Staff at breakfast were very nice. Also cleaning lady Manju was always there when we needed her. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Always a great stay

Excellent hotel, ideal and easy to reach several areas of Dubai. Convenient to Inbn Batatuta shopping mall.
Metro station nearby takes a short time straight into the Expo exhibition.
Staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything.

Great Place to Stay if you need this end of town

Great Place to stay, very convenient for Jabal Ali, JLT, Internet City, Media City, Al Barsha and probably the nearest place outside of Expo area with the metro just 10 mins walk you are into Expo in 25 minutes.
Staff very helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble
good clean rooms and plenty of restaurants with minutes to choose from.

Low budget Hotel close to Jebel Ali free zone

Very cold (20-21 degC) rooms, no possibility to warm up to a decent 24-25 degree. Terrible food smell on hallways at any moment of the day. Poor breakfast, had just omelette and coffee.

Good place to stay - recommended

We stayed here for 6 nights. Staff friendly and great. Apartments well set up (inc. kitchen). Only downsides were that room wi-fi is an additional add-on and very expensive, and used dishes in kitchen were washed some days and not on others.

The happy kind and friendly Chelsea Gardens

Fantastic. The lady ( Rachel I think ) at reception offered an upgrade into a MASSIVE room , it was very impressive.

I have struggled to find friendly staff at hotels in Dubai and upon early checkouts the nightstaff at other hotels do not show good hospitality.

This is the second time of many I will stay here , everyone from reception to the friendly door staff are great. Im looking forward to the next trip.

The cooking facilities are great , plenty of utensils and the freedom to prepare your own meals is relaxing and feels like home.

The balcony is big but it all goes back to the service because I have been to exquisite hotels all over the world and it really is hard to find nice , positive attitudes even though it is the \" Hospitality \" industry.

Thats the reason I will continue to spend my time , ( which is quite frequent ) at the Chelsea Gardens Dubai.

11 out of 10.

Good decision I've taken to stay in !

We, my wife and me, enjoyed staying in this hotel. It is in a calm area and near to the public transportation (10-15 min walking to the Metro Station). Very good staff..always smiling and cooperative. Happy that stayed in.

The most greatful hotel I ever stay @ Dubai.

The location for Chelsea Gardens Hotel Apartments is actually far away from the place I want to go – Dubai International Convention Center which is 14 metro station but it was very convenient for me because easily can get taxi to the nearer metro station or walking for 15 minutes. The most importance is you won’t feel congested in the metro cabin because not many people at this station (IBN Battuta) which is no 4 station before last Jebel Ali Station. The people in Chelsea are friendly and helpful compare with some other star hotels. The price is reasonable and valuable compare with other star hotels. The room has everything like a house refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven...you can cook and wash clothes without any problem....

Good value for money.

We were looking for accommodation near a metro station, and preferably near a mall. This one is near Ibn Battuta Mall, which has loads of shopping. It's quite far out from city centre, but that was not a problem for us. A very pleasant stay indeed!

Understaffed and Under-trained

Tough time checking in. Basic information requirements such as where to park, how to get there, how to extend your stay, etc., were met with varying but mostly frustrating responses. Cleaning staff could not keep up with the number of rooms, thus the room was unclean upon return from work. Room was nice but lacked adequate kitchen utensils. Internet limited to one device (so if you have a laptop, forget tying in your iPhone too). Price of room was worse than pricing an airline ticket: went from very reasonable to unbelievable overnight.

Great service, fantastic experience

even before I arrived the level of service was fantastic via email. This continued when I arrived and loved every minute of the stay. A little far out of the centre if I had any criticisms, but taxis are cheap enough. Overall very impressed

Great if you want to be near Jebel Ali

We always stay in this area, as it's close to where our daughter lives, it's also not far from the metro, and Ibn Mall. It's not close to the centre of town. The staff were great, breakfast good. We were upgraded to one bedroom apartment, and given free internet for one device. Will be back!

Great Stay - Great Location

It was a great place to relax & wind up with the family. We had a pleasant stay which was not less in comfort compared to any highly priced hotels. The area & vicinity of the hotel is so good that you would find almost anything from super market to multi-cuisine restaurants. This was a perfect place for us since we try to keep away from the Bur Dubai - Diera types rush & hush. The connectivity is also great with public buses & metro station in 5 mins distance. Enjoyed the stay but was not so impressed by the AC maintenance since there was a bit of concerns. Except for that all went well. Thanks to the wonderful & courteous staff who always greeted us with their smiles & very helpful.

Nice Hotel Location lacks upkeep

We are a family of 4 and it is ok hotel if there is no other option and you want to stay in the vicinity of jabel ali area. The beds are all gone you can feel the springs mattress needs remodelling....

GREAT hotel

Three single beds, fully equipped kitchen, and the most helpful staff I have ever encountered made up this an awesome choice. I will be back. The only downside, the location is not as convenient, but the taxi rides were reasonable, and the is no free wireless service.

Good Location, 5 minuets drive to Marina & JBR

Very close to Ibn Battuta shopping mall, Everything was good, except the hotel surrounding area It has very bad smell, because the tress and other plants in that area is irrigated with recycled water , but when you get into your room, the smell is gone. we had one bed room appt. at the top floor with complimentary WiFi services. the lobby was very small, but who needs to set in the lobby. friendly staff and helpfully as well. It was kind of good experience, but I won't be there next time, only because of the bad smell outer of the hotel.

Outside the city

Good hotel but in outskirts of Dubai. IBN Battuta mall is not far but in hot country it is not easy to walk 10-15 min. For taxi sometimes the wait from the hotel is about an hour but from IBN Battuta metro station, taxi drivers reluctant because it is near by.

although they clean your appartment , they do not clean your dishes which was very dissapointing. we left our room early before 9 and hang the clean room card on the door and when we arrived after 15:00 we found that they were still busy cleaning our room
