first off the lobby stinks smells very bad and I got FOOD POISONING from the hotels breakfast and I was sick all day throwing up on Saturday wasted my whole Saturday on vacation because they had contaminated food and had poison me. I had the worst experience staying there. I’m very upset and they need to do a better job. They touch the food without wearing gloves people scratch their ass and pick their nose and touch the food. The facility was horrible.
Overall, the facility did not feel like a luxury hotel experience at all. The service, cleanliness, and food safety all felt far below the standard you should expect at a five-star property. I left feeling upset, disappointed, and honestly shocked that a hotel of this reputation could deliver such a poor experience.

I truly hope the management takes hygiene and food safety more seriously, because based on my stay, there is a lot that needs improvement.
Stay somewhere else and save yourself!

Hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately I had a 3pm check in and wasn’t allowed to get into my room until almost 6pm. Kinda unfortunate when I paid $1000 for a night and couldn’t even enjoy the full time I had paid for. Would definitely stay again as it’s a staple in Dubai but I wish they would have my room ready when they said it was ready

After nine exhausting hours at the airport and dealing with constant harassment, our arrival experience was already stressful—but what really shocked us was finding someone else’s underwear by our tub. It was disturbing and hard to unsee.

Yes, we received a free dinner, but that didn’t make up for the atmosphere. This place is definitely not for romance—it caters more to one-night stands than to couples seeking a quiet, luxurious weekend.

Although the room itself looked nice, it was never peaceful. Noise was constant—sometimes blasting music, other times drunken guests disturbing the halls.

And the strangest, most distasteful detail: in the same room was a Quran, prayer directions, and a set of 3 condoms. The combination was offensive and deeply unsettling.
Just in case you want to pray after …

If you’re single and want to party, maybe this is for you. But for couples looking for comfort, luxury, or serenity—I strongly do not recommend it.

I had a very good experience at Five Palm in Dubai. The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

This hotel is clearly designed more for adults, as there are many parties with a lively and heavy atmosphere at the pool and beach areas. The only downside for me was that at times the environment seemed to attract certain inappropriate activities, which I didn’t find very comfortable.

The food was amazing!!!! Hotel is very clean. The only thing I didn’t like is if you purchase an all inclusive package, you could only have 3 meals a day and if you didn’t like that dinner then you can’t go to a different restaurant. The other thing is that the penthouse, your last all inclusive drink must be at 10pm!!

The hotel was great overall, and the customer service stood out—staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we stayed for two nights and unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the pool. The pool area was always crowded, and the chairs were taken quickly, so there was no space whenever we tried to go.

Another small issue: we left the “Make Up Room” sign on the phone before heading out for the day, but when we returned, the room hadn’t been cleaned. When we called for extra toilet paper, the staff seemed surprised the room hadn’t been serviced—but someone came shortly after and took care of it.

The only regret is not being able to enjoy the pools. It was a one-time stay, maybe next time we’ll stay closer to the marina.

I am that person that cares about the hotel idc if I’m not going to be in the room I still want a clean modern aesthetically pleasing hotel!! and let me say this, This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! This hotel was beautiful the aesthetics was top tier! it was very clean, the quality of the bed sheets were very soft and the pillows do not go flat! Bathroom was very nice with a bidet the main pool was very big ppl from other hotels were coming just to go to our pool lol yes it’s that nice! Just know FIVE Palm Jumeirah in Dubai did not miss!

Definitely a property not for families with kids… it is a party place, the pool area is buzzing from an early morning. Clean, new rooms, great views. I traveled with a friend and we loved it. Great Italian restaurant, right next to the promenade that can take you to the beach, any other hotel nearby, or to the dozens of restaurants and beach clubs along it.

This property exceeding all my expectations! I was visiting from the US celebrating my 40th Birthday. The hotel is beautiful to name the least. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. What stood out the most for me was upon entering my room from finishing my excursions for the day, I walked into a bottle of champagne, a handwritten card and a small personal cake. Let’s just say I cried like a baby lol. It wasn’t anything that my husband and I ordered, the staff paid that close attention to making our stay memorable. Every time I visit Dubai I vow to ALWAYS stay at this hotel.

My overall experience at the 5 palms was amazing. My only issue was it took a bit of time to check into the hotel. I was onsite at 2 pm and was not able to get into my room until 4 pm. Check in should be 3 pm. Also my favorite sunglasses were stolen at the pool. Dubai is safe but the you must still watch over your stuff.

A Great Stay with Even Greater People!

This was a truly wonderful hotel experience. While it was a bit busy at times, the exceptional customer service more than made up for it. I have to give a huge shoutout to the entire team — they’ve set a new standard that honestly makes you reflect on how service should be back home.

Special love to the Naija valets — those guys are beyond amazing. So friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile to help out. Their kindness and energy were unmatched. God bless their hearts — they really made my stay unforgettable!

The five-palm is the epitome of luxury! I enjoyed the quick check-in process and also the attention to detail in the room. My only feedback is the breakfast service. I understand the staff is trying to accommodate a lot of ppl at once but I would prefer my beverage be brought to me vs the self-serve option its a bit much trying to bring both your meal and drink to the table at once. Also, it's a bit frustrating when you've already sat down and asked for water, and instead of being brought a glass, u are directed to where u can find it yourself. Beyond that my stay at the five palm was very pleasurable

I didn’t like the hotel quality and safety of the residence. After i left the hotel i found that my watch and van cleef bracely was stolen from my room. There is no safety in that hotel at all, and i will press charges if they can’t find my watch. staffs can access your room whenever you’re not there claiming there was a fire alarm in the room which is a lie.
My girlfriend also discovered that her stuffs were been searched and arranged back after we left the room. I will never go back to that hotel!

Not family friendly, hotel turns a blind eye to all the “lady workers”. I was solicited in the lobby of the hotel MULTIPLE times. I heard price negotiations outside my room between a \"provider\" and guests. The phrase \"how much\" was all i heard in the pool area.

The hotel was in a nice area easy to go, many dining option. Room clean and big but never choose twin bed, very small tiny beds. I loved the balcony. But very busy hotel if u are looking for privacy and quiet this is not a good choice you cant relax on the swimming pool, every day is busy any ppl can enter the hotel facilities. they give us a late check-out till 4 because we checked in late this was good thing our flight was late night.

We gave a two star rating only because it is unbelievable that as an international destination this hotel does not offer English channels on their TV. There were only Arabic channels and staff could not help us. This is a big issue when you are staying many days. The hotel excelled in all other areas and was a lot of fun.

This hotel had the fun luxury vibes I was looking for and did not disappoint! The pool parties, the restaurants and the night clubs were all vibes! It is a stunning hotel and the balcony views are amazing! I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and was hoping for an upgrade to a suite, but that did not happen! :( Overall, I really think the hotel could have done more to make my birthday feel a bit more special. Also, requesting pick up from the hotel through Uber can be challenging due to the routing to get to the area/hotel. Those were my only critiques, but I would definitely stay here again! It was a near perfect hotel to celebrate a birthday! :)

Fabulous hotel

This is one of the best hotels in Dubai...only problem is the breakfast buffet recycles the same food day after day. They don't change anything nor have options.
