Amazing hotel, great spacious large pool and the food in the level 8 bar is a must to try.

There are other places on the ground floor to eat and dine, however never got round to going.

Out of there control is the new highway literally being built outside and the lack of sun at the pool, that said the beach is only a ten minute walk

Everything was great about the hotel.

The bathtub is major issue was, I slipped badly and almost broke my arms. It is very deep, high, tilted and very slippery. The same incidence happened to a friend and fell on her hear and was badly injured. This needs to be changed to avoid serious injuries to your customers.

like fresh and some furnitures are not in excellent shape. Towels did not have a fresh aspect…
But however, I believe it is a great place to stay overall and I am sure they have much nicer rooms!
I was traveling alone and did not plan to stay much at the hotel so I book just a basic room.
They have amazing meetings space, wonderful restaurants inside.

Usually it is a wonderful hotel. Have stayed there several times over the years, and always was a pleasant experience. This time unfortunately it was not so much. The room was old, with a old house smell, several items were rusty, and too add to it there was loud noisey work being done at the hotel (which they had not told me about when reservation

I always go to this hotel since 8 years.
Last time the guy in my room at 2 am,
This time as all the time i was asking for a room at high floor as the last 8 years but nothing room next to the pool so in the night impossible to sleep cause of the party.
Went one day to ciao bella restaurant service super bar considering we were 2 client so restaurant super empty.
Any way i think the this kind of hotels should know the need of regular clients.....

Media One hotel is conveniently located to the Marina Walk. I checked in after 1 AM. I’ve did not like the room that was blocked for me in the night. Manager was super nice to accommodate me the next day to a higher floor, which made my stay very comfortable. He provided me and my husband, an exceptional customer service and I will definitely go back.

Would recommend this hotel for the location. Garden on the 8 was good happy hour between 4-8pm had a great atmosphere with sports and great music . Staff was very attentive. Our only problem was our fridge wasn’t working but we were supplied with ice every night very promptly.
Pool area was very chilled again great music. It is out of the sun but in our opinion that was a good thing

This was my first time in Dubai and it was the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff are incredible and caring and the amenities are top notch. Its located near JBR, the Palm and the Marina and is just a short walk to public transportation. You can use your TV for many services as well. Our room was beautifully designed and very very clean with lots of storage! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again when I visit Dubai.

Over all stay was amazing , i didn’t like the open bathroom in the room specially the toilet didn’t have good ventilation and stank the room . Stand is friendly and helpful but the room service takes very long time.

Our full size bed consisted of two- twin mattress. I’m puzzled why the hotel didn’t invest in a full size mattress.

Ice isn’t complimentary, the surcharge is 10 AED.

I had to call the hotel on my cellphone multiple times because the operator wasn’t answering the hotel phone.

The assigned me a room was 2 am.
At a certain point the guy maintenance came in the room to change the mini bar, probably the room was under maintaining but the girl in the reception didn't know...

Nice little hotel. Rooms was cute, nice pool on a higher floor, gym had good equipment. Overall a nice little place. The location was ok....didnt really feel like it was a walking area but close by car to get places. The staff was very nice and gracious!

Everything about the hotel was brilliant, especially the service (the young Russian girl on reception was particularly charming). Our only gripe was the pool area, which was clean and well presented, but the music...IT WAS TOO LOUD!. My wife likes a swim, but she couldn't because it was deafening. We could could not eat or drink there either, nor talk or read, such was the clamour. We did ask for the sound to be lowered but to no avail. We will certainly stay again at Media One, but that racket needs addressing.
