Honestly, I could not fault a single element of the hotel. Everything about the resort is spot on. The restaurant staff were fantastic, the pool and beach teams were attentive and friendly, concierge and reception were incredibly helpful, and even the spa staff were wonderful. The service across the board was exceptional. We stayed all inclusive and the choice was endless not your standard buffet style.

The staff are absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they remembered me from a previous stay, they really helped getting my mum around with her mobility being poor, food absolutely stunning, beach staff, breakfast staff, reception staff all truly wonderful, anything we asked was dealt with promptly and professionally the only one negative is the instruction work in the surrounding area but out of the hotels hands, would have jus loved to have been offered a room further away from this but the hotel was fully booked, definitely will be back

It’s an absolute minor detail and maybe just got unlucky, but the service time to order/get cocktails was a bit long sometimes but other than that, a perfect stay in a great location. My wife, son, and I stayed at your hotel for 6 nights for a family vacation, occupying two separate rooms (2+1 people). After the first night, we opted for a paid upgrade and moved to even more beautiful (though slightly smaller) rooms.
In one of our rooms (where my son stayed alone), housekeeping was done perfectly every day. For the other room (the one my wife and I shared), we intentionally kept the red \"Do Not Disturb\" light on and hung the \"No, not yet\" sign to decline cleaning service. Despite this, I received a few calls on the landline asking if we needed cleaning. A day before our departure, I received a WhatsApp message asking the same thing again. When I inquired why this was being asked so persistently—clarifying that it was our choice and the room could be cleaned after we checked out—the hotel representative was incredibly sincere and professional. To apologize for the persistence, theytreated our entire family to a complimentary breakfast. I would like to thank them for this kind, sensitive gesture and their genuine care for our comfort.

Major building work outside the hotel for 24 hours each day, making sleep upmost impossible. The hotel did accommodate us when we asked to move to the side rooms on a lower level. Breakfast was also challenging as the outside seating area was adjacent to the building work. Staff excellent, food very good. Standard of hotel cleanliness excellent. I would highly recommend you check the progression of the building work before booking, particularly if you have young children.

The staff here are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely items left in our room where the recognised a need. The breakfasts were so good and fresh. We didn’t use the pool however did use the adults area of the Westin which is great.

The door staff were always so lovely and welcoming.

The downside is out of your control. There is a lot of construction work and it is very very noisy. Our room did overlook it on the 22nd floor. That combined with the 3am parties at the club next door were a little irritating. However that being said I know we could have moved rooms.

Really great hotel just make sure your room is not on the construction side.

My second time here. Service is just outstanding. Probably one of the best, if not the best level of service I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Very international staff and many have been with the hotel for a while. The lovely waitress at breakfast from Myanmar just lit up the room with her energy and her enthusiasm. Amazing gym. The resort is stunning. The valet service amazing. Our only issue was that there was a lot of noise due to construction but the hotel changed our room location. I would’ve liked to know in advance of the construction and traffic was bad around the area. Prices for food in the grounds is a lot especially for breakfast so we would eat outside..location is great by the marina so there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. We were travelling with young children and the W had hardly any kids friendly restaurants in the evenings so we had to venture to the Meridien or Westin. Overall we had a great experience but would come back without kids.

We booked to stay at the W Dubai Mina Seyahi, from our arrival we found very welcoming concierge to the reception team (especially Mukur) and all staff so helpful and go above and beyond to help you with every query and deliver a superb experience.

The rooms are spectacular decoration with amazing views of the Marina and the Palm.

The breakfast offering is wide, fresh and superb quality along with lunch and dinner in the Ginger Moon restaurant.

The Farrago bar was an exceptionally great service , bar snacks and drinks with amazing service from Cristina and Elfunso.

The beach area, beds, bars, variety of pools was amazing.

The choice of restaurants and quality of food with the full access package delivered an amazing holiday and break.

W Hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliness hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! Loved our stay here from the second we walked in everything was amazing. Every attention to detail was appreciated and our room was gorgeous and amazing view. We stayed for a wedding anniversary trip and they put balloons and a cake in our room which was lovely. Loved the use of the other hotel bars/restaurants but loved coming back to the W and the adults only option. The staff and service was above and beyond and great location on the beach. The only minor issue we had was the noise from the building site next door there are cranes absolutely everywhere in ear and eyeshot but honestly after the first 2 days I stopped hearing it the hotel cannot help what’s going on in surrounding areas. I thought it would’ve been a nice gesture to give the W hotel guests a discount for the attico restaurant on the top floor but there was more than enough amazing restaurants on the all inclusive to chose from with their own amazing views.

