hotel is very nice, water front on the Marina. staff is very helpful and cooperative. Houskeeping are doing a great job especially Ms. Mousami. hotel just needs to be renovated and to use at least smart TV screens. breakfast was nice and full of varieties.

Beds are hard as a rock. I’m not a skinny guy and I left with both hips hurting from how hard they are. I asked for a pad and they gave me a thick blanket. So I literally only managed to get to sleep for about four hours the 5 days I was there which made for a miserable experience.
My non smoking room stank of cigarettes.
Walls are paper thin so you can hear the full details of your neighbors bathroom breaks. Every door shut is heard loudly and clearly.
Bathroom was filthy and needs a deep cleaning by someone that knows how to clean.
I could just about write a book on how terrible this hotel is.
It’s only saving grace is it’s staff and closeness to the marina.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I loved my stay at Pearl Marina Hotel Apartments!

The apartment had everything it was needed for a perfect and divine holidays!

Washer, kitchen, comfort, super clean, swimming pool and jaccuzi, and above all an amazing staff! 24/7 right on the corner, beach and metro walking distance! amazing! taxis by the door,...all easy.

All we need was taken care by Adil in front desk or Chotus that was taking care of our room. Everything was made so warmth, smooth, and easy! In fact everyone was amazing! Smilling, polite, and really willing to be of help to make our time the best!

I really recommend this hotel! Please say hi to everyone from me and enjoy!

The location is good, it’s far from downtown but you may use public transportation.The area is so expensive to buy food .The apartment has very limited kitchen items ,carpet is very dirty, they took it to clean it as per my request but never came back even though I stayed for 3 weeks.The staff were pleasant and welcoming. I’m satisfied with my experience with them

It’s the 3rd time we’ve stayed there and in a great location near the marina. It’s a nice walk along the canal with numerous restaurants of all types. Great views from room which is apartment with kitchen. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful staff.

Let me first of all thank these two amazing staff of Pearl Marina Apartment Hotel: Mr Lawal, a concierge and Mr Tafazzul, a housekeeper. These two guys were exceptional. Mr Lawal is always ready to help even sometimes go out of his way and Mr Tafazzul makes sure the room is sparkling cleaned. Their display of professionalism was incredible. I cannot but thank also the entire staff of the Pearl Marina for making guests feel welcome. The only issue I have with the management of the hotel is not letting guests receive visitors.

We had a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking Dubai Marina Walk. The location was great , close to JBR beach and Dubai marina. The hotel staff was very friendly and provided a great service. And the price for all that we got was surprisingly low. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are vacationing on a budget.

The receptionist was very incapable. We asked for a roll on bed for my daughter and they said they didn’t have any. The next day when we went down and asked for it, they seemed to have it. We asked the receptionthey clean our room, and they said the service stops at 4 pm cause of Ramadan.then we met the cleaning service outside our room and they said they can come and clean, and they did. There were days were the room was really well cleaned and other days the bare minimum. One would hope for more consistency for a 3 start rated hotel

The location and the price are great. My room was on the first floor and had a beautiful view of the Dubai Marina. But the noise from the hallway I could hear at night, and waked me up a couple times. The room was clean and has a little kitchen ( microwave/ refrigerator/ electric range and pot). WiFi was sometimes weak and TV signal was missing. There is a 24 hours supermarket cross the street. The last night of my 6 nights stay, there was a water leak from the second floor in the bathroom.

I had emailed before arrive and requested a high floor, we were given the 3rd floor, We paid for a balcony but we were given a very narrow balcony that could only accommodate one chair facing each other and had to squeeze round one chair to get to the other, not more than 30inches wide, so for that reason I would have called my balcony a ledge. If you are looking for a balcony with a view then room 310 is not a good room as we were looking onto the end of the canal with at least four different buildings being built so it was more like a building construction site. If you a looking for a nice, apartment with good amenities and plenty of space, nice staff, close to marina, beach and public transport all at a good price then Pearl Marina Apartments are definitely the ones to book. We had breakfast booked which was on the Marina Promenade level and was a nice place to start the day watching the Marina coming alive in the early mornings. Breakfast was basic compared to other Dubai hotels but enough for us, ie, tea, coffee, toast, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, scrambled & boiled eggs, fruit, jams, etc. The breakfast staff were very courteous. I would certainly go back to these apartments, but it would have been nice to get what we asked for, which was a high floor, balcony(which we had paid for) and nice views, not a construction site and a 30 inch ledge.

Everything is perfect.

I was with my family (4 adults + 1 infant). First, they upgraded us from the regular room to Villa. Then they did the big favor, tried their best and kept the same room for all 7 nights. Shuttle bus to the beach was very helpful and saved us a lot. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reception arranged very quickly whatever we needed and was not available in the room. All staff was very helpful and all time tried their best to help.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Pearl Marina. Both visits were for two weeks so I appreciated having a kitchen, fully stocked with pots and pans, dishware, etc. plus a washing machine.
While it isn't the newest hotel in the area, it is well maintained and comfortable.G

The Pearl Marina Hotel is in an excellent position being so close to the marina and is very handy for shops, but apart from that we were very disappointed with this hotel/apartment, upon check in at approx 11pm we were told our room was not available so in their words \"we had been upgraded for 1 night to a two bedroom apt instead of the one bedroom apt we booked\" (it really annoys me when hotels do this, as they imply they are doing you a favour when in fact it is really inconvenient as you cannot unpack as you have got to move rooms next day). The beds in both apts were really hard and uncomfortable and I would say the worst beds in any hotel I have stayed in, the linen and bath towels need renewing, we did not use the pool or restaurant so cannot comment on these.

Nice place on the Marina walk. I had a view of the Marina. Apartment was clean. Minor things needed to be taken care of, staff responds promptly. Housekeeping kept the place clean. I was using the kitchen to cook, there is a supermarket across the street. Construction of new buildings on the street, so lots of truck traffic. Underground parking was great. WiFi was spotty.

Nice clean room, good area, nice folks on reception. Only problem was that I was put in a disabled room on the first floor and when I had a shower, first the drains had their covers over them and second, even with the covers off, it pretty well made the whole bathroom floor wet.
Other than that, it was a good place and I would go back.

I was booked - and had to pay - for 4 nights. I had to move to another hotel after 2 nights.

I asked for a non smoking room, yet the room smelt of smoke.

I was not informed that I needed to switch the hot water on myself, so had no hot water on the first morning.

The curtains didn't fit so too might light came in.

The walls were so thin and the other guests had kids who screamed most of the night.

All nice! Sevice, cleanliness, staff, place, area. Not far from the sea, 15 minutes by walk across chanel, there are many different food markets and restaurants and Cafes! Also 5 miinutes the Car rent company. I am so glad that found this Hotel apartment. Very good kitchen (plates, oven, microwave, anything).

Fabulous location,staff so helpful.our issue was couches were of material and looked quite grubby.tv in main bedroom didn't work,sent remote to reception for new batteries ,3 different staff at reception said it would be sent up but it never was.These are only small issues and is constructive critism to enable u to improve things.There was quite a lot of noise outside hotel due to building but that is outside of hotel staffs control.Would definitely stay there again.fab for family,great Space in our self catering 2 bedroomed apartment.lovely little pool for a dip,and beach about 10 minutes walk.

I had one room apartment on the 1st floor after I checked in very late at night and I wake up on drilling in the wall next to my room I tried to call the reception all phones in the room are not working I went downstairs to complain however the noise continued until 1230 pm the hotel is currently having Constractions or renovation without any notice to the guest or before I book the room I left the hotel also next door there is a new tower is still under construction
