Only downfall was paying for the room…. Even though my Credit card was supposed be on file. This took 3 attempts because somehow had to pay hotel bill… then informed that needed to pay 100 AED ($30) for resort fee…. Then pulled out of my taxi on my way to airport infront of the hotel for 40 AED city tax…
These all had to be paid by my physical Credit Card even though I had 1000 AED deposit on my CC… I was furious at the end stating this is how people loss or forget luggage, wallets etc at 6 am heading to the airport!!!!!

We have always been a Marriott guest however I decided to try the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah and I’m so glad we did. I was blown away with the whole experience of entering the lobby, the very helpful staff, the lifts always being there when you needed them and not having to wait around. The room upgrade was much appreciated and were we shocked. The room was absolutely wonderful, so much space, specially with us having lots of luggage as this stay was our finale of a 20 day holiday from UK to India and Dubai.
You had an amazing choice of restaurants which we tried the one on the beach front. Loved it. Us being a foodie people were only disappointed by our own health as we didn’t have good stomachs since landing in Dubai. I was so much looking forward to going to the Claw BBQ and the Trader Vic’s plus the bars. I’m upset that we missed out on so much you had to offer which on a prefect day we would have been enjoying it.
We made use of the spa facility which was amazing too. Oh how can I forget the breakfast. I was crying inside that I couldn’t try everything.
The NYC & fireworks view from our balcony was prefect for the evening.
Hopefully they’ll be a time for us to visit again.

The hot food at breakfast was below par for a 5-star hotel. My wife and I paid about 10,000 Australian dollars for 10 1/2 nights. The regular feature at breakfast was noodles packed with soya sauce, and fried rice; sometimes, chicken wings. Smoked salmon was not a daily feature. Will not stay at the Hilton ever again.

It’s a perfect hotel to stay with family and friends, and also very suitable for kids. I booked a sea view room through Expedia and reserved half-board, which is fine if you don’t want to eat out. They provide dining credit of 150 AED per person, valid at three to four restaurants (list attached).
The room size is great, with a very comfortable bed. The only downsides are that an iPhone cannot connect to the TV, and there is no comfortable chair for relaxing.
The breakfast buffet is decent with a good variety, but nothing exceptional compared to other Hilton hotels. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Pool service does not feel like a true 5-star experience—towels are limited, and you must return them yourself to avoid extra charges.
The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, beach clubs, and pool parties within walking distance.

This hotel is stunning. From the moment you walk in the staff treat you so well. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning and the pool is great. The breakfast is great and there are lots of food options at different restaurants. However, be prepared to pay big dollars once you arrive. $30+ for a beer and cocktails even more. The high prices are not at this hotel. The whole of Dubai is so expensive, so I would recommend including breakfast in your room booking and even consider half board or full board as an added option as it will probably save you money in the long run.

Luxurious, clean and lobby smells amazing! The rooms aren’t huge but we were upgraded for free. Our room was also ready early in the morning as we arrived on an early flight. It’s not the most convenient location but staying on the Palm isn’t, we used taxis but there is also a metro that takes you up and down the Palm, nearby. It’s also next to the boardwalk which is lovely in the evenings. We liked the Palm the best out of all the areas we visited in Dubai. Just be warned that having rooms at the pool side can be noisy at night, especially if your on the side with Barfly and the BBQ restaurant as you can hear their music til late. The Saturday night was also noisy as the hotel next door is a bit of a party hotel. There’s was also a wedding on the beach outside on the Saturday we were there, extremely loud music but this was daytime and I quite enjoyed it. Earplugs at night will help, we found most of the nights pretty quiet after about 11pm. The staff were all very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of choice. We did half board and you get a sum of up to £30 for either lunch or dinner and all of the restaurants inside the hotel are of a high standard. We mainly used this voucher for lunch. Getting a sun bed right at the pool wasn’t easy thought about 3pm plenty become available, but there were always sunbeds further away from the pool. I would go back, the pool/sea view is gorgeous but would be quieter staying on the other side of the hotel

We booked an executive room which was sadly practically under bar fly which has loud music playing until 12am-1ish weekdays and 2am-3am weekends. We liked the location and the private beach, even though there were far too many tourist yachts passing within about 50 metres to the beach. Saturday night music was bit excessive well into 2-3am can be heard clearly in level 3 sea view room. Buffet was below expectations but they offer credit at any onsite restaurant if you book half board and don’t like buffet.

first family trip to Dubai...first time in Dubai as a matter of fact!...
The Hilton Palm Dubai is highly recommended. We can't compare to other hotels in Dubai, but it was superb.
Based at the \"foot\" of the palm, it was ideally located on West Beach - a lovely, vibrant but not overly-busy location full of laid-back beach front, family-friendly bars - and only 10 mins from JBR, the Marina and Atlantis by taxi or Uber. Burj Khalif and Malls are further out, but same for anyone staying in Marina/JBR area.
The hotel is immaculate, light and spacey - open areas are not overcrowded, including the pool and beach areas. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and is ideal for families.
We ate in only three of many restaurants during our visit, but only because we liked them! Mowsem, Trader Vic's and Claw BBQ. All are typically buffet style, and food choices are plentiful, and quality is excellent.
We ate Christmas lunch in Mowsem. A little too formal but that was already clear in the pre-booking process, so our choice or completely. It didn't disappoint though, and we'd recommend for anyone spending Christmas in Dubai looking for a lunch with family-friendly entertainment.
Our room was a Premium Double with Sea View and balcony on the 4th floor. It was spacious and views of the harbour were great.

Burj Khalif and Malls are further out, but same for anyone staying in Marina/JBR area.
The hotel is immaculate, light and spacey - open areas are not overcrowded, including the pool and beach areas. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and is ideal for families.
We ate in only three of many restaurants during our visit, but only because we liked them! Mowsem, Trader Vic's and Claw BBQ. All are typically buffet style, and food choices are plentiful, and quality is excellent.
We ate Christmas lunch in Mowsem. A little too formal but that was already clear in the pre-booking process, so our choice or completely. It didn't disappoint though, and we'd recommend for anyone spending Christmas in Dubai looking for a lunch with family-friendly entertainment.
Our room was a Premium Double with Sea View and balcony on the 4th floor. It was spacious and views of the harbour were great.
Well recommended for families or couples, and we'll definitely be returning. Thank you Hilton Palm Dubai for making our first visit a great experience.

We had a fabulous stay at the Hilton Palm Jumeirah beach. The hotel team from reception, housekeeping, concierge, to all the restaurants were brilliant. Rooms are spacious and very clean, more so than the UK!

Frustrated though when they tried to sell me a room upgrade (…therefore they were available!) but wouldn’t upgrade me, despite being Gold with Hilton & Platinum with Hotels.com.
