The Jumeriah Beach area has become horrible in terms of traffic - literally an hour to go half a mile. This property is close to Dubai's biggest nightclub (Bla Bla), and it's incredibly difficult to get in and out of. Property itself is outdated, the kitchen has too few basic supplies, the cleaning staff was great, the front desk is clueless, and the Plaza level is under construction. Walls are thin, so you hear all kinds of loud people in the elevator hall, and kids running around in the unit above you at 2A! Not staying here again - too many other good options for the same price.

May be it is time to change!

This is our second year we stay at this property and spent $$$$ considering time of the year and length of stay for two weeks. We even brought friends from US who also stayed for several days! Generally staff are friendly, except that rude lady that kept calling us asking us to leave on our final day even that her kind colleague gave us until 2:30pm for check out she was rude loud and stated: your check out is at 12 and you were given till 2 and need to leave now!! I do not appreciate this tone or unprofessionalism especially after spending thousands of dollars at this place every year!
When room are cleaned unfortunately they seem to be using old dirty water and old rugs so the apartment smells HORRIBLE after each cleaning! They one of the rollers keep getting clogged every other day. VERY outdated cheap furniture and their pillows are not a great choice if you have back or neck issues!
While the location is unbeatable with JBR walk and restaurants are literally downstairs, if you are driving then be prepared for a LONG wait every time you try to get in and out of the hotel and I do mean long! The entrances and exits of the hotel and the whole area generally is poorly structured probably not planned with such huge crowds visiting the place everyday in mind. If you get a good rate then this place may not be a bad option but for us we are gonna be looking for a higher quality place for our next visit to Dubai!

Je passe un bon séjour, mais par contre quand je suis arrivé j’étais pas contente je suis une Bon cliente j’ai eu un souci avec le manager en arrivant j’avais demandé quand les étages ils ont voulu me donner au 10e étage. J’ai refusé et il m’a dit si vous vous refusez. Bah vous attendez jusqu’à 16h que moi je suis arrivé le matin, j’étais trop fatigué, jusqu’à que j’ai appelé L’organise et c’est là qu’ils ont bougé on ne garde pas comme ça des clients mais pour finir je reviendrai Mohamed. Quitte à l’accueil c’est quelqu’un de très aimable et monsieur Sofiane aussi. Et tous les personnages de l’hôtel y a que le manager c’est à monsieur rasas basal t’es pas contente ?

I stayed here with my family of 6 in their 3 bedroom suite. We were looked after really well by all the staff, specially the house keepers , whatever you request and they respond with a smiling yes. I recommend this hotel/ apartment to everyone. This place is in a very central location to all attractions and yet it is great value for money. Next time I visit Dubai I will only stay at this place. I was hoping to see the house keepers before I left but I missed you guys this morning however I will be back and a very big THANKS to you all.

The hotel locstion was excellent, betwèen the beach and harbor. Staff was helpful and plentiful. The hotel room we stayed in was in need of repairs. The kitchen nèeds a few more items to help with your stay. Overall, the hotel is a 3.5 but again great location for the cost, next to #2 stop on orange tram line.

Loved the spacious apartment with the amazing sea view. Only downsides is that room service didnt change bedhseets everyday but instead just did a tidy up. I know this because i found the same tea stain latee on in the evening and following days. It also rained while we stayed and there was a water flooding in out kitchen which was a hazard for slip and fall. It was shown and disucssed which was invonveniently wasting out holiday relaxation time. Overall, its a great location and the hotel viees was amazing but they need to sort some maintenance issues. We were not comoensated for this inconcenience

The apart hotel is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and the tram. The flats are spacious and have a kitchen with basic utensils if you want to cook your meal. Aircon worked well and had separate temperature control for various rooms, which was great. We had a nice balcony looking towards the sea. Wifi was good. The furniture is quite dated and bathrooms will require freshening up soon, but overall we had a very good stay and the size of the flats and location versus the price were really good.

Shout out to Sara on the front desk, who was a great help. This property has a great location, a few minutes from the beach and lots of restaurants. And the units are big, so its a very good value if you need the space. Also has quite a large gym. Generally helpful staff.

