There is no like items to specify for this property. As per the property rules, Check-in time is at 14:00. However, we have waited till 15:00 hours to check-in our room. Rooms requested for non smoking floor but however we have received in the smoking rooms. When we entered in the room the smell is unbearable. Towels are with stains. Water drain at bath tub is not working. Bath tub is with mud marks without clean. We have booked with breakfast. However, check-in staff told us it is chargeable. We shown the reservation and they cross checked and informed us we can have breakfast. But, restaurant is not updated with the information and they told us to check with reception. Smell at lobby from restaurant is not good. Car parking width surrounding of hotel is limited due to columns and chances of crashes are very high.

Old and dirty

I stayed before in the hotel few years back and it was good. But this time the hotel room was awful. Clearly old and needed maintenance. The toilet ceiling was about to fall down and AC full of mold and dust. I got allergy and couldn’t stop coughing. I asked to cancel my check in but they refused to do. They showed me a different room but still the same condition. The receptionist wasn’t helpful and refused to camcel my booking. But thanks for Hotels.com they took a very good care of me and booked me another Hotel that was higher in price with no extra charge.

Hotels are synonymous with room service, charges to your room, adequate internet, and overall concern for the visitors enjoyable and comfortable stay. When one stays in a hotel, it is one of those unspoken expectations that one will have an escape from life's dramas.

Imagine having to endure noxious fumes from renovations next door, cleaning crew never cooperating with your schedule but instead insisting on theirs or no cleaning and using the same used filthy rag all day to clean everything from the sink, counter and toilet. Try to sleep while a private disco above your head persists even after calling the front desk if they will even answer. The only room service is a cash room service because there isn’t a framework for billing to ones room and that includes the restaurant and any other facility.

Lastly additional charges were levied upon arrival which were not included in the original booking fees.

I don’t recommend staying here when one could get better service at a motel.

Great for getting work done, quiet, affordable,

I stayed for 7 days in Treppan hotel in Dubai, the room was small size with Kitchener and washing mAchine easy comfortable beds missing a clock in the room but service was good when you ask something you get it, cleaning the room was every day, the hotel was 25 minutes away from the downtown and that was my choice closer to the Global village and Expo2020
There was small restaurant with good food on the first floor with a small market beside it
So in general was a good stay and I have no complaints

A little dated but clean and comfortable. Good shower pressure. Pool was pleasant. Housekeeping were helpful and did a great job (particularly Sainoddin). Kitchenette facilities were very handy.

I stayed at Treppan for around 9 days, the facilities in the room were great. I had a washing machine and an oven top that were both very useful for my long stay. Sainoddin took care of us by making sure the room was always clean, providing us with coffee and water every day.

Overall it was a great location, clean and well-equipped room.

Unfortunately the last day, the ceiling started to drip some water and it was a mess! Please make sure to fix these problems, and maintain your rooms.

We needed to be in the Sports City area of Dubai and this hotel worked perfectly for all our needs. Reasonably priced as it is not in the heart of the tourist zone but access to all amenities was easily achieved. The staff are extremely attentive and we definitely recommend this property.

Nothing was unique about the hotel, our experience was totally disappointing. The bathroom when you try and open it, make this crushing scary noise that makes it look like something is about to fall on you. The breakfast was just pathetic, if one item is not too oily, or tasteless, even ordinary egg they couldn't get it right. I couldn't even eat my food, just left it on the table and walked away, my husband who ate some of it, had stomach upset and was running to the bathroom all day. Then the staff there, totally rude, act like you are bothering.Also, both the bathtub and bathroom sink was not going to well, making them look messy after use, just happy we only used one night.The only positive thing i can say was that the lady and man we met at check- in was nice. I have been to several hotels, and for the amount we paid we paid 235 dollars, service is always excellent or better, but this hotel was just worst.
Hope the manager reads this, and works towards improving, especially breakfast and customer service.

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly with a lovely rooftop pool and gym. Air conditioned rooms and hotel was a 7 minute walk from a 24 hour supermarket. Ideal hotel for visiting family in Victory Heights.

Nice little studio. Large comfortable bed, annoying shower (panel not long enough and impossible to stop bathroom floor getting soaked). However, would definitely stay again.
Pizzas from the Oregano restaurant up the road were 5*.

Hotel has gone downhill over the last 2 years

We stayed at this hotel previously when it was Auris Fakhruddin hotel, and it was cleaner, staff were more professional and the hotel was generally busier.

We moved rooms 3 times as AC wasn’t working in one (we also informed reception staff that the balcony was filthy and someone’s vest was on the floor), second one gave me bites all over my body from the bed, and the third was an upgrade to a one bed - which was great until we saw how dusty and dirty everything was - the cutlery and kettle was dirty, the plates, the table and bed were dusty. The room clearly hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while.

There are plenty of parking spaces near the back entrance of the hotel, where we previously parked when we stayed in Auris, however on day 3 of our stay we were hounded by security who told us we could no longer park there as it was for staff - there were NO signs whatsoever to differentiate between staff parking and customer parking!!

There are a few members of staff who will go out of their way for you and are very professional I.e, the cleaners, the maintenance and concierge staff but reception staff and security need training on customer service.

The good point is that when we stayed previously there was no food option, however now they have a restaurant on site, which does provide room service. Food is basic but does the job when you’re hungry!

Sadly, we won’t be staying here again and we really are disappointed with how much the hotel has gone downhill!

Great holiday again this year!

We had a problem on check-in they did not have the apartment we booked. The receptionist gave us 2 hotel rooms instead of a 2 bedroom executive apartment and said that the problem would be sorted out the next day. It was eventually sorted out the following day after I rang Hotels.com. After the initial mix up our holiday was excellent. The staff were all very welcoming, polite and helpful

Took a little while to locate, good Welcome, staff helpful. Room good, but hot water not explained and it took us two days to locate the hot water switch. Our booking did not include breakfast but breakfast buffet was ok. no local amenities need a car. We chose this place because it was ten minutes drive from family we were visiting.

We had to check out 1 day early and they could not refund the night as they said the reservation was non refundable. I asked if breakfast for a day could be provided or a voucher for future stay and they would not bend. Not much in the area but good location for the Dubai 7’s.

Would stay there again without hesitaion.......Housekeeping was fantastic....No matter what time of day you venture out your room will be spotless on your return including fresh bed linen everyday.......I have a slight problem with my conscience over that. Ther is a card you can put on your bed to have it changed but as they do it anyway there seems little point.....Lovely as it is I suspect it's not good for the environment.
Staff are so helpful, can't do enough...they leave water and toiletries every day.
This is just a small gripe and wouldn't stop me from going...but the towels have seen better days, nothing wrong with them except I think they have been overwashed !!! it's probably time to invest in new ones....and maybe provide a tea towel ? Overall a lovely , friendly place to stay...we had a bog standard studio and it was plenty big enough. Iron and Board, hairdryer,washer/dryer , microwave and hob included...no oven.

Nice Apt's not too far away from Dubai Marina

Lots of long term guests - atmosphere good staff really friendly - you can actually manage to cook a decent meal with the utensils supplied. Downstairs cafe really nice with limited but good food. I must say I really liked my stay. Without a car not a great place, but otherwise really to recommend. There is a small carrefour in walking distance.
