Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout.

We had a great 9 night stay at the hotel. Le Meriden is part of three hotels - Le Meridien, W hotel and Westin and you can use the facilities, pools, restaurants at each which means the area is huge. The waterpark, beach and play park were brilliant for our kids (1 and 3). The staff are outstanding - special shout out to Mohammed and Jeet working the front door / bags / cases, Rapesh, Thwain, Jasmine and Lakima in the last recipe restaurant who always had a smile and helped keep our boys under control. Location is great - taxis are plentiful and cheap, metro across the road and a carrefour a 3 minute walk away.

The only downside was the building work taking place around the property with the works on the road going on until 1/2am. Nothing the hotel can do about it but it is pretty loud!

We were extremely well taken care of. Staff went above and beyond. Plenty of dining options in the hotel. Beach and pool was not busy. Waterpark included. Small but nice. Kids enjoyed it. Latitude restaurant and fish restaurants were top quality.

Party music till early morning.

Unbearable experience. I am staying in a sea view room on the ninth floor for 6 nights. Every single night there is loud music till really late. Called the manager and he said tonight’s party is finishing at 2:00am and would call the venue to lower the volume. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.

This is a lovely hotel set in beautiful gardens and with a private beach. Facilities are excellent and very well appointed but it also has a relaxed and welcoming feel.
Our room was kept spotless with a huge and very comfortable bed.
We love the range of different restaurant options as you can use those of the next door Westin and W as well; there is everything from Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean fish dishes, Steaks, or more 'relaxed' dining at the Horizon Pool bar. The main hotel restaurants also offer a great buffet selection every night. We visited during Ramadan so the buffet was Iftar and mostly focussed on middle eastern cuisine, but excellent and with something for everyone.
The staff are really friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble.
The Waterpark means the hotel is popular with families, and the music from the next door Barasti club means there is usually some noise around the hotel, though the rooms are very well insulated.
The hotel is very conveniently situated for an easy stroll to the Marina or the tram, which is then a short hop to the mono-rail train over to the Palm. There is a Carrefour supermarket and a Pharmacy a couple of minutes walk away in case of need too.
We've been coming to the Meridien Mina Seyahi for many years and always enjoy a lovely stay.

What makes this hotel stand out above? Others is simply the customer service we received from every single member of staff that works there. Whoever is training their staff need to be acknowledged as the service we received was superb and we have stayed in lots of other hotels in Dubai.
Also, the beach is beautiful and the location of the beach is ideal as you don’t get all the noisy boat traffic passing that section of the beach.
The gym is really well equipped and huge, hence if you enjoy a gym workout on holiday there are plenty of machines available it’s never too busy.
You are able to use all of the restaurants in the Western hotel, hence you have a superb choice of evening restaurants
A special mention to Jobin on the concierge team who helped my son with table bookings every single day.
The room was a really good size and the daily cleaning team were superb.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for a family of 4. Breakfast was great everyday with good variety. The rooms were comfortable with enough space for our family. Bathroom was clean and had enough room for our small kids in the bath tub and shower.

The service was really good from all the staff with special thanks to Vinod at the restaurant for all his help with any special requirements and making us feel at home. Vinoth at the concierge desk was also great and arranged taxis and transfers. It's best to get a private transfer from the concierge.

Lastly, the facilities for kids was incredible with really awesome kid friendly pools, slides and water play areas. The kids club/family club was also great to spend time at. We stayed in Downtown Dubai on previous trips but this location allowed us to relax during the down time which is well needed when travelling with kids.

There are multiple restaurants but we stuck to the pizzeria for a meal and the rest of the time we were touring but there are many options but a little pricey.

I would not stay here ever again, the staff in reception was uninformed and very Third World in their approach to issues. I had two rooms, one was so filthy the guest had to leave to another hotel, I was stuck with the room and requested refund so many times only to have third world stall games applied. In my opinion they should close and renovate. The only bright note, the vallet parking team was good.

Just returned from our stay at Le Meridien, and I’m already planning a return trip for next year. Everything about the hotel was brilliant, the staff are very polite friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned very well every day. Food options were great. The pool areas for children are perfect especially the water park. The only thing I would suggest if you could arrange some evening entertainment for after dinner, but other than that our stay at the hotel was fantastic.

Le Meridien was overall a lovely hotel but when comparing it to other 5 star hotels in Dubai, I find it was limited with food options at breakfast and dinner in the restaurants serving a buffet.

There was also loud music being played by the sister hotel, W Hotel, which is an adult only venue. Loud music would be playing from midday until late at night which is not great when you have yound children.

The rooms were quite small and were relatively dated when comparing it to other hotels in the area.

