The property is beautiful with lots of nice amenities. I’ll say the only possible improvement for me would be the gym. It was pretty small for a 5star Westin but it gets the job done.
My favorite part of this trip is the VERY friendly staff. Everywhere you go in Dubai the service is wonderful but this crew is exceptional.

We spent our 15th wedding anniversary at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, and it was truly the most unforgettable trip we could have wished for.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for.
A very special thank you to Sarita at the Conservatory, who was always on top of everything. Her warmth, attention to detail, and kindness made our anniversary feel so special. We are truly grateful to her.

At Fish Beach Taverna, Youssra made every dinner a delight with her wonderful service and beautiful smile.

And a big thank you to Omar and the management team at the lobby for always keeping everything perfect and greeting us with such positive energy. Their presence set the tone for the whole stay.

This trip gave us memories we will treasure forever.
We already miss the hotel, the people, and the atmosphere…

The property is well placed, clean and comfortable although a little dated.Pool arr in particular.
All inclusive rules a little confusing and while the food is good and the staff is very nice,there is clearly lack of training and shortage of resources due to the long delays of getting served @ the restaurants.
Overall still good but could be improved due to the star level and luxury facade.

Our stay was amazing BUT.... I have been robbed by the hotel. They charged me twice for our room. The Hotel said they blocked 17,000 AED on check in, I was asked to pay the same 17,000 AED on check out. When I got home I found the hotel had taken 17,000 AED not blocked it off my card. I have not received the money back and the hotel do not intend giving it back so far.

One of the best hotels in Dubai, the staff are fantastic, they go out of their way to help. The food options and theme nights are top quality, and the pool/beach facilities are exceptional.
If you are looking for a child friendly hotel, with luxury, this is up there with the best.

This was by far the worst Westin experience I’ve ever had. We booked 2 rooms and a suite for a group of 8, yet the service was appalling from the moment we arrived. The staff are unfriendly, rude, and argumentative – with absolutely no sense of professionalism.

The person who checked us in was dismissive and arrogant. Despite our club lounge access, he didn’t even update our keys. Basic courtesies like a simple “good morning” or acknowledgment from staff were completely absent throughout our stay.

I’ve stayed at many Westins worldwide, and this property falls embarrassingly short of the brand’s standards. The staff’s attitude reflects zero hospitality skills and a complete disregard for guests. Management seriously needs to address this toxic culture, because right now, this hotel is tarnishing the Westin name.

I could not be any happier with The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort. Their staff was incredibly respectful and welcoming. Check in was very quick with detailed explanation of amenities.
The cleanliness of this resort was impressive. Service staff would call and ask if there was anything we needed in the room.
There were great restaurant options inside resort. If you chose to eat out, the staff would be so quick to help us with transportation.
I would highly recommend this resort.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly, our concierge gave our daughter a very tasteful puzzle gift featuring the illustration of the front of the hotel. Upon getting our room, the standard King we were impressed with the size and the cleanliness. Staff would make up our beds after afternoon naps and we're very discreet about it really adding to the 5* service. Breakfast was always fresh and unique, and every staff member greeted us with genuine warmness. Thank you for having us, we had a great holiday.

Just back home after the most lovely week in Dubai staying at the Westin Mina Seyahi. The hotel is stunning, the service impeccable and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a Club Room and had use of the executive club which exceeded our expectations. The staff everywhere in the hotel were helpful, very polite and friendly. Housekeeping was impeccable. The staff in the Club were exceptional and the staff at the beach and pool were better than any we have experienced. Definitely recommend this hotel.

As a family of 5 we had the best week at The Westin.
Our rooms were connecting family rooms on the ground floor opposite the pool. The rooms were modern, very big and very clean.

We ate most evenings in Minas buffet restaurant. The food was different each night and really really good! Kids food was also great.

Service in the restaurant and the housekeeping were excellent.

Pool areas are lovely. Only irritation was that you had to pay extra for use of the pool cabanas, which is frustrating if there are no shaded beds left especially with young children.

The kids pool and the water park are absolutely brilliant for younger children.

Overall fantastic hotel and would I definitely recommend.

Last year, The Westin Mina Seyahi provided a faultless experience with impeccable service and a family-friendly atmosphere. However, this year’s visit was deeply disappointing, with a noticeable decline in service and standards. Management has shifted focus to a business and influencer clientele, leaving families feeling sidelined. For example, children under 12 are now barred from some restaurants we enjoyed last year, which greatly impacted our experience.

