I had a good stay at City Premiere Marina Hotel Apartments overall. Although my check-in experience was disappointing due to a rude receptionist (first impressions matter!), the rest of the staff made up for it. Naing was especially helpful—he assisted with my luggage, showed me around, and recommended great spots nearby. Guncham (hope I spelled that right) kept the room spotless and always checked in, even when I declined cleaning. If not for the check-in issue, this would’ve been a 5-star review. Thanks to the staff who made my stay enjoyable!

Lovely staff, good service.
Rooms are a bit dated now, kitchens/bathrooms need improvement. But for the price, no complaints !
Main issue for me was breakfast, did the job, but no nice variety/was bland.
Overall a great stay for me & my family.

Rooms big, spacious and comfortable. Starting to look tired but decent. Impossible to work in the work as there is literally no power sockets. In the kitchen there is one socket to be shared between, toaster, Kettle, microwave and coffee machine. No powersockets near the table or coffee table for a laptop or to charge a phone. Similar in bedrooms. Asked for extention leads but nothing.

The Perfect Spot for our first stay in Sunny Dubai

After the most Welcoming check in, we were assisted to our Apartment and were totally blown away at our first impression. From early coffees on one of the balconies, (each Bedroom had its own full bathroom and balcony) which opened out from the open plan lounge/kitchenette to the Restaurant, Fitness Centre and pool, everything was just perfect with the icing being on the most Wonderful Staff Members, As a bonus, the Complex is a short walk to the Marina and also has a very handy Carrefour Mini-Market (and separate Pharmacy) across the road from the Entrance. Transport to anywhere was easy by Taxi (Front door), Tram (a eight minute walk) or the Dubai Metro (a fifteen minute walk). Took a little longer for us as I had a limp. Many Eateries and shops were nearby so we could have happily just stayed in the area had there not been so much to see in Dubai. Only managed to try out the Restaurant once for coffee sadly (Lovely Restaurant but time prevented us from having a full meal there) but Overall, This would be our first choice for a place to stay for future visits to Dubai.

The location and view of the property were impeccable. The staff were also very nice, but when we called for some issues, there was usually a language barrier that took several calls to rectify. The amenities of the property were nice, however we had some issues with power in the suite. It was very random which electronics worked in which outlets. Otherwise staff was responsive to our needs.

The place was large enough for our family. The staff were very helpful in providing anything that we wanted. The room was very clean. The place is closer to the metro and taxis are easily available and organised by staff if required. Would highly recommend the place and would definitely stay there next time.

standard apartment had an amazing view of the marina and buildings around. Apartment spacious and clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location of hotel is perfect right on the marina next to lots of restaurants. 10 mins walk from metro station and jumeirah beach. 5 mins from marina mall. Will definitely stay here again. 25 mins drive from airport or 1 hour by metro. Best holiday ever and city premiere made it even better for us with their service and apartment.

Stayed at this lovely hotel with my family. 2 bedroom apartment is absolutely huge, clean and close to everything in the Marina. Marina Mall and hop on hop off bus is literally a 5-10min walk. Access the restaurants on the Marina via the parking basement. Only fault I can say is the beds are so uncomfortable, they are very hard so we all woke up feeling very stiff and sore. The lounge was so soft so we slept on there for a few days as the beds were stiff as a board. Only fault - everything else was close to perfect...

Very unpleasant stay - certainly don’t recommend i

Very bad experience with city premiere:
1) long waiting at check in & they were very long to find our booking
2) room was humid & had a bad smell
3) room key was given to other clients that entered our room!
4) continuous water leakage in the bathroom
5) staff not helpful: we asked to borrow 30mn an extra dryer for the 2d bedroom in the apartment and they wouldn’t accept to provide us with one

wonderful palace to stay with family

its was wonderful trip and stay. we enjoyed out door activity because every thing was near by. restaurant, pharmacy and boat station.. its good for morning walk, swimming pool and rooms were clean. we rented 5 units for 2 days as family and surprisingly no one complaint about any things.

