Great! Friendly staff, right end of the palm, good quality and clean rooms. Modern. Amazing pool!

Only downside of the pool is that for children there's zero shelter, so it's all exposed to the sun.

Hotel is in ideal position the beach is a five minute walk.On arrival you are given Pool Towel Cards so you can walk down to the nearby Beach Club and get a towel and sunbed if you want a cabana or poolside bed you have to pay. The 305 restaurant is part of the beach club and is very good.The staff are excellent the hotel is very clean and rooms are good.Breakfast has a good assortment of items.Just outside of Hotel going toward beach there is a good walkway that is about a mile long.There is an excellent Mall within a 10 minute walk that has a good dining area and the best Waitrose I have ever been to.

This hotel has two sides. The rooftop pool and the beach club are great facilities with views worthy of a 5 star hotel. I also really liked the Sports bar and service from Jim was great.

The rooms tho. Clean and tidy. But basic. Think Premier Inn. Small - and ours was meant to be a Superior. We had a road view.

Location very good however if you are doing things on the Palm. Other hotel nearby would be more expensive.

Overall, a lovely stay. Breakfast options were vast and enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The only downside is the lifts, for something that is supposed to be convenient, there were often queues and when one did arrive it was frequently at capacity, causing longer waits. The beach was nice and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

One of my favorite hotel stays ever

One of my favorite hotel stays, ever (I travel extensively staying at hundreds of hotels, so that is a meaningful statement). The staff was attentive and accommodating of all requests, going above and beyond throughout my stay. The sea-view room was spacious and comfortable, with a breath-taking view of Dubai’s water and city sky-line. The rooftop pool was gorgeous both day and night, with fanstastic wait-staff on hand for food and drinks. Beach access is included (my son and I enjoyed a swim there along with a nice iced latte on beach chairs under an umbrella on our last day). And finally: the location is about as good as it gets in Dubai if you want to enjoy both the mainland city and the Palm island. The Palm View and the monorail is across the street at the Nakheel mall (the latter of which we made great use of to get to the Aquaventure waterpark nearby). After several nights, we checked out of the hotel both relaxed and energized.

I had a wonderful four-night stay here! The breakfast buffet was exceptional—definitely a 10/10. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. Beach access was fantastic, and the rooftop pool offered stunning views—perfect with a refreshing drink. The location couldn't be better, being close to the mall and right on the beach. I enjoyed taking evening walks along the beach connecting to other hotels, and there are plenty of charming restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. Overall, a truly memorable and enjoyable experience!.

Good location, sub 10 min walk to the mall albeit very tight walk way side of hotel with a buggy with an exit road from the hotel running next to it. Other than that great hotel.
Private beach is 5 mins walk away and has plenty of beds.
I had 1 bed apartment - bed is huge and room has all the facilities you would expect other than a bath tub. Hotel was not very helpful or willing when asking for anything outside of what you have paid for. I asked for a room with bathtub but they wanted more money than I paid for my stay and there was no willingness to discount the upgrade.

Worst experience in dubai

It was overbooked. The hotel was so busy we couldn't get in the elevator. We had to take the stairs, but the stairs get you outside the building and then you have to walk 5 minutes to reach the lobby from the street. As Expedia gold member we usually get an upgrade but this time it was impossible and I think we got the worst room in the entire hotel. It was so low and so noisy that we could not sleep for more than 1 hour straight. We asked several time to change room bu nobody seem to care about our request. They told us, we will call you. But never get any call. I would not come back to this hotel never again in my life.

This was my first trip to Dubai and I was celebrating my birthday. The NH Collection Collection Dubai The Palm was simply superb. Upon arrival, my room was not ready (as before 3pm) but once I was checked in, they upgraded me to a 1 bedroom apartment which was welcome surprise. The apartment was quiet, spacious with all amenities and the bed/linens were so comfortable! Everyone at the hotel was so warm and welcoming, I truly felt I was at my second home immediately. The hotel is close to EVERYTHING, including a short walk to the beach and a fabulous mall (Nakheel). The breakfast buffet was included in my room package and was fantastic! The hotel rooftop pool was amazing with breathtaking views.

I would begin my days at the pool and end my evenings in the sports bar. The staff went above and beyond! Special thanks must go to Malati, Michael, Muhammad, Faith, May, Monsour and Punjab. Their knowledge & service was world class but more importantly their kindness and generosity of spirit is what made my trip into that of a lifetime. I can’t say enough about this fabulous group especially Malati who always made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you to all for taking such care of me during my stay. I will return because of each and every one of you! 10/10 for the hotel, 1000/10 for Malati, Michael, Muhammad, Faith, May, Mounsour and Punjab.

Studio was ok for one person but not for 2 as nowhere for both to sit ! The coffee table is massive for the space why not replave with a small table and 2 chairs for 2 ppl to sit and eat. 18 euro for half a coffee and a bottle of water on the beach was expensive
Some rooms have good views others very noisy on the road side so be aware of this when booking . Beach sunbeds very scarce a lot of space used to accomodate expensive day beds and cabanas which no one used .suggest remove and replace with normal beds as the cost is already high to stay at hotel .

Amazing rooftop pool/bar and view

My wife and our young son stayed here recently. The room had a kitchen and was spacious. The bed was comfortable and house keeping was very prompt and consistent. Ammenities were available on demand but it would be a better experience if these were proactively provided.

The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop pool and view. This area/including the bar is highly enjoyable. The panorama is a massive drawcard.

Whilst the hotel does occupy some private beachfront by the main glitzy promenade, it is worth noting that children are not allowed in the pool by the beach (which was not disclosed on the website or booking confirmations). This is a bit of a shame given children tend to love the sand and pool aspect.

The hotel is well located by two malls and train stations as well as the main beach promenade.

The front of house staff are friendly and professional.

We had a great time overall given the wow factor of the rooftop bar area which was family friendly.

My family of 4 stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms. The apartment was clean and modern. The washing machine was of great help in dealing with kids clothing. The staff was great, the pool was beautiful, and the included breakfast was phenomenal. Would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay here. Not one aspect of it could I find a fault with.

The hotel, its grounds and its facilities are all top class.

My room offered plenty of space and was modernly decorated.

The sports bar was a lovely place to relax and have a drink.

From the infinity pool, and its bar area, the view of the Dubai skyline was outstanding.

Being located just across the road from Nakheel mall was a big bonus for me.

Mukesh from housekeeping spotted a birthday card I had in my room and subsequently arranged for a card from the hotel, a towel decoration, and a cake on a Happy Birthday platter, to be in my room on my return that day. I think that’s the nicest personal touch that’s ever been done for me in a hotel.

Housekeeping itself was done to an immaculate level.

Every member of staff I encountered was polite and helpful.

I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more from a hotel stay than I got here.
