Our second visit to this hotel 10 years apart and the quality has been improved by the surrounding area. The staff are excellent with special praise to the housekeeping and lobby staff, so helpful and pleasant. I would whole heartedly recommend staying at this excellent resort. 5 stars plus from me !!

We booked half board which was great value.

Prior to our stay, I emailed the hotel notifying them that my wife has a long list of intolerances. The hotel emailed backed immediately, and said it would not be an issue and that the chef would meet us (on arrival) to discuss meal options.

On arrival, Chef Siddhant met with us and we went through everything. He assused that it would be totally fine and made my wife exceptional meals that were to my wife's dietary requirements.

There were no compromises at all which we really appreciated. The food was very tasty and well presented. So my biggest praise goes to Chef Siddhant and also Chef Krishna for the bespoke meals

I myself ate from the buffet stations in Flow and the food option and quality was exceptional

The hotel it self is lovely! Very grand the facilities are great. The beach was a short stroll from the hotel grounds and it was clean/safe.

We had a large room which was facing the city, but I would recommend going for a sea view as the traffic can be noisy.

Location is great, and easy to get around.

Overall, I would happily stay again

Favourite 2 evening meals were Little Miss India and Boldly Asian - Flo Kitchen was consistently good. Service slow at Seagrill.
Cleanliness at hotel was excellent.
Good location - accommodating staff allowed early access to room.
Only disappointment was highly advertised showing of F1 race which was superseded by football games- eventually shown on small screen late with no sound.

Our stay was fantastic, thank you. Our one slight criticism would be that we found it very difficult to find somewhere to sit in the sun on the beach and around the pool. Practically all the sun beds had towels on them but were never occupied.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever visited. The room and facilities were immaculate. The staff are incredibly polite and accommodating.

We enjoyed halfboard and were able to experience several of the on site restaurants. The teams were able to accommodate dietary requirements quite easily and there were plenty of options.

Thank you to Kalorus and Edan for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable, we always felt looked after. Thank you to Rodgers for starting off our 5* experience immediately and for keeping it up throughout!

Beautiful hotel. Staff very accommodating. We arrived very early and they managed to get us to our room before 9am which after a long haul flight was great. We only ate once on site at the breakfast buffet. This was ok. Only issue we had was not huge selection and many small children running around and not many staff or parent supervision to access to food etc around handling. Not sure it was worth the cost. Overall great location close to mall and all the best beach bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Dubai

Amazing hotel! We spent 6 nights here and had the best time. The hotel has loads of restaurants, pools and a couple of bars. Little miss India was our favourite restaurant and the poolside food was amazing. Service was 10/10. Hotel is walkable to the Golden Mile where there are shops and also walkable to the Palm Jumeriah Mall which is great. We went to the spa one day and the staff were amazing and couldn’t do more for you!

Great honeymoon stay

Went for our honeymoon. They did a little surprise for us. Was nice. Generally the hotel is great though. A combination of great staff and facilities. The breakfast is a must as it’s probably the best mix of everything. The staff were great. Nice gym with small sauna and steam rooms which weren’t expected! The hotel from the roadside doesn’t give it justice to how grand it is.

Exceptional property! Located close to Nakheel Mall and well-connected to clubs, bars, restaurants, and neighboring hotels along the beach via a charming cobbled path behind the property. Complimentary buggy rides are available throughout the day.

Highlights included the Indian restaurant (Miss India), the Vuvuzela Pub (small but lively), and fresh sushi - often part of the buffet. The staff were all unique, incredibly friendly, and eager to help. Not once did we encounter anyone who was rude or unprofessional.

This was our second stay at the Fairmont.

Unfortunately, I suffered an injury during my stay but hotel staff and management were helpful and tried there best to assist with the situation. The nurse at the hotel also does a great job of looking after the guests.

The hotel is very relaxing with great facilities. The food in Flow Kitchen and Asian Fusion was great and we enjoyed it very much. I would also like to mention most of the staff were very friendly, attentive, helpful and care about their guests. Thanks again for looking after us.

