Aside from getting no sleep in the first night due to building work, and being unable to sleep during the day due to building work in the next room, the bathroom smelt from the plumbing and the warm breakfast offerings clearly having sat in the warmer for too long, the staff were as helpful as they could be. Maybe if you’re renovating you could let visitors know before they arrive so they have a choice instead of taking their money and expecting them to put up with it.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we could ask for. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a good variety of choices. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were great, but the apartment was dark, the toilet stunk, air conditioning didn’t work properly in the bedroom and the bathrooms flooded. Otherwise the hotel is outdated and decor tired. We won’t be staying there again.

We had a four bedroom apartment which was big and loads of space. The view on the 17 floor was beautiful specially we got to the the drone display from the balcony.
The accommodation was clean.
We had some issues with the flat and the management was quick to look at it.
The staff were nice and welcoming.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They have the upmost respect for the guests and are very helpful. I felt like a very special and important guest and they demonstrate that same behavior towards everybody. Big tick on customer service. The hotel was very spacious and great sized beds, we went for a 2 bed apartment and it was huge. Only issue was the rooms looked slightly dated and there were areas which looked like there was dirt, like the vents which some might not think much off but that is an area which could be harbouring bacteria and germs. The room service team do a great job and i feel perhaps this area needs specialist care due to its location and complexity due to it having moving parts. The area is absolutely ideal as its a short walk from the beach if you take the route from outside the plaza and forecourt. Taxis drop you off at the parking level on the ground floor and there are a load of food places who can drop to your door service. Overall i think 4 stars is a fair score but if it was just for the customer service then this place gets top marks

The Hotel was difficult to find. If arriving by car the entrance is through an unmarked underground carpark at the rear of the building and our taxi driver had great difficulty in finding it. We telephoned the hotel for directions but the call was not answered.

We were upgraded to a larger apartment which was welcome but it was all very dated and in need of refurbishment.
The kitchen had suitable equipment, except for the lack of a toaster, but no instruction leaflets on how to use the combination oven. We had to ask for dishwasher tablets and a tea towel. The provision of cutlery and china was totally inadequate especially for a family size apartment.

The daily housekeeping was thorough and the young man that provided it was very pleasant.

Overall our three day stay was enough.

This hotel is perfectly located in JBR. It is very clean and the apartment has lots of room for a comfortable stay. By far, the best part was the personnel. The front desk staff, housekeeping, bell hop, maintenance and also the manager AND security guards were all lovely...polite, friendly and knowledgeable. This hotel is perfect for those who want to be in JBR at a reasonably affordable hotel apartment. The staff is superb, the location is absolutely central to everything in JBR, and it’s clean. I liked the spaciousness of the apartment with a kitchen, which suited me well. Again, I cannot say enough about the management, front desk team, maintenance, bellhop, and housekeeping…they really made my stay comfortable and accommodated all my requests. Kudos to them!

This is a very good value option in a great location. The apartment was really large, the washing machine was good, bathrooms were good also. The only thing to be aware of is that the kitchen contains only the very basics so if you plan on cooking any meals then this apartment is probably not for you. If this isn't an issue for yo then I would definitely recommend.

Good location, handy for the marina or Jumeira Beach. The apartment was a fair size but quite dated and badly in need of refurbishment inside, especially the bathrooms.
Our 1st floor bedroom looked onto a sports bar/beer garden area which wasn't great for noise.
Pool doesn't get much sunlight due to the several surrounding high rise buildings.
Breakfast was absolutely awful, would recommend not adding it to your booking and instead making use of Bateel Cafe round the corner.

It's worth the price. If you plan activities around Jumeirah and the Palm area, then the location is convenient. There are many options for fun activities close to the beach. The beach is just few walking distance away. The staffs are courteous and always helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

The property had lots of shops around it, which was 24 hour, places to eat also. The apartment itself was okay.. had one incident when they dealt with plumbing and left dirt all over the bathroom, but they came to clean it after i complained.

