The room was immaculate and the service from every single member of staff was on par, and perhaps even better than some of the best 5 star hotels in Asia - absolutely superb service.

The Executive Manager of the hotel welcomed us, the reception staff were very helpful and warm. The Restaurant staff, from cooks and waiting staff, and special mention of Baaha, were very attentive and kind.

I will always stay at the JW Marriott at Dubai Marina on every future trip I make to Dubai. Hands down the best!

We were at the JW Marriott Hotel Marina in December 2025 for 6 nights. (two adults and two children) including New Years Eve. Our stay was absolutely FANTASTIC! Beautiful hotel, excellent location and the staff was superb! Baha who was the manager at the restaurant made sure our meals were perfect and even asked if my children had special requests for their Chef Sharuk who was so good! Every meal was different and a variety of cuisines daily! We were truly impressed! Nikita and Alffrin were a great help, very friendly and they always catered to our needs! Truly a stay we will never forget! Also this hotel is AMAZING for New Years Eve! Excellent party at the pool deck! Fantastic all the way around! Highly recommend!

My stay here was perfect! Even better than I expected. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, never had a problem asking them for anything and they were always kind. I asked for the room to be extra nice as it was my wedding anniversary and the hotel had no problem sorting this for me (they even gave us a congratulations cake on the house). Would definitely recommend staying here and if ever in Dubai again this would be easily be in my top places to stay. Being next the marina mall was also so welcomed and made getting whatever we needed so much easier! The pool is also incredible so much space to sit and relax. Overall we loved our stay!! 😁

I loved everything about this property. I Stayed here for 6 weeks. From the front desk to the room. Luke and Everyone at the front desk were great. Room service was excellent. Each day Sabita came on time with a smile and impeccable service. I never had to ask her for anything twice. She took care of the room as if I was staying in a five-star hotel. I will be coming back within 60 days. This is the only place that I will stay. It feels like home.

Unfortunately, the experience was rather poor. Check in took 45 mins, only one counter was open and they were very slow.
No drinks were offered, no apologies or courtesy extended for the long wait time.
Arabic coffee was out in the waiting space.
Hair dryer was missing in the room and was later replaced but the new one was broken.
Remote control that controls nearly all the functions in the room including tv, in room dining, temperature was broken.
One hour later, IT came to fix it after calling multiple times as the room was freezing and we couldn’t change the temperature.
Requested plates and cutlery in room and had to call 4x and wait 45 minutes to receive them. Food was cold by then.
Front desk staff was fairly rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions when we flagged issues in the room.
Room cleaning and valet staff are nice.
Hotels location is great as it connects to Marina mall and the hotel is clean but other than that, no real reason to stay here.

This is a grand old school Dubai hotel, quite large, and full of marble. Generally, its quite nice. Huge fancy lobby and common areas are nice. Most importantly, it has one of the best hotel gyms you'll find in Dubai, open 24 hours.

Some serious weaknesses as well. I've stayed in a couple different rooms, and both had very weak water pressure. For this kind of money, that's inexcusable. Weak showers and even weak when flushing the toilet. Also, you can hear each time the toilet flushes in the room above you.

But the location right next to the mall is great and very convenient, staff is good, although the front desk staff is not particurlarly friendly, and the guests are upscale.

One final weak point is the pool area is treated as a party venue, which is fine if you like that sort of thing, but not if you want a quiet retreat. On Sundays they have a very loud singer and its full on adult frat party in Dubai.

Fantastic hotel, lovely rooms and cleanest ive been in. House cleaners were fantatsic.
Pool was often quite busy and not enough beds in my opinion.
Also the property lost our bag that we had asked them to look after after we checked out. However it was obviously a mistake and they did deal with the situation best they could and managed to get the bag back to us.

Great location and walkable to the marina and JBR. Dubai marina mall is linked to the hotel so that’s a plus. Great choice of restaurants near by and definitely recommend booking the marina view room.
Ideal hotel for couples and groups of friends. On the weekends it has pool parties so avoid then if you looking for a quiet weekend.

We booked this hotel for a 3-day stay to celebrate my birthday. We requested for a room change due to the smell of smoking in the first room. Initially we were told that we will have a new room ready by 1pm next day, but next day the staff asked us to wait until 3pm. At 3pm, the staff changed their statement again and told us to wait for another 2 hours. We wasted for the entire afternoon to get a new room.

