Spotless rooms. The two bedrooms apartments are spacious. Great balcony. Recommended with the partial sea view. Breakfast really needs to up the ante on taste. Lifts are poor in service and being on a high floor means a min wait of 8-15 mins. Staff very courteous in the reception but the buffet breakfast staff is all over the place.

We stayed at the Sheraton the walk for 4 nights and they gave us an upgraded room which was superb, all the staff were caring and profesional , from the friendly cleaners to the front desk team.
Thank you for a wonderful time at your Hotel!
100% would recommend !
Location is amazing, walking distance to Marina Mall, beach , bars and restaurants!

I stayed at Sheraton, The Walk one full week with my family and our experience is only positive. The staff was very pleasant and caring, the cleanliness is top class, the breakfast was amazing every morning but I wish they had a little more variety in foods, overall it was very good. I recommend this hotel.

We were treated for a very needed early check in, as well as late check out, the stuff went out of his way to provide good service in all service aspects - reception, luggage, food, room maintenance.
The only thing which was not great was elavators. In 4 out of our 5 days of stay one elevator out of 3 available did not work, causing long waits and crowded rides.

We appreciated the acknowledgement of our anniversary and the switch over from Delta to Sheraton was done seamlessly and with good humour. The room was nice and clean but the bathroom did look a but run down and the shower takes a while to warm up.
On our stay the hotel was starting renovations in the lobby, the noise from this was disruptive. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Hotel location is ideal of jbr beach.

I had the deluxe room with partial sea view and it was large, clean, and modern. My only complaint is that the tub is too high. You can't beat the location of the hotel. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and so is the marina. The staff is amazing, from the security personnel, the front desk, restaurant employees, to the porters. They were all eager to help.

Service at the hotel is great. Location to the beach and the marina is prefect. Only negative - the elevator situation is a NIGHTMARE. I was there for 2 weeks. The second week, only 2 elevators were running. The wait time was up to 5 minutes at times due to overcrowding. I hope this is being taken into consideration during the upcoming renovation.

The quality of service for the price I paid was beyond what I could have imagined. The other hotels near it cost more and offer less than what delta hotels by Marriott are offering. The 6 of us had a suite and these are big! We were having a family reunion and many of us had suits of 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. The 4 bedroom one was big enough for us (50 of us) all to get together and have dinners there!
The last 4 days only 3 of us moved into an individual bedroom and this was just the bedroom without a kitchen or any other rooms but it was still of a good size.
The beds are super comfortable, I have lower back pain and always dread having to sleep in other beds but the mattresses were amazingly comfortable in both rooms we stayed in, the pillows are all soft and great too.
The service was excellent and they provided free water as much as we needed.
The views from the top floor are amazing.
All in all I highly recommend this hotel (it’s not cheap but not over the top expensive either!).

The second stay at the Delta. It. Gives you everything that you need if you want to be close to the beach and the marina.
Excellent service throughout with great dining options if you choose not to go out eat.
The staff were attentive and helpful.
Our room was amazing with a balcony and views over the beach.

We will definitely return to the Delta Hotel.

This is a hidden gem in dubai. We were surprised how great the room is and the hospitability of the staff specially rachel. They gave us the upgrade we requested as a platinum member on orbitz. Unlike the one we book in abu dhabi we were pampered and treated very well.. cant wait to go back to dubai and book again with delta hotels

Perfect location to stay in the JBR

The hotel is in a perfect location and only a short walk to the Dubai Marina and JBR beach. The room is clean and spacious. For the breakfast, the buffet was a mixture of hot and cold, both European and Arabic. The chefs made delicious eggs to your specification if you wanted, otherwise scrambled eggs were always available. A huge recommendation should be made to all the staff, who were extremely polite and efficient and we were always greeted with a big smile from all of them. The hotel supplies towels and beach umbrellas. Access to Hilton Jumeirah Beach (for extra money) was also great. We are definitely coming back in the future.

A great property. Super spacious room in a beach resort style vacation area in Dubai. Relatively Close to the Metro - 10 min walk. 2 min to beach. Loads of restaurants close by and 3 right in the hotel. The rooftop lounge is pricey but a great view.

Love how clean it is at all times and the covid precautions. We ordered 2 rooms with 2 beds each. Instead we got 2 king rooms. When we said that is not what we asked for, instead of switching us to 2 rooms with 2 beds each, they added a child bed to the king rooms. Again, we said this is not what we reserved and finally we got what we wanted. Staff seemed confused. Tom the concierge was super helpful in every sense. Steaks on the 35th floor are really good.

Upon check in, staff was pleasing and what lacking was, even though we had informed her about the dinner which was already paid along with the room, the message was not handed over to the restaurant. And the restaurant in charge was quite surprised to see us for dine in. Surprisingly we were the only couple for dinner. And the steak we ordered was frozen, winglets were not juicy at all and the vegetables were smelling like fish. The room bathroom was stinking. Buffet was good for a change. Appreciate Ahad for his service. Complimentary pastry for our anniversary was really awesome Overall 5/10.Expect much better service from Marriot hotels.

Beautiful hotel with a great location near the beach, restaurant and shops. Great value and was very clean when I arrived. A few restaurants located within the hotel along with a pool. Only drawback was that one of the restaurants was really smoky which caused the entire floor where it was located on to reek of cigarette smoke.

I booked and paid for a night including all the taxes using hotels.com. Once I arrived i was shocked that they’re asking me to pay for the room again then i told them I already paid after checking their system they confirmed the payment and again I paid extra for the breakfast cause they said I booked the room for one person only and it doesn’t include a second person for breakfast even though it says breakfast for 2 people included in the website. That’s really frustrating.

The hotel room was outdated and could do with a refurb but I have to say the service from hotel staff from check in to check out was very good. Staff were very attentive and accommodating, particularly the staff at breakfast who were always very friendly and welcoming. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel which is located very conveniently near the beach and marina.

I was constantly people woken up by noise as I was on the 2nd floor.

I complained but hotel done nothing about it. I was constantly being harassed by security about “random checks” which ruined all of my trip. I won’t be visiting here again and after you provide me with a resolution, I will cancel my Expedia account and use booking.com

I arrived early at the hotel, the front desk agent MR. Rabye was wonderful assistance to me and my wife he offered us complimentary drinks voucher to use while waiting,
the room was clean with a sea view balcony, a very very safe clean are.