Great Location

Great sized apartment with full kitchen, sofas and dining table plus 3 balconies that got morning sunshine. Problems with tv and aircon were fixed quickly.
Perfect location on the Marina, 5 min walk to the Marina Mall with an array of shops and restaurants. 30dhm to Emirates Mall and 100dhm from DXB airport. Small supermarket and pharmacy opposite the hotel. Can sunbathe between 7am and 1pm then sun disappears behind buildings with it reappearing between 3pm & 5:30pm (sunset) only downsize was bedroom was small and the twin beds were singles, however as most time was by the pool or going out not too much of an inconvenience. Would stay again.

We had good experience with kids before in same hotel but different location. This time it was me and my husband only. The hotel enhanced our previous opinion with the great location and affordable rate. The place gives you multiple food , shopping, and entertainment choices . Love it, I would certainly recommend it for couples and families .

Sewage issues, poorly managed hotel

- worst stay in Dubai by far which is unfortunate giving the building great location.
- hotel has sewage back up issues which cause the rooms to stink, reported issue to hotel management and all what they did was pour more chemicals in the drainage. this only made matters worse.
- hotel promotes 1 bedroom marina/lake view apartments, apparently there is only 1 onebedroom apartment with such a view in the hotel, when questioning the hotel manager about why I got charged extra for a view I didn't get the hotel manager avoided the topic and started laughing stating we only have partial views
- don't be surprised if the lights in apartment are not working
- don't be surprised if you get a wake up call from reception at 2am to check if you have any guests/ladies in the room!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly/helpful and our delux room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Metro is a 5 min walk, beach is a 20 min walk. Pool is well maintained but loses the sun around 12.30pm behind the building.There was always a member of staff watching the pool/handing out towels/serving refreshments etc. Not sure where the swim up bar was - there are a couple of small plunge pools around the marina side of the hotel by the restaurant - maybe that's what they mean!It may be worth noting that they don't serve alcohol here. By Dubai standards I thought this hotel was good value especially considering it's location. We would go back.

I think this is a very nice and spacious apart hotel. The 1 bed apartment is huge with great facilities and free internet.

I did have an issue with no visitors being allowed - I appreciate that the cultural requirements and understand unannounced visitors being an issue , but not allowing a person to collect something at 7pm was frustrating.

A bit of a let down!

So I must admit I was disappointed, in fact gutted about my stay here... I wouldn't stay again, totally not worth the money...

Pros:
- Apartments are lovely, modern and clean with everything you need
- great location and a short (10mins) walk to the beach, literally 5mins to the marina restaurants and close to the tram stop

Cons:
- Noise from the road was terrible and hardly got any sleep
- Booked a 'Deluxe room' as i was supposed to get a marina view - but it was pathetic the view as I could hardly see it! (dont waste your cash) on complaining the staff said it was 'partial' - all deluxe are the same (view below)
- Pool/ sunbathing area only gets sun until 12pm then its all in the shade
- Staff are unhelpful and miserable

I genuinely would look at another hotel - I don't think this is worth the money. Aparently the deluxe 2 bedroom have the full marina view but i only needed a 1 bedroom and was told tough as the staff member was laughing said '(or lake view)' meant partial view.... On asking how she said \"i have checked you in before check in time, surely this compensates\", no it doesn't. I shown her the atlantis hotels description of a partial view... It states partial view... Advertising is misleading!

the hotel location was nice but there was some issues we faced disturbed our comfort, first our flat had a Sewerage smell we call to check the issue and the only thing they done is spearing air freshener which made the smell worse, we was using a baby Crib but i found them using the bed as a basket for the dirty towels and it was on the Rooms corridor staying there for more than three days which make me wandering about there cleaning procedures, finally the T.V on the flat was broken,the technician told us that it will be fixed first thing on the next morning but that never happen even withe the calls that made until our check out which was by the way one day early and you can figure out why.