Service quality has deteriorated significantly. Staff who previously engaged warmly with children were indifferent this time, and basic service standards were lacking. On several occasions, starters were cleared with the cutlery, but no replacements were provided for the mains, leaving us to request or fetch cutlery ourselves. Staff rarely checked on us to ask if we needed drinks or if everything was satisfactory, unlike last year when they were proactive and attentive. Language barriers further complicated interactions, as the staff’s level of English was noticeably poor.

The only positives were the hotel’s location and cleanliness, which remain excellent. However, the drastic decline in service and the shift away from catering to families make it hard for us to consider returning. While we understand the desire to appeal to a new clientele, many families visit to escape the business world, not to feel excluded by it. We hope management reconsiders their direction and works to restore the high standards.

My family and I have been coming here for over 12 years and after a 4 year break we were looking forward to come back. The facilities were brilliant as always, the pools, gym and restaurant options.
We found the new rooms spacious, the bed was a bit hard, but that's personal. It was lovely to see the same staff we have met over years still there and being promoted (lovely to see Kevin at Kids Club). However, I would say the experience we were so looking forward to was dampened, as more package holidays were being offered and appeared to put the staff on edge. Every time I went to the Westin Gym it was an inquisition by 5 people looking at me who I was, where I was staying and why I didn't have my key, I do understand why but it still made a real resident feel uncomfortable and not welcome, so I would always go to Club Mina, the staff were more welcoming. All the food staff at Mina's and the pool staff again were so on edge at making sure people signed the bill (again understandable but not as intense as previously). Busola and Fish, the food as usual was amazing but hampered with the long conversation about 'are you on a package', 'this is included, this is not included'. It was an experience we were not used to in this resort, it just added a bit of exhaustion and changed our expected experience. Would we go back to the new atmosphere? Not sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff we’re exceptional… nothing was too much trouble. Only slight down marks would be that the waterpark isnt really a waterpark, it’s some slides… kept our five year old entertained but our eight year old did get a bit bored with what was there quite quickly. Also, kids club facilities were good but the requirement to check in on the kids each hour seemed a bit odd.. never had that at other kids clubs and just has the potential to unsettle the kids… other than that we really loved our stay.

Everything about the Westin is excellent. The design is unusual for Dubai, in that it isn’t a skyscraper. This gives it character. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent as are the staff who are so helpful, polite and friendly. We had an executive room and the attention to detail given to the room and how it was cleaned and we were looked after was first class. The gentleman who looked after us was called Saw and he was fabulous. In the executive lounge we were served and greeted by Fozia, Thant and Simran. All three of these ladies were so,so friendly and really looked after us and made us feel very welcome. And finally Cedric, who looks after the adult sun bed area. What an asset he is to your company. So helpful, welcoming and caring. An absolute gentleman. He goes out of his way to make sure you want for nothing and treats everyone as a personal friend. It was a joy to see him everyday. Thank you Cedric, Saw, Fozia, Thant, Simran and all the staff at the Westin for all your hard work and attention to detail. We will definitely return again.

Advertised as All Inclusive deal but it is far from it.

Alcohol is not included until after noon.
All Inclusive customers offered a much narrower menu.
All Inclusive customers are treated as second class.
Been charged for Ice Cream so not included either.
Never had breakfast and drinks at the same time-Drinks usually arrive after you finished breakfast.
On the beach bars All Inclusive customers receive drinks between 30-45mins after order. I felt this is deliberate to slow down consumption.

During Ramadan, no alcohol served during dinner until after 8pm.

If I knew all this I would have chosen pay as you go or better go somewhere else.

The hotel is exceptional in every way. Rooms are excellent, food is incredible, staff can't do enough for you. The only issue we had was with the over-complex food and drink packages. They are not intuitive and include hidden exceptions and extras. On arrival the receptionist described the 'all inclusive' package to us, which we took, at an extra cost, yet when we came to use it, at certain restaurants they significantly reduced the menu choice, and in one of the beach areas we were told our package was not valid (there were apparently 3 separate all inclusive schemes). Unfortunately this slightly spoiled the overall experience, as you didn't know what you would be able to eat and drink with the package until you arrived at the restaurant or bar, and so you were not 'at ease'.

Awesome hotel. Our third stay here after a disappointing Hilton last time around. The Westin never fails to disappoint, and the Exec Lounge is definitely worth adding to your booking (rather than Breakfast, as you'll get that in the Lounge). Nothing bad to say. It gets busier from mid to late July so if you can go in early July, even better.

The beach was unexpetedly ugly. The water has gone a few meters lower. But the tide is not the essential reason for that. The Palm and all the artificially built islands literally block sea water from running free. That is the cause why we see the stale water. Moreover, the yachts moored in the marina obviously do not add comfort and cleanliness. In the morning (about 8am) you can find plenty of foam at the shoreline. It comes clearly from yachts cleansing.
