Only one English TV channel and even the BBC news was in Arabic. Room although traditional is very tired in in need of an update. Hotel residents were having a party on the roof outside our room window until 3am. By Dubai law loud music and disturbing noise is to cease by 22:00. Despite several complaints the hotel staff did not act sufficiently to reduce the noise and refused to engage the police. The hotel manager was nowhere to be seen and was unavailable the next day for discussion- very poor.

Situated in an excellent location for the marina, and also handy for stop 36 on the metro red line, which goes straight to the airport, with mid-way stops for the Burj Khalifa and other must-see attractions. They were very flexible with our check-in time, which we truly appreciated after a long journey. Check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was just as easy.
The front door staff were extremely helpful and kind, and the gentleman who assisted us with our luggage was exceptionally friendly — his hospitality really stood out.

On the surface our unit looked clean, but upon closer inspection, I found crumbs on the couch, the floors underneath chairs and rugs were grimy and the rugs were dusty. Overall, for a place with such great features (location, views), I suggest taking it to the next level with thorough cleaning!

This is my second stay at the property. The staff were friendly, always ready with a welcoming smile. The apartment was fantastic. We had a balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment was cleaned every day, the beds were ever so comfortable - the pillows were perfect!

I selected the apartment for it's size and location and underground parking - each of those are great. The positives stop there. I was so upset and angry to one day come back to the apartment and find a staff member relieving himself in the bathroom inside the apartment. Under no circumstances is that okay. And after the apartment had apparently been cleaned by the housekeeping staff.

Hotel staff very welcoming & friendly. It's in great location close to the marina & the metro/train stations a few minutes walk away. We stayed for two days only & were delighted when advised by reception that we were getting a free room upgrade. We were, in fact, in a very large apartment with two bedrooms with a large balcony, including well equipped, large kitchen & separate, large cupboard with laundry facilities. The hotel, while comfortable really needs an update. My only real gripe was the lack of sockets in convenient places such as bedside tables & no USB ports & while there were plenty of large mirrors, there were no sockets near to them for hair drying/styling. Overall though, we had a very nice time there.

The windows were dirty, blocking the view, and the balcony furniture was unclean and uncomfortable. Room service was unreliable, often arriving late and failing to provide fresh bedding throughout our stay.
The kitchenware was dirty, and the bathroom had yellow marks on the toilet seats. The overall condition of the hotel was poor, with outdated furniture and a carpet with burnt spots.
I cannot recommend this hotel apartments and will be looking for better options for future visits to Dubai.