Another bad experience was that the hotel forgot to clean the room at the last day of our stay. We called the front desk to clean up the room after we go out at 3:30pm but the housekeepers never came. When we checked out, the receptionist just said they are sorry but didn't show any attempt to compensate us anything for their mistake.

We loved this hotel!
The room wad super clean and very spacious. We had beautiful marina views.
The pool was amazing! We and the kids loved it!
Breakfast was good.
Finally - the service was excellent!! Especially I want to mention Sachin who helped us with our luggage, Irfan who helped us with our car and the lovely lady who cleaned our room perfectly that unfortunately I don't know her name as she didn't want to disturb us and disappeared very quickly....
It was an excellent stay!! We surely be back!!

Actually, most of the things were great, but we had slight check in issues, cigarette smell on the floor, and the worst…staff calling and knocking on the door at the most inconvenient times. The worst was at 9 am to do audit of mini bar, outside of regular cleaning…why??

Upon arrival we had to wait a little time which was fine but then we were given a suite which didn't match the images on the website, with poor marina views / poor finishing touches in the room like loose wiring and an electrical socket falling off the wall / dirty windows and bathroom sink (poor hygiene) and lots of scuff marks - generally I would say a weird room layout too.
We based our stay on the images on your website and had paid for a Premier Suite Marina View, one of the highest room categories with your VIP status and also one of the most expensive.
I then complained and was told there were 6 suites that matched the images (ie. not a shoddy room that they tried to initially palm me off with) but that none of those 6 were available for 48hrs. I was offered a move to one of those better suites after 48hrs but it's not easy or convenient to manage when you have already unpacked. I spent considerable time challenging this point with reception and was shown another room on a higher floor but that was not suitable either and didn't have direct views over the marina, plus it felt smaller.
My wife then made a separate complaint regarding the room situation, and was then told there was in fact another suite available but was being held for a different guest! The cheek of it, why would we be less important compared to another guest?! I personally found this unbelievable and quite disrespectful after I'd personally spent almost an hour challenging reception...tbc....

Absolutely not worth the money! This hotel is updated, loud and smell rancid.
It's very much so Las Vegas party type where music is loud until 4 am and you cannot sleep because of it. If you ok with this go ahead. In my opinion it's waste of money and absolute rip off for the price.

Very warm welcome and smooth check in. Nice comfortable rooms with beautiful views over the marina. Service however could improve - I had to send 3 requests for my room to be cleaned. At check out no one came to assist with the luggage, despite my request.
Breakfast quite basic, not very fresh ingredients, e.g. salad inedible, which was not what I expected from The Address. Location is amazing!

The hotel is amazing with great location to the Marina and Marina mall and 20 minutes away from JBR. Staff are nice especially Medhat, the receptionist. My room was renovated but I didn’t like the carpet. The only frustrating thing is the room has not soundproof. I can hear the bill of the next room and the vacuumed of the cleaner outside in the hallway early morning.

I was told I could get an invoice even though I booked through expedia. When the day came, they said they couldnt print it because it was through a 3rd party. Totally different answer then what i was told weeks earlier.

Here is more cons:

The fridge is not cold. I went to two different rooms, and both the fridges were not cold. Theyre also ridiculously small. I stayed in a regular room and a executive room, both had inadequate fridges. I was barely able to even put water in there.

I asked them to take out the fridges alcohol due to lack of space but yet I got bothered everyday to check my fridge for what i “used” by the staff.

The tablet in every room is sticky. The back panel of it is stick, i tried wiping it with a sanizited towel but the stick will not go away.

Itd also be nice to have washers and dryers for guests in the hotel side. Its absolutely ridiculous that itll cost almost $7 to have someone wash your underwear and another $10 for a shirt and $20 for pants etc. I know the residents have it and it might not be a thing in Dubai but washers and dryers are a necessity.

Theres also a need to have a microwave, there is a coffee station and water boulier but no microwave.

For the $10000 dollars that were spent there, one could have found a much better place with a full board menu; and bigger or compact rooms. With adequate amenities like a fridge that actually works and a microwave or washer/dryer.

Would not recommend for others