Downsides are the condition of the property, which is very dated, a housekeeping staff that is propably understaffed and never got to my room before 4, and a very confusing disjointed layout.

This is not a fancy hotel, but if you have a family or large group and don't require modern rooms, this could be a very good option.

Pleasant, helpful staff. Sea View apartment overlooking Ain Dubai (Dubai Eye). Walk out onto the main strip with bars, restaurants, shops and the beach all within a few minutes walk.

The apartment was basic but clean and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. It was a generous size for a family of 4.

The view was lovely. And it's walkable. Some of the team are nice and helpful. However, the manager of this property does not care about the costumes. The apartment we had was disgusting and not clean at all. I shared a few pictures with the team, so they had to move us to a new apartment at 4 am in the morning, which was very inconvenient for us. We wasted two nights out of five nights of our stay trying to communicate with them, first to give us a clean apartment and second to give us a refund or any other solution for the first two nights we wasted. The manager literally said to me, “a refund is not an option; you can get a refund at the four seasons but not here,” very unprofessional. The worst stay ever. However, I have to say that the guys at the front desk were amiable and helpful. My overall recommendation is, don’t go there. There are plenty of hotels in the area. I wish I had more time to go somewhere else, but I was there with my parents, who I hadn't seen in four years, and thought that a five days vacation at this hotel would be great; I was wrong to believe that this hotel can offer what I was looking for—simply a clean apartment with a nice view.

The location was great, bang on the JBR Walk. Very close to the Jumeirah beach (less than 5 min walk).
The views from our 3-bed sea-view Apt were amazing. All rooms & the common hall & balcony had views of the sea.
The accommodation is mostly of apartment-type and not like a usual hotel. The feel inside the apt. is like an apt. and not like a hotel room. The apt. was clean & maintained well. Rooms and the apt were spacious.
Our 3-bed apt had 3 rooms, a huge living room, a full-fledged kitchen with few cutlery & vessels for cooking, a maid room, a balcony and 5 toilets (3 baths)! We were a family of 7 (3 adults & 4 kids) and the apt. was too big for us.

The hotel check-in was the worst experience for us in recent times. Where we asked for an early check-in, they did not even give us the room at their usual committed time. The reception was very small & crowded for the number of units they have. Reception staff were not friendly at all and did not communicate well. Even when we got our room about 1.5 hours late, the room was not ready and the housekeeping staff were still cleaning.

The general friendliness & attitude of the staff were unsatisfactory. We almost did not see even 1 person smiling in our whole stay and everyone seemed very casual about their customers.

The whole property is massive and has a lot of facilities. There were 4 swimming pools and we could use any of them

Except the staff & check-in, we loved our stay
The rates were cheapest we could find in the area

The place and location are good but I had very bad experience.
1. They charged more than what was mentioned by Expedia claiming that the city tax is per room in the apartment not per accommodation.
2. Very poor pools.
3. Very poor communication during check out, we agree with the reception at night for late check out and the the other girl in the morning told us that no one told him.

Perfect location

Better guidance for driving customers, it was a struggle to find the on site parking waiting time in the city traffic. The Apartment size and location is a plus and it is unbeatable, unfortunately they seam understaffed and the cleanness was not the best, first night and we had no towels in any of the 6 bathrooms, the breakfast facility was chaotic... again understaffed, and food selection was poor.

Old and Run Down - not “Luxury Apartments”

Old hotels don’t have to be run down, but this one is. I have completed 20+ stays in the UAE the last 3 years at various hotels and apartments and this one was in the worst condition of them all. The shattafs (sprayers) were covered in black mildew and the showers would spill mildew onto the floor if the hinge for the shower’s glass got even a little wet. The oven did not work and two of the four electric range burners did not work. The lampshades were damaged.
THIS IS NOT HOUSEKEEPING FAULT. They were friendly and cleaned the unit well. The linens were clean.
HOTEL MANAGEMENT needs to walk down these rooms and replace any old or broken equipment and furniture. It is not the job of the hotel guest to tell the hotel the numerous things wrong with their room they are selling as “luxury served apartments”.
The few good things: convenient location to The Walk and the Marina. Parking garage and elevator to room are direct - you can travel from the garage to your room’s floor directly.

then they told me if they book an apartment they can come to visit me.
