The apartment is in a great location with supermarkets, restaurant all around the hotel. The marina is just across the road where you will find lots to do and the beach is about a 15 min walk away.
The apartment was lovely but there are a few points that others should consider:
The utensils in the apartment are great apart from there was only 1 pan and it’s the size of a bucket! This limited the option of cooking in the apartment. There were no baking trays either for the oven so we had to get inventive with foil.
We booked for 5 people (2A, 3 teens) to stay but there were only beds for 4 and we were told we would have to pay for an extra bed or share! This let the place down for us, why was the cost of the extra bed not included given it was book for 5?
Apart from the above the hotel was lovely and I would recommend to others.

Conveniently located close to the either DMCC and Sobha Realty Metro and the Tram stations. Close proximity to Marina Mall and Marina restaurants making it ideal to walk. The concierge was very helpful in confirming tour tickets and private transfers.

What a terrible place, dirty, run down just terrible. The carpet in the hallway’s leading to the room looked like a crime scene with all the stains. We were supposed to stay two nights but could just make it one night as we were bitten by bed bugs or something in the horrible dirty carpets everywhere.

I paid extra for breakfast for 2 and got to know that this only includes one egg or a croissant. There was no buffet breakfast as advertised on hotels.com.

I was also charged 1 night's rate at 11 AM on the day of check in. How can you charge the card when your check in only opens at 3 PM??? I need that 1 night refunded back to my credit card account ASAP since my client (who was the one I booked for) already paid for all 4 nights.

Also, he cancelled the breakfast for the balance 3 days so he also needs a refund of the required amount ASAP.

The rooms are a great size the furniture is a little dated but the staff and friendliness more than make up for that, really enjoyed our stay

Great short stay; just don’t get breakfast package

Great place, great team and location. However, I don’t suggest getting breakfast with the package as it’s through Zaroob with special limited menu and low quality food. I already asked for refund.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, decor is a little outdated but that doesn’t stop you having a comfortable stay. Hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, bed was very comfy and bathroom had a great water pressure! Dubai Marina and beach are within short walking distance which is very useful and there are plenty of restaurants around for food and drink. I wouldn’t bother with getting breakfast included in my stay again, nothing wrong with it as it was a tasty set menu from a Lebanese restaurant connected to the hotel, however I think was very narrow of choices and it’s easy enough to find something for this price around the hotel. Thanks I will come again.

The hotel is a beautiful one and really clean. Love the view I aaa given and this was because of the VIP access given me by Expedia I guess. It’s a nice view to behold as it looks over the marina creek and all the other beautiful buildings. Staff were totally friendly and the one who checked us in did an amazing job aside his friendliness

Bare minimum rooms

Huge rooms but terribly stark. Kitchen was minimally equipped, and didn’t have any paper towels, dish detergent or sponge.
Not at all appealing.
Staff was very nice, though, and the location is a block from the marina and it’s beautiful walk, filled with restaurants.

This property is so poor that I left after the first night. There is NO onsite food and beverage options, and the front desk staff are not helpful. It is more like an apartment building with no hotel services. Disappointed Radisson has their name on this.

I didn't appreciate that this property is listed as a 5-star hotel here when it is a 4-star hotel apartments in reality. The apartment was fantastic, absolutely spotless, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen was beyond expectations with 2 bathrooms in.
The hotel lacks anything you might expect, no room service, very few amenities in general. However, it's a hotel apartments and not your regular short stay hotel so that was ok. Also, the location is superior with everything you might need in walking distance.

Stayed for 6 nights and can't fault the hotel. Lovely apartment and you can order food from Zomato or other delivery services.

Nice pool and close to Marina Mall and Dubai Metro.

Staff very friendly and a big thanks to the Security Guard for helping load our excess bags. He's a star.

My stay at the Radisson Blu Residence was fantastic. From my check-in to check-out, the staff (particularly the sales manager Ivy) was very accommodating when it came to making me feel like at home and helping me to extend my stay. I liked that the all was close to Marina mall and very near both a train and metro station. I paid for the breakfast which is offered by a non Radission restaurant within the premises. I did not like the breakfast at all and did not pay for it for the rest of our stay.

2 bedroom apartment was a great size, loads of room and good amenities. The pool and gym are great, my children loved the pool.
We checked in after midnight and this was no problem, the hotel contacted us to confirm this before hand, and our room was ready and waiting with a warm welcome from all staff. Wonderful.

Hotel more like a 4 star and definitely not at the 5 star level in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Stains on bath tub. Uncomfortable sofa. Apartment a bit aged or may be it's the decorations. Good with Dubai Marina Mall next to us with supermarkets, shops and cinema. Pillows very uncomfortable and our neck hurts. Apartment size is good and comes with coffee and teas. Thanks to staff able to offer late check-out since we needed it because our flight was in late afternoon. Wifi doesn't support WhatsApp calls.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel
We got an upgrade to a 1 bed apartment which was fantastic
The housekeeping staff were really lovely and anytime we needed a little extra time before they would clean the room they were always very accommodating.
The pool staff were also very helpful
Really good location and well kept
The mall is within walking distance with a Waitrose and there are 2 other supermarkets within walking distance
One thing very small would be the addition of a recycle bin to the kitchen.

Took a one bedroomed living room and kitchen, on check in found only ONE bed for four people, was told we could purchase a second bed but could also upgrade to a two bedroom apartment this cost an additional one thousand PLUS DHS. There is no good quality restaraunt the original was closed, for room service the menu covers many individual small food providers and when ordered the quality not up to standard,Good start.. several other disapointing issues but on the positive side and this is a very big positive, the staff where of a high calaber. the room cleaning excellent, the mini bar superviser brillient, the pool attendants attentive .. and the front desk very helpful.
