Corner room with balcony is a good option. A nice hotel but we felt overpriced unless there’s an offer on by Hyatt off. Dining area needs a revamp. Don’t bother with the buffet evening meal as it’s not particularly good & is expensive for the quality provided. There are a number of decent beach facing restaurants facing the beach too the right of the Andaz. Overall our stay was good but not great.

We stayed in ocean view room without balcony end of May ‘25. it’s decent size room, cleaned daily, unlimited water, coffee n soft drinks provided in the room. Closet decent size but room could use another dresser or couple more drawers. Only has 3 small drawers in the closet. Couple usb outlets to charge electronics. Free use of sauna in the spa, and very helpful n friendly staff. If u choose not to have breakfast included there is grocery store n cafes across the street in the mall with plenty of options. We had wonderful time on the beach daily, very comfortable cushioned beach chairs, fluffy thick towels and umbrellas provided. sea water is calm n clean, and u have a nice view of Burj Al Arab when it’s not hazy.

Fantastic break in Dubai and the Andaz on the Palm was a perfect spot. The staff and food were amazing, especially in the Coco restaurant and at breakfast in the Locale. But don’t bother with the rooftop Asian restaurant - food is average and service (by Brenda) was abysmal.

Stayed at the Andaz for 4 nights half board and was very disappointed by the service and the quality of the stay. First, we were surprised by the fact that the main pool and beach were shared with another hotel/residence and so busy. Once on the beach there is no free water for the customers which is very surprising in Dubai because all the hotels offer free water or water fountain to customer by the pool/beach. I was told I had to go back to the main hotel to get water because they couldn’t give us free water by the pool because it’s share by other hotel residents. The room was big but the bedding wasn’t comfortable at all, not enough pillows and the mattress were very hard. The half board food at the buffet lacked of variety, quality wasn’t great either. I would say this experience doesn’t reflect a 5 stars hotel

Good location for shopping and beach. Food was very good, the hotel and pool excellent though a few untidy areas on beach especially after a child's party where tiny balls of polystyrene and glitter paper blew around for days, dissapointed this is allowed from a green point of view.

The staff at Andaz went above and beyond to make our vacation one to remember. Having restaurants on the property made dining so convenient. Transportation was easy to access. I could not believe how quiet our room was. It felt like we were the only ones at the hotel which made sleeping very easy. We will definitely be back.

Andaz is well appointed although worth noting that the large pool area is shared with two large adjoining residence buildings. The Andaz lacks restaurant options and does not have a late bar during the week. The pool is large and beach area nice. Its nice hotel but not tops in terms of service but managers were responsive to issues - good but not oustanding.

The hotel is now very dated. The amenities are ok with a nice gardens and main pool, but falling far below what might be expected from a 5* experience. The site is predominantly residences who have access to poolside gym and other areas which are aggressively signed as off limits to hotel guests (and contribute to you feeling a second class citizen). The restaurant is well situated in the middle with a good variety of choices, but is also the thoroughfare from the hotel side and check-in to the pool area so you need to chose where you sit. The rooms were also very tired with parts falling off / poorly patched up. The hotel gym is very small and limited. On the positive side, the staff were helpful and genuinely tried their best to fix / explain, but ultimately little they can do to improve the hotel. In summary, for the same price, there are better hotels on the Palm for the same money with better facilities. As the manager of the poolside bar said to me when I asked if I can use the changing room showers “No - they haven’t worked since I’ve been here, I don’t know why” - kind of sums it up for the Andaz

The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The bonus for us was having an adults only pool, but also a beautiful beachfront pool for families and children. The gym snd Spa facilities were also a big plus. The hotel was immaculate, clean, the staff were attentive , courteous and very helpful.

Absolutely horrible experience and not worth it. Stayed be the beach but there is barely anyone to take orders, there was literally one person serving more than 100 people.
And the room was not up to expectation, the light of the closet would shut-off and kept flashing the whole night. Totally not worth the price I paid, not sure how is this hotel listed as a 5 star hotel!

We had a great stay, all of the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful (they were really great considering how rude some people were to them!) The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Everything was really relaxed and easy, the only thing I would change is the half board lay out with the other 2 restaurants (La coco/Hanami) 200 AED credit, was not really enough (after already paying for half board), I think a set menu would be a better idea and would make them a lot busier.

It’s a new hotel, hence clean and fresh, however the amenities are awful. I believe this is a five star hotel - there were no amenities in the room (toothbrush, earbuds etc), the mini bar was empty apart from water, and when I asked for an urgent ironing of a shirt, they said they don’t have these facilities to iron so they would have to send it out with a service. Not at all what you expect from any five star hotel.

Decided to give this hotel a shot under the Hyatt brand in Dubai Palms. Was mischarged over 2k usd upon check out. Went back to the hotel day later after discovering the extra charges on my account. Til this day the funds still haven’t been reverted even though the manager apologized for the error of charging for the rooms that were already paid for through hotels.com. This will be the first and last time staying at this hotel. Have never experienced anything this incompetent ever before. Located on the quieter side of the palms across the street from St Regis and Nakheel mall. This is a self parked and extremely limited service hotel. The overall experience was a nightmare still unable to recover from…

The front desk manager vishal n his lady colleague very untruthful uncourteous we came to checkin at 2pm the lady told us to wait room will be ready in 5 minutes on returning she told me we r upgrading you so u need to wait for more 30 mins later the manager comes up and says pls bear with us and room as we are upgrading u will take few mins finally they gave us the keys at 3.30pm and gave us a room less then what we booked from. We bòoked for a room with balcony but we got a room without it n no view.Secondly this hotel as per uae 5 star stds is actually a 4 star hotel

This is our third time in Dubai. Our overall experience at Andaz Dubai The Palm has exceeded our expectations, only second to Burj Arab and exceeding Atlantis the Palm by far. The hotel has been opened for about a month only and is a nice boutique hotel typical of the Andaz brand (though other Andaz hotels, e.g. Amsterdam, may be more chic in terms of interior design).
The food (breakfast, lunch & dinner) is truly excellent. One of the best buffet breakfast we have had. Wide range of starters, main course, and desert is available on the menu. Sous chef Ambedkar and desert head chef Nitesh Kuniyal are not only chefs with exceptional culinary skills, but also extremely friendly and courteous, making our every dining experience so enjoyable.
Front desk staff Jinky and concierge staff Yashin are also commendable as they are always helpful and pleasant.
