Most amazing place to stay on Jumeirah beach. Rooms are very spacious and poolside food was great. Rooms are cleaned every day and the view is great. Can see the drone show form the beach. Gastro’s breakfast was very delicious and also fresh every morning. Also had a change in variety daily which helps when you are staying for a while. Wish could have stayed even longer ! The staff was always so polite and attentive. Merina and Sandi were great. Merina remembered our room number in the morning and would sit us at our usual table.
Grounds are clean and beach is lovely. Able to access water sports right in front of hotel.
Took the tram every where as could walk to it in about 6-7 minutes. Front desk will call a taxi if needed. Thank you Jesse and Heba Restaurants and shops are very close by with a lot of choices to satisfy every palate.
Dubai is wonderful with way too much to do. Will stay in my heart forever. What makes Dubai great are the people of UAE. Thanks again for a great vacation !

Stayed here 6 nights. Positives are the staff, they make you feel welcome and are very helpful. Rooms are spacious although lacked a fridge. Negatives - location, hotel is based end off The Walk. The pool and beach area is in virtual shade most of the day not very good for sunbathing. There is also a lot of traffic noise. Food was average, little invention with similar dishes most nights. Also temperate of food was luke warm. Would’nt stay again.

This location is prime!! We stayed at \"The Palms\" first and looking back I would stay here for the entire stay next time. We were in Dubai for 9 days. This location gave us a 3 bedroom unit with excellent views and amenities. Massages at the spa were great, brunch at restaurant around the pool area was superb, it is on the beach, and has plenty of options near it to do!!! I would book here you will not regret it.

I couldn’t fault this hotel.
Staff are welcoming and friendly plus so efficient, food and drink is excellent and good value. Pool was absolutely amazing and beach front was great. Location was perfect. The only thing to note is that there is no real lobby as you arrive by car through the underground car park. This doesn’t matter as if you walk it’s best to go out the back via the beach and pool. Our room was a fabulous surprise. We booked a one bed suite but I didn’t expect it to be as large as it was or have the balcony and 2 x bathrooms. Honestly this will be my go to hotel if I ever come back to Dubai again.

Oh and the pool beds were so comfy along with huge great luxurious towels .. pool staff so attentive and couldn’t do enough for you.

The early check in was great and ability to use the facilities having come off an early long haul flight. Friendly team, lovely pool, very clean. Baggage stow for a day exploring, after we had checked out. Complimentary upgrade to a larger appartment wad excellent!! Our daughter loved it too.

The property is very clean but the rooms are dated. Restaurant staff is friendly but they nickel and dime you for absolutely everything. Front desk staff was not a good experience, they are who you interact with the moment you walk into the property and start your vacation so that wasn't great. I do not recommend using the tour desk on property, he overcharges a lot! I ended up booking my desert safari through Emirates airline instead and paid a little less than half of what he was going to charge, the desert safari I booked through Emirates was amazing. Side note - museum of the future is not worth the entrance fee, it is however worth going and admiring the outside of the building. There is absolutely nothing worth seeing on the inside, I was sick over what I ended up spending to get into that place.

We moved to this hotel from a five star hotel on the Palm and really wish we had have stayed here from the start. Hotel staff were great - extremely helpful & attentive - great location just a few mins walk to the Walk - really clean and well equipped two bedrooms apartment - but to me the best thing was the pool area - really modern, extremely relaxing, spacious, lots of sun beds and lovely big pool.

I have been to Dubai five times now and stayed in some really nice hotels - but will probably use this as my go to base for future visits.

DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Jumeirah Beach was a wonderful stay. They had amazing front desk staff and their apartment was Hugh and spacious for our family of 5.
Couple of nits, the unit is missing a kitchen, for the size of the unit, the fridge was a tiny (hotel room size) and other than water, a nesspresso machine and a kettle, there weren’t any thing else.

