Overpriced, scam, badest service I‘ve ever had.. first time and last time. I‘ve been charged 160 AED for a small bag of chips and some mini chocolate bars which were on my room. Seemed like for free but while checking out they said I got something from the minibar, which I didn‘t. Then someone looked after the room, said sir you opened the chips and chocolate.. ~40€ for that.. on the other hand I‘ve spent so much at the beach, in the restaurant or in one of the bars.. overall what I can say is that I could have been in a more luxurious hotel with a much better service etc for the same amount of money (overall) or maybe just put 500-600€ on top an that‘s it. Dont go to that Hotel!

The hotel was really lovely, in a great location, handy for the beach, with a big pool and infinity pool with views. There were nice walks nearby to the Marina and JBR walk.

We had a beautiful club room which I recommend as you get snacks, afternoon tea and drinks between 6-8pm included. Well worth it!

The staff were all excellent in the hotel, particularly in the club lounge where they could not do enough for you.

We would definitely return to the Al Habtoor.

They have a construction right in front of the resort area that belong to then the new Residences they work 24h on that construction it’s impossible to sleep due the constant noise.

We checked a lot of different hotels and decided on Al Habtoor Grand Resort and we’re so glad we did. We arrived first thing in the morning and the check in not until 3pm but they provided Travellers Lounge which we could rest until the check in and also they provided the same Lounge after we check out as our flight was at 1am and there was also shower so we could freshen up. The room was really good with part of the AIN wheel view and the sea view. They gave a us lovely fruits bowl and this delicious chocolate mousse in the room for our anniversary and they also provided bottle of waters every day. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with lots of choices. Probably the best selection from all the hotel we ever stayed. There are 2 different pool, one family pool with things for kids and the other adults only pool, it’s an infinity pool facing the sea. The sunset view from this pool is amazing. There’s also a private beach with lots of sun loungers provided. All the staff were amazing and really good. From the reception, the breakfast, house keeping, pool, and also staff at the entrance, Every single of them were amazing. We definitely coming back to this hotel. Thank you again to make our holiday unforgettable ❤️.

I would return to this hotel anytime! Breakfast is fab, adult pool so peaceful. The beach has so much room and the beds are so comfortable. However, it’s not peaceful - if that’s what you like - Beach Club music and a plane constantly taking off and landing.
My only complaint - the lack of staff trust I encountered. I would order one Diet Coke, I would then get up to go to the toilet (all my belongings would be on my bed), yet the bar staff would be chasing me to settle the bill for one Diet Coke. This happened every day! I asked for two towels at this pool from the lifeguard for my friend and I - he asked if my friend had a room at the hotel - which of course she did.
We settled our hotel bill on the last night and we were told in the morning to contact reception and they would check we hadn’t left anything in the room and check the minibar. The member of staff came to the room - checked the mini bar, put all contents in the fridge and then locked the unit the fridge was in, in front of us. Just in case we decided to help ourselves! Yet, they had my credit card anyway! This just let down what would’ve been a perfect stay. There must be a better way.

From start to finish, our stay couldn't be faulted. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and was a short walk from the marina and JBR, filled with restaurants. We used the spa, pool and kids club which was great. I frequently called to ask for baby milk, expecting to get charged at check out, but they didn’t! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Stayed a week at this hotel for special holiday. I love the beach so have experience with many of the Jumeriah beach hotels. It’s not a 5* compared to say next door Le Mereidien but it 4.5*. The main pool is quite nice but lot of families & children there & it’s not deep. There is an outdoor infinity pool for adults only & a lovely place to have a cocktail & watch the sun go down. Habtoor supports tennis so there are courts & coaches which I used. The restaurants are pretty average - we usually walked next door to Le Meredien for dinner. I would stay again if the price was right. Dubai is more expensive than ever so some compromise is necessary for most.

The staff make this hotel and some of the food places in the Half Board option, particular mentions to Raneem who is a diamond in trying to resolve issues, Abhisek and Rohan at the Pool bar, Sofia, Myat and Matti in the Club lounge all went the extra mile and should be applauded.

