The hotel always smells so beautiful, and fresh. The room's interiors were tasteful and light and the bed was so comfortable! Also, the location was fantastic - right on the marina. The views from our room and the rooftop pool were amazing! Whilst on the first day the service at breakfast was a little slow the food was exceptional and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Dubau

Incompetent staff, neither reception nor restaurant staff told me that the breakfast had to be paid in advance and can’t be put on the room. Restaurant called me in the room 4 times and kept hanging up, I felt like I was being harassed.

This beautiful hotel's location is excellent, with breath taking views of the marina especially at night when it's all lit up and with close proximity to shopping dining and metro station. The staff at the front desk accommodated our every request and housekeeping kept our room sparkle clean.

Terrible place , very disrespectful front desk man ( a balding man) who spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner, I did not stay at this hotel for free , no sure why would he let himself to show the power in such a way.
Also next day around 12:50 bellboy and security came to me saying I’m not checking out even tho the check out time was 13:00 pm.
Such a terrible place with no propriety guest service . That man on reception deserves the first place for the most disrespectful attitude towards a woman. I also asked him for an upgrade because I checked out very later, he denied the request saying I shall pay even tho it was very late already and the room I asked for was a bay view , but even a category higher .

I was impressed that in addition to the breakfast buffet you could order a main breakfast food item from the menu and a barista coffee. The service was impeccable. The only thing that disappointed me was that the bed sheets had foundation/make up stains and the pillow case smelt like it hadn’t been washed, thankfully I could swap the pillows as I had 4 in total! Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel for location, service and views.

My stay at Vida Dubai Marina was nothing short of perfect. The convenience is unparalleled – stepping out directly onto the marina with its incredible views and with JBR buzzing a short walk across the bridge. The hotel's amenities, from the pool and gym with great views of the marina to the stylish rooms, provided a luxurious and relaxing escape.
Staff members were brilliant. Each one Very friendly and accommodating, cannot fault this place at all. Would recommend over some of the so called 5* places in the area.
I’ve got another trip soon and will be going back to the Vida Dubai marina yacht club

The staff were so polite and helpful.
The room was cleaned daily and had all the facilities you need, including a kettle, tea & coffee, a fridge, a full.size ironing board, safe, hairdryer, bath robe and plenty of towels.
We went for a Marina view room which had incredible views day and night.
Once the hotel knew we were celebrating a birthday we had flower petals and a bed decoration, plus a very nice large birthday cake 🎂
The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Metro and Tram.station, and we could also walked to JBR and Bluewaters Island.
I would highly recommend this hotel, it was perfect for what we needed.

Very conveniently located hotel. Overall a lovely hotel. The only issue we encountered was the shower intermittently changing from hot to cold and our sink blocked, the latter of which was quickly resolved.

Amazing Marina views

Everyone at the hotel so helpful and friendly.
We booked a marina view room but lucky to receive an upgrade on arrival to marina view suite, OMG is all I can say. It was amazing. Super spacious, comfy bed and views you could stare at all day/night.
Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Exceptionally quiet for Dubai. Room service was quick and tasty. Cot was provided when asked for, including some baby products which was nice. Pillows were the best pillows I’ve slept on in a hotel and I’ve slept in a lot of hotels.


Only complaint is that valet staff needs to learn some manners. Just because someone drives a Volkswagen, wears a hoodie, and gets Achmed to do his hair for 15 AED doesn’t mean they can’t afford to stay at your hotel.

Well located; decent value for the high quality.

Great location with access to the marina walkway, close to railway, and walking distance to the beach. Hotel is top notch. Hotels.com mentioned a discount on food, but we never got it.

We received the wrong room upon checkin. The bathrooms were rather small compared to all other hotels we stayed during our time in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We enjoyed having a balcony as our view was to the marina. It's worth spending a little more money to reserve rooms facing the marina. Roof top pool is worth visiting.

The facilities were amazing but I especially loved the staff. Rosy was especially welcoming at breakfast and always ensured I had everything I needed. The pool staff were also very attentive and quickly learned what I like and made sure I got it every visit. Nicole at the hotel lobby bar was a gracious host. I look forward to visiting again in the near future and will recommend the hotel to anybody looking to visit Marina Dubai!

I’ve stayed here before and will return again. Amazing hotel. Very safe if travelling alone. Close to beach, marina with shops and dining. Also less than a 2 min walk to metro station to explore Dubai if you don’t have transport.

Dog friendly, super convenient location. It’s a short walk to Marina Mall and plenty of convenience stores, restaurants. I particularly like Habib Beirut. The pool is way up on the 13th floor with plenty of breeze and outdoor AC. The service is excellent.

Most comfortable hotel chain in Dubai

I stayed at Vida hotels in Dubai for more than 1 month combined. They are luxurious and designed with a lot of good taste, the locations are premium and the views are fantastic. Staff is super friendly and all the venues are extremely clean. I would rate them as the top hotel in Dubai so far.

I stayed for 4 nights and mostly i had a good time. The good points were the breakfast and speed of service of the hotel however the reason for my negative review was that on 3 seperate occasions/days there were significant issues with the showers where they werent working for approximately 40min. It wasnt possible to use them in this time because the hot water wouldnt come out, the pressure dropped and the water was dirty.

Im pretty understanding and i know that there are situations beyond our control but after the 3rd occurrence of it i was quite fustrated. What made this worse was that the hotel promised to contact me after i left to help come to some sort of agreement but i never heard from them (aside from one missed call). And instead i had to go through expedia who were able to get me a small discount which wasnt reflective of the amount of inconvenience caused.

When i told the staff I was simply told \"sorry, I understand its fustrating\". The solution was to go to the floor with the swimming pool and use the showers there which also werent working on the 2nd time.

Honestly I'd advise thinking twice before booking. Again irs really dissapointing nobody ever reached out as promised.

Excellent location if you want to be in the Marina. Sadly I had a room with a view facing the city so not great. But the hotel is good, nice room with all facilities, nice roof top area with a pool and bar.

Honestly they have good customer service and it’s located in a really prime area in the marina. A few issues popped up but nothing major (like balcony door wouldn’t close).
