The hotel staff were VERY INVASIVE. My room was entered multiple times without consent by different members of the staff at different hours, claiming they were ringing the bell. At check-out I was standing for more than 10 mins not being acknowledged by staff, I placed the room key over the counter and left. The security and parking staff were the only people with manners.

The FIVE LUXE Hotel is the best place ever. It’s has everything that I needed to make my life complete. From the Paradiso Rooftop Lounge/Bar, Clean Rooms with Great Staff Service. The Amenities and the hotel Bathroom had everything that my wife I needed. The Room Mini Bar was very well stocked. The entire staff from the time we checked into the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect for your everyday activities. The Dive Bar (Goose Bar) connected to the hotel was great. The swimming pool, shisha and bar were amazing as well. The Cielo Restaurant food and staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed this place and will tell the world about it.

hotel is located on the private beach near Ritz Calton and Rixos in JBR , extremely convenient location. Hotel is vey new and modern . We had a room on the 30th floor which offered a gorgeous Dubai view, the hotel has ultra modern spa with jacuzzi and lots of nice restaurants . Sandesh at the reception was very helpful , we really enjoyed our stay

Everything was perfect and the view from my room was beautiful. The only thing I had an issue with was one of the people who came to clean my room the first time broke my universal plug I just purchased so I couldn’t use certain things for the remainder of trip like my curling iron but luckily they had an in wall usb for my iphone charger and usb ports on the tvs.

Worth a visit

Brand new shiny hotel, still has some polishing to do on service. Staff were excellent and reasonably attentive. The day club is ideal for old Ibiza clubbers who now have a little more expensive taste. Paradiso bar is very nice for a good sunset photo, but just dont expect to get drunk here as service isnt the fastest.

Amazing views and nice rooms, but not worth the $

Pros:
Look, the views are unmatched, the rooms are incredible, pool area is great. We weren’t there for the party vibes (don’t mind either way) but good for that. Location in JBR great. Some nice service moments eg where they let me use the cold plunge compliment

Unfortunately the service and amenities are beaten by hotels that you pay 1/10 the price for.

Cons:
- check-in process was painful/delayed
- pool restaurant prices are extortionate, and food bland, so in effect no food or drinks available on site
- room had multiple technical items needed fixing. Resolved, but annoying
- room had a ‘kitchen’ (oven, cooktop) and we like to prep our own food but not a single kitchen item in there. Not even a fork, dish sponge - nothing. Had to ask from room service and it’s like they had never been asked before. Why have a cooktop then?!
- felt treated like a criminal more than once: entering the hotel via the beach chased by security and looked up and down like an intruder. And upon checkout they were stalling and wouldn’t let me leave to the airport while they checked the minibar! Never have I experienced this, let alone in a ‘luxe’ hotel! Just ask me for gods sake, and you have a MASSIVE hold on my credit card! Unbelievable. Obv I simply left.

The dumb thing is all the cons are addressable. They simply need to lift their game and think about a wider variety of guests (it’s obv for the insta/ultra rich crowd).

Tldr I regret paying luxe prices for avg service and poor amenities.

They gave a room with next building view which was like a blackout view. When i booking the city view. Everything is extra charges, even for deliveries you have to come downstairs to pick up. Pool don’t have showers.

There are two other FIVE properties, but this by far is the best of the three. Right by the marina with its own three level pool and then a party floor by the beach, which had the best DJs whether you’re on the dance floor or dancing on your hotel balcony. The service was wonderful from the time that you entered the lobby, going to the breakfast buffet or even enter in the elevator the politeness and the professionalism of the staff is the best I’ve seen in years! It’s hard to surpass the level of service and cleanliness of this hotel. That’s not even two years old yet. I will stay here again when visiting Dubai.

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff. Amazing view of the giant Dubai Eye ferris wheel. Avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere -- or else get a room facing the city. Why do they blast rave or dance club music -- boom boom boom -- consistently every day from 1 pm to 7 pm -- from the pool area. Even the beach had loud speakers booming all day. But if you like a rave-party-like atmosphere, maybe this is the hotel for you!

Hotel management de-activated our room key in the middle of our stay without warning. We had prepaid in full for the room and gave the hotel a deposit for additional charges in the amount requested when we checked in. When our restaurant charges exceeded the deposit, the hotel de-activated the room key. Although the hotel had both my email and my cell phone number, the hotel neither called nor texted me to request an additional deposit. In my experience, hotels request payment for additional charges on check out and do not deny access to a room paid in full in advance.

