The breakfast was poor, everything was over baked and I ended up opting for eating elsewhere.

Cleanliness is not at even a medium standard, the room I had was unclean, the bath leaked, and there was cigarette butts left on my balcony for the entirety of my two week stay, and they weren’t mine.

I visit Dubai often and I know that standards are higher than this. Especially for the amount of stars this hotel has.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Wiped my face with an excrement stained towel, the room was dust-covered, filthy and had zero toiletries. Walls were thin and I couldn't sleep because I could hear the lift the entire night. Breakfast felt like a refugee camp's. I didn't use the gym because of rust on the broken equipment. I went with a large group that had similar experiences. One noticed that the laundry bag in her rooom was reused. All commented on poor housekeeping.

Fantastic stay for 2 . Mini fridge, clean kettle, bedding, toilet, bath tub, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, seating area, air con very cold also has heat option. Sobha metro station 10min walk if you walk through marina which is on Carrefour exit. Sobha walkable bridge open 24 hours 7 days a week to cross over to JBR or adventure using public transport. Very safe to walk and explore all the neighbouring clusters where road crossing walkable overhead bridges are available also open 24hrs 7 days a week.

Not a terrible place to stay, nothing extremely bad about the hotel in general it’s spacious nice and safe etc. however, had to keep calling to ask for toilet roll and towels etc as they were not putting enough in the rooms, they also don’t change the bedding to fresh bedding everytime they clean… you have to ask for them to put fresh bedding on. The shower is not very warm or nice to shower in as the pressure is not good. The staff are friendly and welcoming, it’s about a 40 minute walk to the JBR which we did not mind as it was a nice walk and we got used to it straight away.

The staff was kind, and we were allowed to have a late checkout - that was very kind.

When it comes to the negatives: many times the water in the shower was not even warm, it was not pleasant at all. One time we've called the reception to ask about that, but we've only been informed the hot water is not available during the night..

Moreover, despite of having 2 people in the room, the staff was leaving only 1 - each night we did have to call and ask for another one.

Also, it's either the windows are not entirely noise proof or it is impossible to properly close them, because we were hearing noises coming from the street during the night.

The hotel is a joke, its maximum 2 stars hotel certainly not 4. THERE IS NO MANAGER ON DUTY!!!? at any time. I had severe allergic reaction I had to call a Dr. The security came into my room to stop Dr who was already in to examine me was stopped from helping me!!! I did not allow security Blaise or whoever he is to enter my room, and I did allow the dr but he was inside of my room!!! Why do they care who is going to visit me in the room I pay!? Its ridiculous creepy CREEPY place. I had to change the room 2x, first they put me into a noisy room after I had 15hour plane trip. When I requested change I got the room that stinks on tobacco. After I got sick and When I called a dr they harassed me and didnt let dr examine me.
They turned off the intercom in my room or it didnt work. When I requested for several times to speak with Manager on duty there was no manager. Its poorly run place and needs new management! I will never go there I was about to call my embassy and police.
Elevators take forever to get in.
After the harassment I experienced with not being able to see dr after I got sick in there probably from all the tobacco stink I left the hotel immediately. I have never been in more creepier place than this!
They didnt even refund me for leaving earlier. And I was not able to speak with any manager there. Disaster

Great location with easy onsite parking. Superb friendly staff and room cleaned every day. Great room service too when the bar was closed at no extra charge. Superb price for our room too. I’ve stayed at different hotels in Dubai but will stay again here when I return later this summer! Thanks to everyone!

The gym equipment was in terrible state of repair mostly broken and unusable. The external signage promoting the hotel in similar shoddy state. Room was pretty smelly suspect smokers allowed when non-smoking room requested. Only one single towel in bathroom made it feel like a very basic substandard experience. Check in was poor - receptionist couldn’t find my reservation (it was 3am) - eventually did! But said the double room I booked was not available. So overall not my first choice of hotel and would look else where next trip. I would rate it a 2 out of 10 experience.

This hotel was unresponsive in trying to resolve our issue with the cold water in the suite. They kept sending a technician to turn the water on and off - each tech said there is a problem with a valve for the hot water in the room. No one moved us or provided any fruitful effort. We had to take cold showers for a week.

This has been really frustrating. My husband spoke with the property manager multiple times and front desk.