We had a suite (great size) with a ‘marina view’. It’s more ‘road’ view with a touch of canal!
My only real gripe was a weak ‘over the bathtub’ shower rather than a walk in shower. There was certainly enough room for one. Plenty of Nespresso refills & water. Room service food was also very good.
Breakfast was great and the service excellent-also very good value.
Pool side food also good as well as the service. In the afternoon the volume increases to the point where u can’t hear your own iPod so in the end I gave up trying-worse on a Saturday as for some strange reason there’s a singer at one part of the pool and a DJ at the other-if you’re in the middle u can’t hear either!
The hotel is in the shade for most of the day but trust me your skin will appreciate it!
We went to Maine restaurant twice and the vibe & food were great.

Very nice hotel in JBR/The Walk with its own access to the beach. We had a one bedroom flat and it was very comfortable.
Only inconvenience is we found out after booking that the pool, and the gym was in renovation. But that also explains the affordable rate we got
As we were there a very hot weather, missing a pool area was a big let down.
But from October, the hotel pool should be operational, with a kid area (which was also missing).

Booked a 3 bed room and it was huge. Hotel is very well placed to walk to beach, bluewater island and nearby shops and restaurants. Even though we arrived after 3pm the hotel kept us waiting for 30 mins at receiption with minimal updates. Breakfast was good with very friendly staff. Would stay again, though TV channels (English / Kids) are poor and TV's are a bit old.

The hotel lobby team are understaffed and as a result, check-in can take a while.

The rooms themselves are massive and clean. The furniture is somewhat dated (i.e. wardrobe and bath facilities) and the bath robes look incredibly old and need replacing.

Improvement points:
- Dated furniture.
- Very limited choice for breakfast (not worth paying extra for this).
- Lengthy time to check-in.
- Female Duty manager at the front desk showed zero customer service skills - very strange for Dubai.

Excellent points:
- Amazing customer service from restaurant staff 10/10.
- Lots of seating around the pool.
- Children's pool is a good size.
- Private beach access is great for lounging.
- Access to waterfront for swimming.
- Comfortable bed & blackout curtains.
- Noise proof windows.
- Iron and Ironing board available in room.
- Lots of restaurants are located just minutes from the hotel.

The hotel is in very good location with nice views of the beach and blue waters with nice pool. We reserved 2 BR suite which is big and spacious but they charged us on checkout double city tax although it was written clearly on booking that 15 aed is due at property but the front desk people asked for 30 aed in the excuse that I reserved 2 BR suite so double city tax charge!!! The other issue is that I reserved breakfast and dinner during my booking and the dinner was Ala cart and not open buffet ( no details was mentioned upon booking ) with no beverages except water even bread is counted and extra bread is chargeable! The breakfast was very good with good varieties. Apart from these 2 issues our one night stay was good and relaxing.

Overall all rating was good but not Hilton group standard.

Special thanks for Mr.Mahmood Reception Manager for his professional service individually.

But the room service was very disappointing and never clean the room if we don’t ask.

Pool and facilities wad very old and need to renovation.

GYM too small the opening time limited from 9am till 9pm , should be 24 hrs since the guest has own access by card.

The best thinks of this hotel view was nice and location in the heat of JBR

Property felt dated. The one bedroom suites felt run down. Ceiling was stained and falling apart. Door knobs have sharp edges and cut you very badly if you bump into them.
There is a massive construction project going up right next to the Doubletree which completely blocks sun light from reaching the pool and their portion of the beach. As a result, the pool is COLD.
We ate breakfast once at the hotel, it was fine. About 30 usd per person.

Staff were great- particularly around the pool.
The two bed apartment was a great size, comfy beds.
The building being constructed next door is so huge that it literally blocks the sunlight to the swimming and bathing areas for hours of the day which is annoying. It’s also very loud and work continues through the night too.

Customer service is dreadful.
I have been trying to contact the hotel regarding obtaining a receipt for the room charges.
However the hotel are refusing to give this to me and telling me to obtain this from Expedia.
Expedia are telling me the hotel must provide this receipt however the hotel are refusing to co operate.

Dreadful after market service!
Will never be staying here again!
