From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. All the staff were friendly and smiling.

Super clean room with extremely comfy bed!

The all inclusive package had an excellent selection of food (including plenty of veggie options) which changed each day. The drinks were named brands not cheaper alternatives which was much appreciated.

We had massages when there and they were top notch!

We were able to get a late check out and because we had checked in after lunch on our first day we were given this (without even asking) it was very kind.

The pool is nice and the beach is great and clean.

11/10 would come back!

The staff. Everyone was a different level of hospitality, very impressed. Jericho in the restaurant had a smile on his face every minute of the day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Housekeeping staff for room 508 were superb, 11/10. Reception staff so helpful as well as concierge. Chefs in the restaurant were so friendly, patient and helpful. The standout of this hotel was how excellent the staff are.

Nice location, atmosphere and ambiance in the Palm, great staff from valet, concierge, reception, pool/ beach crew, housekeeping and restaurant service crew, very clean room, amenities are awesome w/ breathtaking view rooftop, spa is an excellent relaxing massage, buffet was several varieties that you’ll enjoy. Highly recommended and definitely will be back again.

Dirty washrooms very unsanitary was not happy with the way it was designed or cleanliness of the day we checked in. Very unfortunate hoping to see improvements if i decide to stay here on my next trip to dubai.
Further more i stayed a several other hotel during my 14 day trip here and would rate this hotel 4th in my 5 stays here in dubai. Would highly recommend updating the rooms and giving them a fresh new look

Lovely hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was big and cleaned regularly. Bed was massive and comfy. Balcony is on small side and the sea view is full of construction sites, which when built there will be no sea view.

Hotel is on the palm but if you want to get off the palm it has to be via a vehicle, which meant taxi each time wanted to go site seeing or to look about Dubai (they do offer shuttle bus service, but this gets full quick)

The pool and sunbed area is spacious and the beach well located at the back of the hotel where they offer beach towels each day.

It is not appropriate or professional for staff to come to the table, ask for my room number, leave to check whether drinks are included, and then return to say they are not included.
If drinks are not included in my room package, this should be clearly explained before taking the order. Coming back to the table after checking makes the guest feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially in a restaurant environment.
To make matters worse, at the end I was charged $22 for two colas, which is an extremely unreasonable price and far above normal standards.
This experience does not reflect the level of service expected from a hotel of this category.

The staff were so welcoming, everyone was very friendly and very caring. They went out of their way to keep us happy. This is a smaller hotel, but it definitely was preferred as it was quieter in terms of location, but the staff and facilities were impeccable. The food was good on a daily basis and they did make some items specifically for us. Room with balcony was good and clean, beach and pool area was also very clean. Loki, Rose, Eric, Suresh, Marcelo, Nilema, Naveen and the chefs made our stay so great.

Everything about this hotel was just fabulous! From the staff treating us like royalty to the phenomenal spread of food, we couldn’t have asked for anything more!
All members of staff were always at hand to help, nothing was ever too much for them!
Both breakfast and dinner was superb! The variety of foods and the freshness of it was truly outstanding. It didn’t matter what time we went to dine, there was always fresh food available. Despite the alcoholic beverages being on the pricier side, there was still ample of options.
The room was always cleaned to its best and they went above and beyond when we hung the wrong sign on the door, asking them to collect dirty laundry, when we wanted our room cleaned. Oops!
When I had left my phone on a shuttle bus, the concierge resolved the issue immediately and it was retrieved within 20 minutes! Enough said!
Overall, I would highly recommend C Central Resort to anyone, singles, couples, friends and families - it’s definitely an all rounder! You will not be disappointed!

Although the hotel is very clean and tidy the facilities lack for a resort. The spa, steam room was out of action for the whole duration of our stay. There is no entertainment as expected for a resort. The rooms are very small. If you want a late check out this hotel doesn’t offer one unless you pay for half a day, otherwise not available. The view from the room is stunning as the whole palm is viewable with attractive sites like The Atlantis and Burj al Arab. The beach is very accommodating for lounging around all day.

We spent 5 days with our friends, this was our first trip to Dubai and we had an excellent time. The hotel was great and the staff were very nice and pleasant, They couldn’t do enough for you, first class!!! The food was varied with plenty of options and the drinks at the bar were great, all branded i.e Smirnoff and absolute vodka, Heineken etc. The bar staff were so pleasant too. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Taxi’s were no problem either. We would definitely stay in the C Central Hotrl again, definitely great for your first trip to Dubai.

We had a lovely stay and I would recommend, but for a 5* hotel the sunbeds by the pool and beach were terrible - probably the worst I’ve ever experienced and screamed cheap and tacky. Otherwise the room, buffet, staff etc were all wonderful and we had a fantastic stay.

It was a shame there were so many children around screaming but this is of no fault of the hotel and parents should be warned about this behaviour being unacceptable in a 5* hotel

Front desk and concierge staff were great. So we’re good staff. Hotel just wasn’t clean and slow at everything. Hallways smelled. Little things not done like trash picked up by tables at the pool or service lingered for 40 minutes for a drink. It’s nice but not a 5 star hotel.