To rectify this issue, I request a partial refund for 2 nights. It was extremely unbearable and not a proper hotel accommodation.

Room was not properly cleaned. Curtains had big stains on them, dust on tables and tissue boxes. Asked receptionist to change our room and she said she would email house keeping about it and I never heard back from them. Walls of rooms were son thin, If you watch tv or use cell phone or talk to someone in one room the people in next room would be disturbed. Worst experience, would never stay again or recommend anyone else.

I didn't like that, there was no kettle until we asked for one. No descent milk. No iron and ironing board, until asked for one. Iron was broken and dangerous. Had to replace it. Could not close sliding door on cupboard. Hand rail im bathroom loose. Bath was too high to get in and out of. Towel rail was rusty and loose. Breakfast buffet was good. But probably won't be staying there next time.

Upon checkin I got to my room and there was only one towel

No mini bar (despite taking a deposit payment from my card)

I had no kettle Despite cups, tea & coffee etc... So I asked for a kettle to be brought up... it was delivered timely...and didn’t work.so requested another - again delivered fast... that one didn’t work either

I gave up on a hot drink at that point

Next day I needed to iron a shirt for a dinner meeting... requested an Iron & Board..... worlds oldest iron & board turn up - then seems to be a rusty part and the iron drips rust water all over my shirt - disaster

It was cheap but all the above plus the fact the room decor is very very tired and is def go to a holiday inn or even premier inn over this next time

If I could I would rate this hotel in a minus. The rooms were broken and dirty, the staff wasn’t interested in rectifying the problems, Expedia staff were just as unhelpful. Ruined the entire trip and even as a gold member i don’t think I will be using Expedia again. Worst hotel to pick, worst customer service experienced and just wasn’t a nice experience.

The property appears to have gone downhill . I stayed at the hotel 3 years ago and was happy with my stay however this time there are a number of issues with the hotel;
1 person at the desk to check in
Room not available upon arrival
Unable to make any charges to the room
Taxes to be paid upfront
Hairdryer works for 10 seconds then cuts out for 5 minutes.. we complained about this numerous times and was told this was how the hairdryer is set up! In the end the hotel staff brought us a hairdryer which you can plug in, after 2 uses this blew out so we had to get another replacement.

We had booked for a one night stay, the room given to us had the balcony doors slightly open, due to which we couldnt operate the A/C, Room service fixed that for us.

Shower bib was broken, water was gushing out anywhere, had a tiring night so didnt bother to complain then.

Reception attendant kept us waiting before booking process by engaging in meaningless conversation with another customer even though there was another hotel staff involved in the conversation.

bed sheets felt like cheap plastic/Synthetic, but not too uncomfortable.

Overall cleanliness was good, Room service was good and prompt.

A big disappointment.

This hotel in Jumeirah Lake Towers may be value for money, but it is tired before it's time! I stayed for over two weeks, and experienced it all. Broken chairs in the room, filthy and heavily stained carpets, phones that didn't work, pretty abysmal housekeeping services. Things like towels and pillows were not fully replaced, bed linen was not changed often enough, windows left smeared and dirty, curtains not properly fitted. This hotel really needs to raise it's game, although it has to be said that the staff seem cheerful and to be doing their best - it's just that their best is not nearly good enough!

the hotel was ok, that's all I can say. I booked a king room and got a twin they said they would put the beds together for me. 3 days later still wasn't done and got sick of asking. the wardrobe wouldn't open it was off the hinges again wasn't fixed. room nice size though and quiet. breakfast a disaster, after the 2nd day didn't bother going down. I know everyone says the same but the lift situation is a joke, it takes forever and when it turns up it's packed. was on 16th floor and just took the stairs. pool was nice, plenty of towels and loungers and there was a nice bar. is it a 4 star, no way, will I be back, no way.

I paid extra for a junior suite and requested twin bed in it, this request was confirmed for me after payment. But when I got to the hotel I was told this wasn’t possible only kize size was available in that room. As this didn’t suit I had to down grade to the superior room that could offer me the twin beds. I needed a hotel near the marina and the beach Although this hotel is quite close to both there was no mention that you could not access either without a considerable drive or walk

It is a 25 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute drive due to the pathetic infrastructure of Dubai but the hotel claims to be within 3km
The roads are hopeless and no thought to visitors or pedestrians

Some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered in 30 years of service. Utterly incompetent check in experience (waited in line nearly an hour) with just receptionist one. Rude security guard and we were initially given a twin room when we had booked a king room. The room only had one bath towel despite us repeatedly asking for another and it was like Stevie Wonder had done the decorating.

