The half board dinning was honestly terrible... not worth any money. Breakfast was good in terms of food and options but it is a mess, not clearly structered, i.e. plates one side, cuttlery otherside. So people wander around in search of things... was too crowded as well, very noisy. Also no clear waiting lines for the guests. Often people rudly pushed themselves to front. The room was good, neat and clean and the staff overall very nice and friendly. Location is good in general but too much party right in front at beach side. Sometimes 3 parties going on until 3am over days. Usually and daily until 12pm. We didn't know that.

I must give a big shout to staff first, they were very attentive and helpful during my stay. Especially Likhil who was genuinely eager to help and made me feel warmly welcomed the very second I walked into the lobby, honestly a wonderful representative of what I've come to expect when I stay at the Radisson.

Also other staff to mention are Rami Ahmed, the duty Manager, Ahmed Sumy and Emil Marcus the General Manager. They were approcachable, as well as going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Even at breakfast bringing me decaf Coffee, which wasn't provided by their machines, as soon as I arrived.

The Breakfast too was lovely, with plenty of selection catering for different tastes. The Omelette was definitely worth waiting for.

The private beach was my favourite feature, as you get your own beach towel, plenty choices of sunbeds, staff are easy to get hold of if you want drink or a snack

My room was cosy and i was impressed how clean and modern it was.

The only inconvenience was the beach club 'Feburary 30' directly in front of the hotel. You can hear their music into the early morning. it closes at 2AM Sunday to Thursday and close at 3AM on Friday and Saturday. Although with the balcony door shut, you will hear a muffled continous sound till close time, so it is manageable to sleep.

Without a doubt though I would stay again. The Factilities and the Staff are excellent.

Never ask the doorman to call for a taxi

I asked the doorman to call a taxi. He arranged it quickly, but told the driver to charge me 90 dirhams, even though the regular fare should have been around 30 dirhams. Most likely, the doorman wanted to make it clear that I shouldn’t bother such a busy person with trivial requests like calling a taxi for a hotel guest.

I had an amazing experience at the Raddison. The location and beach resort are absolutely superb — a clean, relaxing environment with excellent facilities.

I want to give special thanks and utmost respect to the security team, especially the Head of Security, Raad, Manager Hatem, and the General Manager. They responded to a situation with record speed and handled it smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

I am deeply grateful for their superb work — I was truly touched by their generosity and hospitality.

The staff here are just amazing. Each and everyone one of them are kind and professional, and greet you nicely everyday. The hotel is beautiful, right in front of the beach, I was able to get Ubers/taxis easily. And the room was clean and so fun to stay in, housekeeping was amazing too and always made sure I was comfortable. Lost of range for breakfast. Overall, I felt very safe and happy staying here as a female solo traveller.

They hit the car against a wall. It was minor accident, but they didn’t not tell me, I noticed that when I reached my home in Abu Dhabi.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness stood out — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The overall service was fantastic, and two staff members truly made my stay memorable with their excellent communication skills, polite and accommodating attitude, and impressive knowledge of Dubai.

The room was lovely and very comfortable, though I did find the bathroom a bit small, especially around the sink area. One minor inconvenience was that the desk plug wasn’t working, so I couldn’t make tea there and had to move the kettle to the bedside table.

Despite that, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. One of the highlights was the hotel’s private beach club — the service, food, and drinks there were amazing. The entire area around the hotel is clean, airy, and vibrant. I also absolutely loved the China White rooftop pool — it’s stunning!

Another big plus is the location. The hotel is within walking distance to several other beach clubs, yet it’s tucked away from the main strip, giving it a more relaxed and exclusive feel. It's also close to Palm Jumeirah, which makes exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

I felt so welcomed and at home here. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

I had a lovely stay, the hotel is located on the lively West Beach Palm, one of the best locations in Dubai. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the receptionist, Maya and the housekeeping, Aruna.

Something to consider, the toilet door doesn’t fully close, it’s a glass door and there’s a small space between the door and the wall.

Perfect hotel to stay on business. A few nooks to work from, spacious rooms to work in, a nice coffee bar with some lovely juices and snacks (the guys who work there are super nice too), perfect location to switch off and walk up and down the palm, good bars and restaurants, close to a mall , no reliance on cabs, on the beach, clean rooms and super positive and helpful staff through the hotel. I would like a hotel to offer the chance to have a late breakfast (fruot yogurts is fine) until maybe 1130/1200.

