and throw out. GOOD things were very quiet & restful, good complimentary coffee and a great view. For the price, I'd look elsewhere next time.

I can’t describe in words how disgustingly dirty this property is. It almost should be illegal for this to be open to the public. The room looked like it never was vacuumed and don’t look under the bed as you may throw up. I had to get the lady to change both bed sheets that were so black and dirty as if they’ve never been washed. Her response was “this happens all the time and we need new house keeping”. I understand it’s affordable, but you leave your dignity behind for a cheap stay. Never again, if this could be rated in the negatives I would.

For the price I paid is what I got. The room stunk like cigarettes. It had hair laying in the floor and needed dusted. The bed was clean that we slept in. The spicket in the shower was loose so when you pulled the lever up for the shower you had to hold it so it didn’t move. But it was a cheap hotel so I got what I paid for.

The front desk clerk was great! Very cheerful and accommodating. The first room we were in was dirty and the light over the sink didn't work. But she moved us to another room which was OK, but still not as clean as it should have been. We found a screw in the bed. The bed made my back very sore.

When we went into the room we were supposed to be in the bed was a mess, tv was on, etc. I didn't know if it was occupied or just that dirty.

Second room, the PTAC filter looked liked it had a shag carpet on it, you could not walk on the floor because your feet would be black.

There was a lot of labor type people staying there and alot of them hung out on the balconies doing their thing, I understand a little spanish and the comments said about my wife were inappropriate. Peoples dogs barking, noisy, overall I would not recommend staying here and we ended up leaving after 1 night on a 2 night stay.