Main thing that put me off was the fact the pool closed at around 7, which was upsetting because we would have enjoyed soaking in the pool in the evening, the fact everything else was open 24 hours except the pool was annoying.

Other than that, the apartment was in a very good location, had access to all the major tourist areas you would want to visit and we found it very easy to move around in the area.

Wifi wasnt the best, felt it was quiet slow compared to the du mobile data, however we was able to stream movies easily on netflix etc so cant really complain.

Possibly would go back to this location, if i dont find one with better pool times.

Not recommend! Specially to any business travelers. Worst in hospitality and customer service. I hosted a group for business travel over 2 days for an corporate event, all my 16 guest complaint was disappointed. No water throughout the night and lift was not working for hours. If you call reception for inquiry, no answer. This kind of property should be delisted from Hotels.com
I have been using Hotels.com for years now and made over 200+ Nights of hotel bookings. This was one of the worst among all. If you need to host any guest in here, I would recommend spend a few bucks extra and host them at Movenpick JBR or any other near by property.

Communication with staff was awful, different rates quoted daily. (Expedia tried calling to discuss the issue, just for someone to claim the number was incorrect!) I didn't have hot water in one room - this was not fixed despite repeated requests. Rooms are ok but quite dated and could be cleaner (saw a cockroach on my last day!). WiFi was horrendous - eventually found one corner of the bedroom where it worked well. (Needless to say, I asked about this and received no response.)

I would not recommend staying here!

I'll start with the Bad experience

Planed to stay for 2 weeks with the hotel, have booked 1 night as a start to feel the vibe of the place and see how is the service.

The room i've booked was one bad room apartment with a balcony( issue for me)

From the ladies at the reception I got a ground floor , I asked for a higher floor if possible, they said \"no rooms\", I asked for an upgrade for an additional fee,really did not mind adding as much as needed, we have no rooms she said again.

I went into the apartment, there was no balcony , (as I said it is super important to me) and the bad room window went into the bar area where the music and noises is till 1am.
I went back to the reception, was told I did not book a room with a balcony, I showed them the e-mail confirmation which explicitly says there is a balcony,the lady said it must be a problem with my app, I asked her to enter the site and check herself that the room details written a balcony and so she did, at the end she said the problem is on the website and its a website mistake.

Ok I told her, I still see that you have other rooms, why did not you upgrade me?i was ready to pay! and if the problem is on the website its not my mistake!

Such a pity this service and the experience, I wanted to stay for much more.

The good-
Amazing apartment-very big, clean, has everything you need and if you travel with a family its just great . Cool location, Marina from one side and jbr from other side.

Steps from the beach, the Dubai Marina and the tramway station, this hotel is in the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Super clean, spacious apartment with full kitchen. Daily water bottles and generous toiletries supplied. Grocery store next to lobby. We used the pool daily. Staff were extra helpful in printing our docs. Great value overall.

Quite close to the beach, however property rather dark, bathrooms outdated, noisy, and had to upgrade apartment to avoid unventilated bad smells and have a balcony for a fresh air (also booking was made for 3 people, however you'd be charged extra for child's bed if you're booking 1BR, thankfully we managed to get it for free due to helpful lady at the reception). Room service staff doing their job well, respect to those people.

Apartment is old, bathroom is full of flying insects. Kitchen appliances are outdated. Management is NOT helpful. I booked a room with balcony, did not receive one. Waited a day, hoping. The next day they offered me a room but it was old again and full of smoke. I told the manager “I am not happy”, she left it alone and never followed up with me. She did not even try to accommodate me. No discount was offered. Upon a check out she saw me in the lobby however preferred to hide away from the front desk (!unprofessional). Noone asked how was my stay. Location is good but customer service is horrible. They won’t go above and beyond to make a guest happy. Stay away from this place!

An amazing stay at Suha!

We loved staying at Suha! Our apartment was huge and clean and we loved the style of the furniture. The building had an awesome location. There was a grocery store, pharmacy, barber shop and spa all right downstairs and the beach is just a short walk away. We would definitely recommend, especially for families needing more space.