However, the hotel itself is maintained but looking dated in the rooms and lifts, contractors were rude in the pool bar, Luciano’s was always empty and had no atmosphere so I didn’t go. But, the biggest issue is the sheer duplicity of the hotel l, they provided a note on check in regarding the infinity pool and was due to open that day, but didn’t. No broadcast on the tv page or any communication until I complained, similarly other facilities aren’t open or in maintenance, which is required but nothing is communicated. The worse being the massive building site for the Residences Tower which is right next to the only pool (which is too small for the crowd of people and needs upgrading too with missing tiles and general wear and tear) and more building the other side and when there’s works at 3am keeping you awake in the last few days it’s an issue. I understand there’s a lot of building and the hotel can’t control some, but they should not misrepresent the hotel with unopened facilities but intrusive building, there should be better communication - I addressed this and they said there were disclaimers, but that was a lie and the building works is only just starting, so will take a while. Never again

I recently checked into Al-Habtoor Autograph in Dubai on Saturday for my university graduation, and my experience has been highly disappointing. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that I had been assigned a lady specifically for sales products. While communicating with her, I attempted to arrange a discount. She refused and, to my astonishment, suggested that I go to another hotel if I didn’t like Royal Meridien. Despite escalating this issue to management, no resolution was provided.

The following day, I encountered a second incident. At 8 o’clock in the morning, the cleaners began vacuuming and talking loudly in the corridor, disrupting my sleep. Furthermore, today I was awakened early by maintenance staff working near my room. This lack of consideration for guest comfort is unacceptable.

Additionally, my experience with the hotel’s amenities was equally unsatisfactory. When I visited the sauna and steam room, neither were operational. I informed the attendant, who promised to call maintenance, but no one followed up or took action. I also communicated this to the fitness center staff, requesting to be notified once the facilities were working, but received no response. The level of service, communication, and care for guests at this hotel is severely lacking.

I am extremely disappointed with Al-Habtoor Autograph in Dubai. Despite extending my stay by one night to try and relax, the persistent issues and lack of support have made my stay anything but restful.

We Love Happy Hour!

This is the first time we’ve ever returned to a hotel the place is so good!
It’s not the most modern in Dubai but the people really make this place special!
A big, big positive about the hotel is the Club Lounge, everyone working there are a credit to the hotel, from the ever smiling Manager and his waiting staff to the chef’s in the kitchen, they all play a part in creating a great space!

Having stayed at numerous hotels in Dubai I was slightly disappointed with the Habatoor this time round. I stayed here last July for a quick break with my son and we both enjoyed the property although there was building work going on. This time with all the family I just think although a great hotel by European standards it’s just not got the polished finish that others in Dubai that I’ve stayed in has (zabeel zaray, medinat and Atlantis) disappointed that more extensive work was going on and that it was a messy site in that respect. Had some very good service but also some quite poor service as well at times. A good hotel for a more budget feeling 5 star in Dubai.

We booked the Clubrooms that gave us assess to the Club lounge, the staff were so accommodating and would make vegetarian meals for my children. They hotel is located in a nice area, it’s quite but walking distance from all the restaurants and bars.

Sadly this is a 3 star hotel at best. It is very misleading they are trying to sell this as five star, for the money paid.
The staff are nice but the service is questionable. We asked for water and they took so long to bring it we left the room - they then entered the room anyway despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, instead of leaving the water outside.
There are pushy staff by the front door trying to get you into a more expensive hotel cab.
The room was in bad condition, with old noisy air conditioning and a very unappealing bathroom which had signs of mould.
The infinity pool which is over 16s was nice, but full of people smoking. The large pool had to be avoided - simply full of children and packed.
Biggest disappointment was the beach - it was dirty , with old sunbeds and people leaving their garbage in the sand. The NOISE was dreadful - coming from the private pool next to the beach which was belting out disco music so loud it gave you a headache. The sea was not clean either - I swam into human feces which is simply disgusting.
It was also shameful that a Russian flag is displayed proudly outside the hotel in the current situation - although not surprising as hotel was mostly Russian guests.

I liked the fact that this is not a traditional Marriott hotel, it has Arabic \"flavor\" added everywhere, and the lobby and room has traditional Arabic décor which makes it unique and beautiful. The amazing view from the balcony can't be any better ! You can see Ain Dubai, Atlantis and Burj Al Arab from the balcony! The staff is super friendly and helpful ! Imran (bellboy) was super helpful, patient and very nice! Mohamad (lounge manager) was super friendly and helpful as well as Mara (shift leader , front desk). Breakfast was great and views from the lounge were awesome !

Excellent hotel check out the club rooms value

As always the staff were amazing nothing too much trouble. Concierge were brilliant we left a case in a taxi and they tracked down the driver and got it returned wWe stay in the club rooms which are great value for money lots of food and drinks included The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms lovely