While the service at the front desk could have been friendlier and more personable—there was a sense of distraction at check-in—the staff at the outdoor bar and Flamingo restaurant were exceptional. They were attentive, welcoming, and went out of their way to make the experience more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived at the W Hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. Our check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for our stay. On arrival I was upgraded which was a lovely gesture. The hotel, room and dining options were incredible. I’ve stayed many times in Dubai but not in this part of Dubai or this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again. The only negative, which is common in Dubai, was the building work going on adjacent to the hotel. Whilst it was not very noticeable from inside the room, it made the balcony unusable as the building work was 24/7 and the noise from the balcony was unbearable. If you are staying ask for a room away from the building site.

Careful of hotels.com breakfast scam!

I’m going to rate every hotel one star until hotels.com stop their breakfast scam. I was charged $80 additional per day for breakfast at the time of booking when it is only $44 to pay each day at the hotel. This is happening time and time again on hotels.com. Check the breakfast rates and DO NOT pay hotels.com or Expedia. Otherwise this is hotel is amazing. I love it. My favourite hotel in Dubai. Staff are amazing.

We initially booked a horrible room at the Address Marina and chose to not ruin our trip to Dubai and booked the W. As soon as we arrived, we were met by a 5-star service staff. I mean wow. Szilvia is the lead concierge and everyone smiles, is attentive but not intrusive, and brings joy to the moment. From tea and water in the lobby during check-in to room service being more than making the bed, the service and experience were \"punching above its weight class.\"

this is the third time I have stayed which says a lot as I have stayed at many of the nice hotels in Dubai which were all generally excellent.
the location is good and sharing the resorts facilities widens the appeal as does that it is adult only. The rooms are nice and kept spotlessly clean but the differentiator are the staff who are universally terrific, professional and friendly. It can be either tranquil or a bit more party wise depending on your inclination and which part of the extensive facility you go to and the rooftop balcony view and bar area are excellent. Sports bar great.
Two things to improve 1) the music content/volume at breakfast in Ginger Moon are simply inappropriate and it it TIME this was sorted neither content nor volume match the clientele and no proper room teamaking facilities for the British just an over complex coffee machine not acceptable!!

Loved my few days at the W. Very high standard here. Close to the Walk and easy enough to walk to the metro for access downtown. Beautiful view into the harbour. I loved their gym with air con. It’s party central so if you get irritated by music until 2am it might not be for you.

Great service from the hotel receptionist, housekeeping and Ginger moon staff. Super impressed by the detailed room cleaning service, they cleaned 2 times per day, preparing few bottles of water, night time story on the bed and even cable ties for my charger cable.

Another excellent service was provided by the Ginger moon staff, they wrote me a message card during my last day stay, this is so sweet. Just a minor issue is my outfit always look alike the staff outfit and it makes the other guest always ask me to bring them orange juice.

The interior and the facilities are well maintained. But we have issue with the bluetooth speaker which can easily connected by the nearby room with few attempts and tune the volume to the max in the midnight. I tried to unplug cable but it still functioning due to the speaker is rechargeable. I think this issue can be solve by setting the bluetooth speaker with password so that nearby room can't connect the speaker easily.

I believe my room is a connecting room and it has a door which can access to another room. The guest beside my room always open the speaker with high volume midnight till 4am and I can clearly listen their sound from the connecting door although it is locked.

Great stay. You have free access to several resorts and beach clubs walking distance in the area. Amazing rooftop bar with incredible views. Just noisy from the construction close by

The Hotel was Great, and the Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, music was playing very loud from the outside. It played passed 1am and I was unable to get any sleep.

What can I say?

This hotel is absolutely stunning, the decor, the vibe, the ambience! From the moment we checked in we were treated like special guests, we had an amazing stay, the W beach is lovely.

Highly recommend, shout out to all of the staff from the porters to waiters ! Special mention to Francis and Francisco Lin, it was a pleasure to meet you both
