If you are looking for a 'beach resort with pool' like most hotels on the Palm, this isn't it. They have a very small rooftop pool which is not the most comfortable to use.
This is a good one night stay if you don't plan to swim etc. The location is good and room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, we had an issue where the hotel offered a one night free stay due air space closures. Then at 9pm at night they came with security to demand payment, even though a few hours before the manager extended our stay at no cost. This was terrifying give the very stressful time we were already living through. A simple call would have sufficed.