At first our room had a serious drainage issue. For two days, we had some loud noises coming from the toilet. The second day, the gutter started to spit crap out of the drain hole. Upon complaining, they moved me to a higher floor, which was better and our last day and night was great. Hotel it self was great. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities. Lighting system was top notch. The way I was able to control the lighting, I was amazed. Curtains were also button controlled and it was a great view, with the exception of the construction that is going on. Outside the balcony there was a huge generator with a very loud noise, that was going on 24x7. I enjoyed my stay here as I was able to walk to all shops and restaurants which were a plenty. It was also walkable to the marina walk, which I also enjoyed very much. Will definitely come back.

The restaurant near the beach (Cielo), as well as the gym, are exceptionally good. Furthermore, the quality of the room and service is top notch; true luxury is achieved. I found the hotel‘s location to be excellent for Dubai.

The techno music around the pool is loud, even in the high floor rooms overlooking the pool. This was my only complaint, though I recognize that some may enjoy the vibe it creates.

Our stay at this five deluxe hotel in Dubai Marina was absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in, the team went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. For our final night, they surprised us with an incredible room upgrade, complete with a private pool—it was such a perfect way to end our time in Dubai.

The staff was incredibly attentive, always checking in on us and making sure we were well taken care of. On the day of our departure, they even provided us with a full breakfast packed into to-go boxes so we wouldn’t miss out before catching our flight. Every single staff member was friendly, professional, and so well-trained—it truly made the experience unforgettable.

I can’t wait to go back, just to stay with them again. Highly recommend this place and their exceptional team!

I regret staying at this unethical fraudu hotel

The hotel charged me over $300 after I left - for what I’m not sure of and they do not communicate. For anyone staying I would be careful and keep a close eye on charges. They are shady and unethical. The rooms aren’t even that great, like the pictures don’t match h the rooms and they aren't very clean. There are much better hotels in the area. I regret staying here.

We checked out of the Atlantis Royal and booked half board fir 2 nights.
Immediately the Concierge when he saw our room was facing the building works he took us back to reception, we were allocated a stunning room. The safety from security and support and service staff was amazing.
The food at The Goose Tap house on half board was so generous and delicious.

Had an amazing time at this hotel, staff were brilliant, sparkling clean everywhere. The 2 bedroom apartments with pool on the balcony was a perfect space for our family. Kids area & pool was ideal. Perfect location on JBR if you want to have a walk out without the need for taxis unlike some other hotels. Couldn’t fault anything with our stay and will definitely be back soon!

I really wanted to like this hotel but it massively falls short compared to the usual dubai standard. Service is poor. Room not cleaned multi times, no water restock, not turndown service multiple evenings. My room key kept resetting so i had to go down every evening to get a new one. The pool service was slow despite the number of staff available. The towels have stains on most of them. The rooms although beautiful fell short on the finer details. Light switches all over the room, bathroom one side of the room but dressing room on the other side. We had a bar in our room but no glasses at all. The pillows were flat pancakes despite asking for additional. Its ok but there are much better options for less money

The ambience of the hotel is amazing, the room was great with Sauna and a hot tub as expected based on the booking.

Unfortunately, the concierge took them around 1.5 hrs to send our room our handbag. As a gesture, the receptionist committed to send some snacks as complementary which we never received.

In addition to that, we tried to use the pools for our baby, but it was cold for him. So, we said we will fill in the hot tub. Here is another surprise. The first water came out was reddish, due to some rust. But I managed to clear it out. You think you can adjust the temperature of the water, think again. The maintenance told us that they need to open the tub to adjust the water valves. We asked them not to, as we are staying for 1 night. We added some cold water via water bottles just to bring it to acceptable range for an infant.

Finally, we wanted to watch Netflix on the TV. Even though it was equipped with a Chromecast, we had to ask IT to come and reconfigure the Chromecast as it was not working. It took them more than half an hour to come and try to fix it. These issues are understandable, but when you clearly inform the helpdesk not to ring the room's phone as our baby was sleeping, they kept on calling the room instead.

They even called us for service that we didn't even ask for, stating that someone was waiting at the door. But no one was there.

This is a brand new hotel on the JBR strip. Very close to all the restaurants/cafes/beach and shisha places. Shout out to smoky beach going strong for many years! Ok so this hotel is a vibe! A dj and party music every day by the pool. Not so much a quiet family hotel I’d say but very popular with adults who want to have fun. I stayed in room 612 which was central location of the hotel over looking all pools and sea view! Cleaning staff were the best, literally cleaned the room 2/3 times a day which is helpful as you’re showering 2/3 times and day changing clothes coz I visited peak summer! They got valet parking full amenities in bedroom. I’d say check out my tiktok for pics and vids (@teetravels911)