While the food was limited, noise was overwhelming, and the hotel was dated, overall the water park was great as there were several water slides for all ages. The staff were also very friendly and were helpful.

I would recommend this hotel and may consider returning in the future.

The hotel feels old. I feel that the newer hotels focus more on health and happiness, but this hotel only catered to mass families.
Feedback:
- the pool had mould in between the tiles,
- breakfast was OK, but nothing special. I felt as I was eating this same breakfast every day. My daughter ate pancakes with Nutella daily because there were not many kids-friendly options. They should add a special dish section (not Arabic but Western food). A smoothie bar or healthy food section would be great.
- Gym although is large, the vue is to a concrete building in front. They should change it to the sea view.
- The bars felt very old
- The garden although it looked nice, the gardener did not take care of it well. Leaves all over the pathways, and dry leaves on the palm trees.
- Staff overall friendly and lovely with kids.
- Room should have little add-ons to make you feel special (little welcome toy for kids, kids rope and slippers, chocolate on the pillow every evening, room delivery of freshly baked mini cakes every day to try out, or anything, it was not special)
- The baby cot was made of metal bars, and honestly not comfy, I had to sleep with the baby in the big bed as he was banging his head on the bars. They should replace it with wooden or travel cots.
- Baby changing facilities should have plastic bags to throw away poo diapers.
- The birds at the pool were attacking our food and drinks.
They should hire an eagle to scare them off.
Westin next door seems better.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a l’hôtel Westin, nous avions réservé a l’hôtel Méridien mais à l’arrivé on nous a proposé un upgrade et nous avons eu droit à des chambres beaucoup plus grands et plus modernes pour le même prix… nous recommandons à 100%. Le personnel est aux petits soins, le service est excellent et l’hôtel convient aussi bien aux adults qu’aux enfants.

Great hotel, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Breakfast was great as well.

My only gripe which I hope they can sort out in the future is the noise at night from the beach club next door, the rooms are not insulated enough and the music can be heard blasting till 2am each night.

Our stay on the 10th floor afforded us truly breathtaking views. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, and what truly stood out was the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor activities offered by both the W and the Westin hotels. Breakfast was consistently excellent, and the staff's service went above and beyond, always greeting us warmly. There were ample sunbeds and facilities by the pools. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, with a tram station conveniently located across the road, providing easy access to Dubai Marina shopping areas and connections to the Metro for exploring the entirety of Dubai. The location was ideal, and transportation was readily available via taxis and Uber. This is definitely a must-stay, especially for families with kids. Special thanks to Imtiaz in and around the pool and beach area and staff at the breakfast area.

Le Méridien Mina Seyahi is a fantastic hotel & resort. I had a brilliant week here with outstanding service, great dining options and arguably one of the best All Inclusive packages I’ve ever experienced.

The construction work taking place nearby in the marina is not ideal but the weather, service & facilities more than take that away.

The pictures make a big deal of the waterpark which in fact was quite dirty and run down. We didn’t use it. For a 5 star we expected an indoor pool and pool table etc but the property didn’t have one. I was expecting a sea view room but was told that Expedia did not specify this and was asked to pay extra for a sea view room on arrival. Breakfast was nice but a bit pricey at £20 each per day. There was nothing else outside the hotel to choose from so had to pay £100 a day for breakfast for a family of 5. Otherwise a nice hotel but not really a 5 star.

Very attentative and nothing was a problem.

Upgrade our deluxe room to a suite and it was worth every penny.

Food & drinks were all top quality and choice of pools or beach loungers were always plenty.

Very nice part of Dubai to stay as it very easy to access other areas of Dubai from.

Felt a great sense of peace and calm which is what a holiday is for.

A nice property that has been renovated. Water Park is a great addition and this property is great for young families. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade (separate shower for example rather than standard shower head in bath currently available) staff were fantastic & friendly. Pool areas & beach areas are very good and location is superb especially for transport links (tram/metro)

First of all, we reserved on hotels.com superior rooms sea view and we got smaller rooms because of a mix up with the site. The breakfast is average, the room we got was small and old. The bathroom had a 70cm bathtub with a glass that made it almost completely unusable. All the pools were old and dirty, even in the Westin next door. The slide park was average and out of the 4 days we spent there, in 2 of them the big slides were closed for more then half of the day. In the back they were doing some renovations on the terrace and that made it unusable for the entire period we were there. There is a club right next to the hotel and the music was loud till' the early hours of the morning, even with the door closed.

The AI package that allowed a la Carte in 11 restaurants was outstanding. Many of the staff provided outstanding service, from their hearts. As most aren’t paid well, are away from their homes and work incredibly hard, we make a point of engaging with them. They love being respected and reciprocate with a real personalised service.
