I stayed at this hotel as a staycation, and it was so convenient. Everything is close by, and the rooms are very spacious. The only down side was the breakfast which did not have enough variety and wasn’t great but other than that, it’s a very nice hotel.

the hole experience of the hotel and staff was second to none from the reception staff to porters to fazlul that kept the room clean and well stocked the food was lovely and plenty of choice will defiantly be back again to this hotel .

Had a wonderful time at the Hotel. The staff at the Reception and Concierge were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. John and Mr. Mallick helped us to explore Dubai and arranged the transport . Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices and Rahim and Osman very kindly helped us during breakfast.
The location was also good with the redline metro close to the Hotel.
The room was clean and tidy, however there was no handrails and floor mats in the bathroom, which can be slippery and wet and dangerous for the elderly.

Mary at Risen was excellent in her managing the staff and the rest of the team from Risen to Front Dest to Mohammed at JamJars who I played pool with were all very friendly and service oriented. As a retired hospitality executive I know this stems from the top. The general manager - who I did not meet - must be a great leader as it showed in staff performance. Kudos!

This was a fantastic hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina. The hotel looked clean and modern. The hotel staff were very welcoming. The breakfast options were out of this world.
We were at a walking distance to a metro station, which is very convenient to move around in Dubai.
A few small inconveniences that made me take a star off:
- We visited a restaurant and picked some samosas from buffet. The label next to the item said, \"Veg Samosa\" but it turned out to be \"Chicken Samosas\"
- Water dripping from the ceiling in our bathroom. However the staff fixed it promptly
- Slow drain of water in basins
- The cover on the card touch senser of our room kept falling off.

I really wanted to give to this hotel a 5-start rating, but when you pay premium amounts, you expect it to be perfect in every sense.
If we are in Dubai next, we will definitely stay here again

We had a fantastic time as we stepped in through the entrance door. The reception staffs are very helpful. As we’re early 10am they gave us two rooms by 11am. Rooms are high standards, clean well presented. House keeping very good, cleaned everyday. We had breakfast and dinner everyday. Food choices great. As we’re vegetarian the Napali chef made us especial side dishes through out our stay. Overall it’s a pleasant place to stay and enjoy the holiday in Dubai

The hotel is new, very clean, nice.
The staff is friendly, helpful, professional.
Location is perfect for public transport and access to Dubai Marina, JBR.
The only downside is the vicinity to the motorway. The windows are now soundproofed.
We were on the 21st floor, opposite side from motorway, but still at night the noise were unbearable. We had to use earplug.
Also the pool is by the motorway so loads of noise.
Highlight: the coffee shop. In the morning they serve excellent coffee and bakery. Top class.

Hotel is in a good location, around the corner from the main marina and a 10 min walk max to the beach. Staff at check in and in the reception area were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was nice to have but limited seating - we went about 1pm and it was full but then again at 3ish and was nearly empty. Breakfast was adequate but not a huge variety and nothing special. Hotel fine for a couple of nights stay but wouldn’t recommend for any longer.

Disappointing experience with laundry. Requested for 6 hour service with form filled out and request accepted. 9am told it would be back by 3pm.

5pm told someone was bringing it up, so I could head out for planned meeting in time. 5:20 told they need 20 mins. 5:50 finally told it was stuck in traffic and would be here by 6. 6:15 told it was still stuck. 6:20 I had to leave in wrong dress clothes. Finally turned up after 7 apparently. Lying and untrustworthy staff. Next time suggest you tell the truth at the start.

Food was really good. Breakfast had loads of choice and the food was a good quality. Bar area nice for meals in the evening. Half board you can choose lunch or dinner (lunch you can order off the menu so was excellent).
Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean.
Pool area very small so couldn’t get beds. In November there is a couple of hours max when the pool area is in the sun as the hotel is shading it the rest of the time. Only about 25 sun beds max and no area to really sit outside as it’s only a small balcony area where the pool is.