I stayed here on a solo trip, beautiful hotel, staff and service was great. My flight was in at 8am, my room was not ready however I was able to use the showers on level 13 to freshen up.

This was my second time to Dubai and this time I was running the Dubai half marathon, which I loved however there is a beach club beside this hotel which played music until 3am or later, I had asked for a beach view room which I regret now as I did not get much restful sleep the nights I stay or the night before my race which was frustrating. I did have loop ear plugs which could still hear the music :(

I would stay again but ask for a different room facing away from the beach club.

This seems like a great hotel for couples / friend groups who want to enjoy the night life and sleep the following days as it is peaceful until 7pm before the music starts up again.

The highlight of my stay was one of the allocated taxi drivers - who gave me his number and took me where I needed to go and then waited at the destation for me - this me my feel very safe travelling solo.

I’ve stayed there many times and generally like the hotel. But there are two problems. 1. Why do you have to have a security guard standing in the center of the lobby at all times? It’s not a good guest experience. I would understand late at night, but not all day. You should reconsider that. And 2. you allow DAMAC property to have a booth in your lobby and they bark at people whenever you walk by them which is again hurting your guest experience. These are too easy fixes you should seriously reconsider.

Amazing location and place to stay , staff friendly - I was a bit concerned when reading certain reviews but honestly no issues at all - note check in states 3pm however if room available earlier than expected they allow customers to check in early subject to availability.

Note the rooftop pool is still closed so you’ll find the pool on floor 1 slightly overcrowded with the usual Nerds reserving beds at stupid O’clock in morning the only annoying thing is when said person who has placed there towel on a bed disappears for 3 hours an then returns to claim there but you get these Nerds at most hotels so to be expected.

Besides the above amazing location n hotel to stay at would definitely return

Each morning, there is a loud sound of water hitting the walls, which is quite disturbing. Additionally, my room door shakes whenever nearby doors are closed, startling me from my sleep.

Beautiful hotel. However, we landed at 5AM & although we understand check in is at 3PM. We hoped they would be more accommodating as we were not feeling well & needed to rest. We kept falling asleep in the lobby lounge sofas because we were so tired from our flight and not feeling well. We kept getting asked from staff what our problem was which felt not welcoming at all. It felt like there was a lack of communication amongst the staff. No attentiveness or updates as to when our room was going to be ready. They didn't even offer water or check in how we were physically doing. It felt dismissive and not welcoming.

Just an overall poor experience. The room was clean but very simple. The staff are inexperienced and lost our bags on check in. I was charged twice for the room and had to spend time to rectify the mistake by the hotel staff. Unfortunately, I booked the hotel twice. I was promised a refund both verbally and in writing on WhatsApp (the message was later deleted). The hotel management refuses to refund the second stay. I must also mention that the breakfast buffet is probably the worst I had in years in both choice and quality

This place pretend to be upscale beach-front hotel. But after one night stand there I should share my own experience.

Room:

Despite it's BEACH hotel - room is pretty small, balcony is extrimellly small and doens't have any handle to dry swimwear after beach. It's ridiculouse.

Bath area is very small. There is no handle or hooks for towels, there is even no door to divide bath area and common area.

Despite it's room for 2 in bathroom I found only 1 tooth brush.

But my general disapointment is breakfast.

Despite night price hotel provide very limited vatiouse of food. But most annoing is big bowl with butter which just chopped by cubes and dropped in common bowl. And bowl with sugar. I really don't understand why ALL guest should take one spoon to take sugar from shared bowl.

And yes, despite you stay in upscale hotel they even can't give you tea spoon, instead of that you'll get stik like you visit deli on gas station.

It's most herrinle experience ever.

Nice hotel but not for families with kids...

Great hotel for its location near West Beach and room views but not so great for families with kids. No ramp for strollers when you go out from the hotel. You get access to the beach for free and sunbeds are very comfortable but you have to get there early. A bit ridiculous and embarrassing for Dubai standards that they are checking bags at the entrance on the beach as apparently you are not even allowed with water from their own hotel. No access to the rooftop pool unless you pay a fee. Also it was my husband's birthday and I have informed them in advance but he didn't even receive a card. It seems that the standards are getting lower in Dubai. In previous years service was excellent but now I can see that is no longer the case and everything is more expensive.