I stayed 6 nights with my brother and we loved it, lovely and helpful staff willing to help at all times with room service every day if required, travel desk guy was also very helpful who gave us discounts to waterpark. Great location - in Dubai Marina, close to shops, restaurants, Marina beach and tram and metro stops (5min walk), also 5min walk to marina mall. The pool was a bit small but still loved it.

The pool is too small.
No SPA
The \"cleaning\" crew barely cleans anything. They do the beds,wash the dishes,clean the bathrooms without replacing empty kits when needed. No dusting AT ALL being done!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice restaurant, very friendly staff. Hotel very new. plenty of supplies in bathroom. Great kitchen, microwave, stove, fridge etc, plenty of pots and pans, electric jug etc, washer/drier. Our only suggestion would be to supply a small quantity of milk, dish washing liquid, washing powder, dish cloth, teatowel etc for use of guests.

Ideal location, easy walk along the Marina - Marina Mall nearby, supermarket etc.

Front Desk Staff needs to be more attentive

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. I had an extremely pleasant experience except for ONE thing. The first night we arrived after a 13 hour flight, we were tired and wanted to check in immediately. Apparently, there was a bachelorette party going on that night and the front desk staff were REALLY distracted by the flimsy dressed, drunk sloppy women. Almost to the point when we were inquiring about our room, he stopped us to wait on the flimsily dressed woman who wasn't even in line!! C'mon guys show a little more self-control and respect.

The cleaning staff, maintenance staff and parking attendants were EXTREMELY helpful, courteous and very professional. We were helped tremendously by Parminder. JOB WELL DONE!!! Thank you Parminder!! I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location. Room was clean but cold and only nominally supplied with cooking utensils. Very basic for the $$$. Many amenities like free shuttle to mall in room info but not really available. False advertising! Manager not worried about making right. Told we had a zero balance but when in-laws checked out a day later had bogus extra charges added and no way to get refund now. Area was great but should be able to find a hotel which is top notch for this price. Don't think we'll stay next year.

On arrival we were upgraded from a 1 bed apartment to a deluxe two bed apartment for free. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff friendly. Apartment very clean with excellent amenities. Great location - supermarket next door, directly on marina walk, 5 min walk from marina mall and 15 min walk from JBR the walk. Many restaurants near by. Would highly recommend.

Dubai Marina apartment

The hotel apartments were very spacious with all the required equipment needed to live. In dubai marina so very close to most things. The only sownside was I arrived at 10 am and the ro wasnt ready until 1.30pm so had to hang around, however they will look after your bags etc . I will be using them again

cheating with the location!

The hotel location in the Expedia map is on the Palm Island, but the real location is on the Marina City, which is far from the Palm. Expedia try to sell this hotel like an hotel in the famous Palm island, but is not true.
The hotel not to bed, but nothing can work perfect, after you find out that you were cheated.
next to the building is a big contraction, so all the morning you do not need any alarm clock.

Nice hotel very clean and looks amazing....

This hotel was outstanding
I have no complaints.. It was clean
The two bedroom apartment was beautiful.. Every detail to the room was wow !! No more to say
The staff was helpful and the reviews I read was completely opposite to my experience... I'm so glad I booked this hotel.
Not forgetting the superb views of the marina... And the mall was five mins away.. If u book this hotel you won't be disappointed
I had three children and my partner
We all had a lovely experience my four year old and teenage son of 14 can't stop talking about this hotel.
Thanks to the staff for being helpful and very friendly

Not good

The staff did not help me to reach the location of the hotel. I called them before I reach the hotel , and when I reached there I had to wait for half an hour to get the room !!

Good value

Clean and large apartment with good value. Pool is OK but small, the pool area is in the shadow from the building from noon.
There is a 20 minutes walk to the beach, and five minutes to the metro and the local supermarket.
As everywhere in Dubai there is a building site next door, and you will have some noise both from the building site and the highway if you get a room facing that direction.

As al hotel/appartments in Dubai, once they are build there is no maintenance. After a few years the decay starts and everything that is broken is not repaired. As in our appartment, watertaps, kitchencupboards, toilets not flushing etc.