In addition the shower had cold water, the spa was only for women, and the pool bar was never open. Apart from that it was average at best.

We made 3 different bookings and stayed 11 nights in total there. Staff was friendly and we felt like it’s our home. Just couple of things I would like to say as when I checked out, the front desk was quite busy and could not ask us “How was your stay?”. We were lucky to use #2422 (Junior Suit) for whole stay though the things below needs to be fixed.
•The shower water in the bedroom has problem with hot water. It gets lower temperature all of sudden and it was quite cold. (We’ve told the team though it’s not perfectly fixed.)
•The lamp in the bedroom next to the TV never worked.
•The hair dryer in the second bathroom stops working after one time use.
•Few machines in the gym weren’t working (the power was off please check)
•It would’ve been nice if any of staff could actually ring the bell when they need to walk in the room instead of just knocking then walk in because as this room was Junior Suite room, we sometimes could not hear the knock and suddenly someone was inside of the room was not really pleasant and gave us a fright(Housekeeping and Minibar)

Otherwise it was very nice stay.
•Taxies are always available.
•Close to Metro/Tram stop. (15 minutes walk)
•There’s a beautiful park behind the building.
•The bar/restaurant downstairs called Nola was very nice. Little bit expensive but great customer service.

Thank you for your service we had very lovely time in Dubai for the first time. We will come back.

Room was ok, lovely comfy bed however the bathroom was a little underwhelming, small, missing tiles handrail hanging off. also we were 'upgraded' on arrival to deluxe room which looked the same as the room i booked, no balcony which was a little disappointing.... pool area small and not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests (hotel was not busy at all ) roughly 30 beds for a huge hotel.
hotel staff seems stressed on check out, a nice convenient place to stay but not overly friendly. i wouldn't stay here again.

The attitude of staffs was horrific, making numerous calls for services and getting responses like we forgot was disappointing. Constant harassment of my guests was disgusting. Badging into my room by security to check the identity of my guest whose identification documents were held at the reception was inappropriate and invading.

The hotel however was same as described online, well kept, good location but management has call the attitude of staffs to other. Don’t try this place if you know na d love freedom.

Very poor customer service.

Laundry failed to be returned so it messed up my schedule. Took 2 attempts to even get a laundry bag so I figured it would be useless even though I wrote “MUST BE SAME DAY” on the docket. Check-in took 45 mins “can’t find booking”. 4 people with same issue. Really poor customer service. Pool still closed at 0830. Don’t even replenish the water in the room. Cutting cost I guess. I must say though, the Bar staff are first class. Location is excellent for me - but it’s the worst hotel I’ve used in Dubai.

Bad experience

They had dirty sheets when we arrived,Very poor housekeeping, no shower curtains Cause the water to go all over ,every time you take a shower. Complained to the front desk never returned The call ‏.

Leaking bathroom drain on arrival but it was sorted within an hour
Couldn't us bath as the tub drain plug was missing asked about this three times but nothing happened don't see the reason for the room with a bath that could not be used didn't ask anymore as I knew it would not be sorted
Also on arrival when I reported the drain blocked in the bathroom I also reported that the hand basin plug was also not working so apart from not being able to use the bath the hand basin could not be filled with water so to use this the water had to be left running not good for fuel economy
This fault was not attended to throughout the length of my stay
BUT the shower work but it took a long time for the water to get hot another poor economy item
The room only seemed to be vacuumed on my first day there probably due to me being present when the cleaner came
I have previously stayed at this hotel and had a far better room and service than this time even though when I booked in they said they had upgraded me from a deluxe room to a superior room and on previous occasions the deluxe rooms were better than the superior
I know the hotel was busy over the Xmas and new year but they should still supply the service especially when they were charging extra I don't think I will be using this hotel again even though it is the most convenient one for me
It is also worth mentioning that this is the first time I have used your services prior to this visit I have always used Booking . Com

It’s was wonderful and the children’s park at the back of the hotel made it worth while for my 6 years old son. We have a great time at the hotel.