I was really happy with my stay. I booked one bedroom for myself but they gave me 2 bedroom on arrival. It had nice views of surroundings from its balcony. Staff was professional, they allowed me to use pool facilities after checking out. Supermarket next to hotel. Close to beach, very convenient. I had breakfast once in hotel and wasn’t impressed but there are ton of places within few minutes walk. Overall very satisfied

Average hotel with cockroaches

This is an apartment hotel, it appears that some of the furniture has been updated, however that’s about it. The tiling in the bath is missing some grouting it would appear, someone has attempted a repair job, however only partially. The bath screen is in a fixed position and does not swing (which makes it difficult accessing the bath), ovaer all the bathroom is just dated. The bedroom is on the small side (they should have added a little bit more space from the living room to make it larger. There was no iron and the hairdryer cord is tunnelled through a chest of draws, thus restricting the use of it to the bedroom. The kitchen is dated along with the appliances, there were cockroaches throughout the apartment (I killed 12 with the use of washing up liquid, when undiluted it will drown them to death). The cleaners are not fantastic. On the plus side there is a hi-fi tv with lots of channels and the Wi-Fi is good at 45mbps download. Parking is free too.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's situated at JBR which is right on the beach with dozens of great restaurants, a cinema and shopping.

Alas, the one bedroom apartment I stayed in wasn't that nice. Dated furniture and a particularly uncomfortable hard bed with hard pillows.

It took a few minutes to get hot water in the shower.

It's spacious but just not that comfortable.

Pros: Close to the beach and restaurants (15min walk) and directly in front of tram station.
Cons: Sofa and dining chairs overused and dirty.
Mattress also needs replacing as springs prevent any decent sleep. Hope they are due for upgrades very soon.

This hotel attracted us by its location and pricing. And location was convenient indeed. The supermarket which has its delivery service to the hotel apartments), Subway restaurant, tram station that takes your right to subway stations are right near the hotel. Marina mall and some local, Italian and Chinese restaurants are in a walking distance from it.
The staff is friendly and helpful when needed.
We've been to many hotels before, and never have come across a hotel room with totally empty kitchen with NO tea/coffee bags, and insufficient kitchen utensils. Therefore, if you arrive to the hotel late at night and need a cup of coffee or tea, you first have to run to supermarket to buy provisions for kitchen. Fortunately, they provide you with 2 small bottles of water (tap water isn't drinkable).
When booking hotel, we were promised a deluxe apartment with partial sea view and a balcony (no a word of a matter of its availability). And it's so disappointing, when on your arrival you get informed that all apartments with balconies have been SOLD OUT, and that it was a case of its availability.
We didn't get all what we paid for:(.

Excellent location close to the beach average 15 min walk. Staff very professional and helpful. Great area for shopping beautiful play area for the kids also newly opened small fairground. Check this out fab location for eyeing up really expensive cars.

Never Again

The property is in serious need of a deep clean and decoration. The apartment smelt musty and the furniture was covered in stains. The property details advertise a 24 hour fitness centre but there is no such facility and there hasn't been for 7 years. It is a shame as there is a very well equipped gym right outside then building for the rest of the community but for some reason the hotel have not been able to secure access!!!
The daily cleaning of the apartment was not very good. Hair was still left unswept in the rooms and bathrooms and the tiles were never wiped.
The pool is adequate but again the the actuall pool area needs maintaining properly the sun loungers are dilapidated and uncomfortable and there are ants crawling everywhere.
The only good thing to be said about this property is that irbid in a FANTASTIC location and has very comfortable beds other than that it's a real let down which is a shame given its location. All that's needed is some fresh paint and clean upholstery and the CURTAINS need changing badly.

Practical hotel apartment on JBR

Suha Hotel apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of JBR. So close access to shops, beach, cinema, marina, and tramway. It is a residential complex. (+): The one bedroom apartments have a good size and the kitchen has all needed items. (-): the 1br flats are located from floor 1 to 3 with no sea view and with vis-a-vis buildings. Also, the furniture is clean but not really modern.