The hotel was very nice, with plenty of choice when it comes to dining, relaxing and activities. Menu options in Flow Kitchen (Half Board Buffet-style) were extensive and food quality was great. There was a really good option to dine-around in other restaurants, some with surcharge, but not all. Fairmont is well-located, it's within short walking distance of a small mall and just a little further on is the larger Nakheel mall. As with many Palm hotels, the beach isn’t great and the water is a little stagnant. But, there are plenty of pool options to choose from. Staff in rhe Gold Lounge are worthy of special mention, and staff throughout the hotel were friendly, talkative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Used to be amazing. Great holiday with jazz and easy listening around the pool. The hotel Is no longer beachfront like the images as there are high walls around the beachclubs between the hotel and sea and these clubs pump out loud loud music all day and into the night. Tired decoration. Staff amazing. Standards have fallen. Good shuttle bus to the town. Stayed 5 times, won’t stay again.

The property is amazing and well kept. It's 12-13 years old, and the rooms could start to use some updates, but that will happen over time. Everything else is top shelf, and their entire staff are kind, attentive, and take pride in their work. It's refreshing to see.

When i booked the it was supposed to be a city view which if you call the side of a building a city view. We asked to get a seaview rather than the depressing city view. We had to wait over 2 hours to get our room. And were upcharged excessivly i felt for the room. The breakfast buffet was just annoying as there was not enough staff to serve the number of people. Service around the packed pools and beaches was marginal. The music from the clubs play until 4 am one night and we could here the base in our room. Not my best vacaton.

The front desk service and cleanliness of this hotel was top notch. I typically avoid buffets because of how unsanitary they usually are, but even the breakfast buffet was well kept. They did give away me and my daughter’s table as soon as we got up to make us plates. No apology, they just let us stand there with plates in hand until we found our own table. After being at the pool for 2 hours, my daughter took a break, dried off, and once she returned to the pool she placed her towel on my beach chair instead of her own. One of the poolside attendants walked over shortly after and started grabbing our swim bag and shoes to toss it on another swim chair. I got out the pool to ask what he was doing and he started YELLING at me saying there was no towel on this chair so he promised the chair to someone else. I told him that’s our chair, he kept yelling at me so loud that 2 other families stepped in, vouched we’d been there for hours, and they didn’t like how he was talking to me. The man just stormed off. This rattled my nerves so bad that I almost left the pool. One of the families asked me not to let his behavior intimidate me and to finish enjoying myself, so we stayed.

A truly wonderful hotel, for a few nights away. The staff were great, always there to help if required. The rooms are large and very comfortable, large balcony area and bathroom with everything you need. The shuttle to the malls was a nice touch.
The pool and bar areas are very well maintained and again the staff are lovely and friendly, always on hand.

The property boasts excellent cleanliness and security, while the private beach is a real gem. The hotel is exceptionally accommodating to guests with accessibility needs. The food options were diverse and delicious. My only suggestion for guests is to bring a reusable water bottle and consider purchasing dining or drink packages.

This hotel was perfect for our holiday with a 4 year old and 5 month old. They facilitated a room upgrade and early check in. All staff were brilliant with the children and our eldest enjoyed a session at the kids club. The buffet restaurant was amazing, easier with the children than visiting the other restaurants but the food quality was outstanding. Would definitely visit again.

We returned to stay at this hotel, but we were very disappointed with the room condition this time. The bulbs in the bathroom did not work, the room was cold and we asked for a heater but none was provided. The connection to connect phone chargers were not working. I was told that the breakfast will be at discounted rate, but we were charged the full amount. I am extremely disappointed this time with our stay at Fairmont. Hopefully, they can cater to the ordinary guests like us than Dixon celebrities and rich folks. Very disappointed.

Amazing location due to proximity to the Nakheel mall. A good variety of dining options available in the hotel and nearby. Only 10 minutes drive from Dubai Marina.
Breakfast was very good with a variety of options and good selection of savoury and sweet options.