Wonderful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The waiter Edrin who cleared the tables was especially kind and helpful but we couldn’t fault any of the hotel staff. The daily room cleaning was superb too. Excellent choices at breakfast. Can’t really say there was anything we didn’t like except perhaps the immodesty of some guests at breakfast - scantily clad and in their beachwear but then that seems to happen everywhere these days.

It is definitely not a 5 star hotel. I didn’t enjoy it at all .. sea water was disgusting full of algae and trash floating … reception staff had an attitud. No coffee machine in the room as in the description . Unclean .it was unenjoyable and I feel we were duped.
I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in the area like Sofitel, Fairmont and this hotel is definitely a 2 star hotel. I definitely would love to speak to this hotel managements team.

They say the best things come in small packages and C Central is a prime example of this set in the most beautiful of settings on the Palm with the most attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting on a holiday. I travel a LOT and this hotel has without a doubt struck gold when it comes to their staff. Everyone is friendly enough without it feeling forced in any way.

From the fantastic concierge who are very personable and welcoming to the restaurant and bar stuff they’d remember your orders and you never have to mention anything more than once. A special shout out to the chefs who prefer great meals every day which is certainly a nice change from other all inclusive places I’ve stayed at which almost torture you with the same meal options everyday. The variety and extensive mess of the buffet was perfect.

I’ve worked in hospitality for years and your front desk staff were consistently charming and friendly, so easy to approach. The amenities were also top notch with an extra blanket and a pillow in the wardrobe which was a great surprise.

Being on the palm is a bit out of the way but I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

I do wish the fitness centre was a bit bigger with some more leg machine options but the steam room was a great size and so was the pool. It’s a shame the indoor bar area was under utilised but tbh it suits the mood of a hotel which leans more into being a resort for sure.

Its a new hotel, new design and new feel to it. Its very clean and the rooms are good. Reception staff are all polite and helpful.
However there are few things that makes it 4 stars hotel not 5.
The hotel is small compared to others on the island. Pool is small. The calibre of the hotel is not the highest. Breakfast is ok.
They overcharge for drinks almost the double. They xharge you to set in huts next to the pool around 70£!!
Also it takes you 15min just to get off the island. Its a long ride even from jumairah.
Over all its good but not amazing.

Honestly just pay an extra 100 dollars and stay in a much nicer hotel. The crows will eat your breakfast, it’s not that clean and they will refuse anything you ask for even if you have a delivery and you want them to bring it upstairs they will say no. Also the staff is not that friendly and I’ve never seen a hotel that calls the room before checkout time to make sure you know checkout is at 12. All-inclusive resort vibes but the price is too high to be even that. I will not be back

Small/medium size hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Food is decent quality. Good medium size pool. Can get quite lively with poolside DJ. Direct access to the beach for one of the Palm canals. A few fish in the water but not enough for snorkling enthusiasts. You can walk to the Atlantis waterpark in 20 minutes if so inclined. Great place to relax and stay for 2-3 nights if you don't want to leave the hotel. If you are planning for several days of lazy 'all inclusive' style, don't go anywhere else, with a family then you might be a little bored after a few days. Not much going on in the evening.

The bits I liked about the property were the good selection on offer for the buffet - although some of the items appeared on the menu for breakfast that were on the menu for dinner - but all in all the selections were good - Staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were great ( too many to name )
The free shuttle service to the Malls - a great bonus .
The negatives - The hotel is situated on a building site - I paid for a deluxe double with sea views and balcony - I could not use this as it overlooked the building sites to the front and side . The noise started from 06.00am in the morning till 6.00pm . The bin lorry coming at 04.30am on Sunday and Friday mornings was bad enough making all the noise. On check in I had been up 24 hours and had to wait an hour and a half to get into a room , but was told I was lucky as check in was 3.00pm and made to feel that I should be grateful.
there were other things like the sun loungers on the beach were cheap and really uncomfortable to lay on , the TV channels did not work as it was cloudy !!! Room cleans were after 4.00pm on a couple of days ( but this was soon altered when I spoke to housekeeping )
All in all I would not recommend this hotel at all

Honestly, when we were passing different hotels on the shuttle, it looked like this hotel was the worst. It doesn’t qualify to be a 5 star. Towels are grey, way past their life. Lounge chairs are ridiculous as their beach towels. Very dirty. Always construction even till midnight. On our last night, I woke up at 11:30 due to noise next door, turns out staff were cleaning next room. How unprofessional. I was highly disappointed for what I got with the price I paid.

Hotel and the service was quite good. There were a couple of minor items not working in the room like one electric socket. Also one down side is the next door construction, which was very noisy in the day time. Some times it was difficult to find an umbrella at the beach. We were told many of them broke during the recent wind, but not fixed yet. Overall the staff was polite and helpful, pool bar was good, although slightly slow during high demand.
