Everything about this hotel shouts out pure class. From the cleanliness,service,food and organisation. This is my fourth stay and it never ever disappoints. Every member of staff just can’t do enough to make your stay as stress free and perfect as they possibly can.
This is like our second home and quite frankly we find it difficult to want to go anywhere else as nothing else quite compares. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is lovely & very comfortable with a selection of eateries & facilities to cater for all choices. I would certainly visit again.

Whilst the hotel generally is more impersonal than other places I’ve stayed at (you could feel like just another guest) Lara from Guest Services and Abekah on the Buggy Station were brilliant and brought their own brilliant personal touches, which were very much appreciated & well received. The concierge outside, helping us to hail cabs, was also very welcoming and made a point of remembering faces. For me, the personal touch is important in a hotel of this standard.

Housekeeping was a big let down though:

- didn’t attend to broken fridge on day 1 or throughout my stay, until I made a huge fuss (turns out it was just switched off from inside)

- didn’t replace used glasses in the room despite me asking multiple times

- didn’t sweep the balcony which had dust / dirt from day 1

- inconsistent; some days left amenities & swept floor, some days didn’t

For full disclosure, I was offered the opportunity to feed back my expectations of housekeeping to the housekeeping manager, which I declined on the basis that I don’t feel these are extraordinary asks. The hotel also wiped my bill of a ~$20 drinks charge on hearing about my concerns. However it’s less about that &!more about setting a standard at this price point. Therefore my ratings are provided in the context of what I expect from a luxury 5* hotel. In this case, I’d expect more.

Jumeirah Al Naseem is beyond exceptional. I would give it a 20 star rating if i could. During this trip, I also stayed at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray which was perfect and Jumeirah Saadiyat Island which was very modern and had amazing facilities, but Jumeirah Al Naseem combines all the best points of these two hotels and multiplies it. The room was amazing, the facilities exceptional, and the staff made all the difference and were well beyond incredible especially Davies the guest services manager and Elina at the front desk who went out of their way to make our stay perfect on a daily basis. It was like being with family. Esther and Mohammed at the Palmery were diligent and hardworking as was Ojijio at the main entrance and all the team at Kids club. I won't stay anywhere else in Dubai now. Wild Wadi has also vastly improved since my last visit several years ago.

The grand entrance sets the tone for what’s to come—warm, personalized service that makes you feel like royalty. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful little touches throughout my stay. Special mention to **Ahmed at the concierge, who arranged the most incredible desert safari experience for us!

Luxurious Accommodations
My deluxe Room was nothing short of spectacular spacious, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the Burj Al Arab and the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf. The plush bed, lavish bathroom (with a rainforest shower and luxurious amenities), and private balcony made it a true retreat.

Dining Excellence
The culinary journey at Al Naseem was unforgettable.

Rockfish: A must visit for seafood lovers the grilled octopus and sea bass were divine, and the sunset views were magical.

KAYTO: The Peruvian Japanese fusion dishes were a delight, especially the black cod miso and truffle tiradito.

AL Naseem was an absolute dream! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival regarding our flight times change, the team welcomed us so warmly at such early hours accommodated our every need and made sure room was ready for us to stay! I was absolutely blown away from start to finish nothing was too much going above and beyond the pool staff were so friendly always smiling and making us feel so special especially Loyd, I would recommend this hotel to every family and look forward to staying at Al Naseem again!

I had a problem occur from the hotel during my stay at the Naseem, however thankfully Sheila was amazing as she helped me calm down and enjoy the rest of my stay at the hotel. She offerered us flowers and desserts which was very thoughtful since I was upset with what had happened. The manager also was very nice when she spoke to us which made up for what happened. I thank them both very much for making my stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem better than what it was.

If you have any doubts or second thoughts about booking this hotel don’t. I am so glad I booked my family trip for 2 weeks and had the most amazing experience of my life. This hotel is beyond five stars. I felt like royalty from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. One of the best rooms (suites) I’ve ever stayed in. One of the best sleeps I’ve ever had in a hotel. Food at The Palmery was so tasty, the breakfast options vast and generous. Everything was a first class experience. Amazing stay at this beautiful facility.
We booked a Resort Suite and it was all worth it. As part of the room benefits we took advantage of the transport service, which was very comfortable. Other benefits included a dedicate butler team, and I would like to thank the manager Daniele and Lee amongst all for made our stay very special. The club/family lounge was also very good, and conveniently located opposite the kids club so my wife and I managed to spend some quality time while our son had a wonderful time at the kids club too.
Plenty of choice for the restaurants, great pool and easy access to Wild Wadi waterpark and Souk Madinat.

Wonderful bedrooms, stayed in a resort deluxe- was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Visited during half term so it was pretty busy but overall they handle it well. The adults pool was very peaceful and relaxing, with very attentive service. The evening turndown service in the bedrooms could be better. Overall a very good stay and I would definitely come back, travelled without children but is perfect for both.

Exceptionally overpriced and overcrowded - just an upmarket charter resort.

We visited as a couple in February 2024, on our babymoon looking forward to a relaxing stay experiencing the finest 5-star hospitality from the Jumeirah group.

Sadly, we experienced the complete opposite.

We paid $950 / night, room-only - excluding breakfast. Having stayed at multiple high-end 5-star resorts globally, we are comfortable paying high rates for a luxury and premium experience. Sadly this hotel is neither, the price point is outrageous.

If you are a couple - this is not a couples resort - it is an overcrowded family resort where they pack you in - do not consider if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.

Before arriving, we stayed nearby at The One & Only The Palm. For that we paid less - $870 / night including breakfast. The difference between that experience and this one was night and day. The Kerzner group (One & Onlys owners) put Jumeirah to shame on every single metric. We went from having an experience we wanted to tell all our friends about to one that we wanted to leave having felt completely miss-sold.

If it is a relaxing luxury stay you are after, avoid. This ticks neither box.

Annoying when you cannot get a drink in lobby bar because you have to book a table just for a drink in a hotel you are paying to stay, lots of non residents I guess.

Truly amazing hotel, top service and food. A little on the pricey side especially if half board and have to pay supliments, but it is Dubai and excellent quality. I doubt the hotel is eco friendly in terms of energy use, hence only giving average rating for that, but I could be wrong

Amazing hotel. Wonderful service. Immensely clean and well presented - as new despite it being there for 6 years now.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. Very accommodating.

The quality of food was exceptional.

For what is clearly a high end hotel probably more tailored for adults, they are very welcoming of children and I was very pleased that our kids had a thoroughly enjoyable time here. From ice lollies by the pool, being given buckets and spades on the beach to the kids club, the hotel goes above and beyond for children.

This Jumeirah Beach location is conecting 4 hotels to 1km long private beach. It has no competition if you want a wide sandy and natural beach. Al Naseem is the newest and modern hotel with perfect rooms, lobby and very good service. Perfect place to go with the kids.

Excellent hotel, high standards always. Staff, food, cleanliness, rooms - everything impeccable. Annoyed that they were doing construction under the adult pool week commencing 3rd October. This was annoying & forced me to move from adult pool which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel again - to get away from kids!! Anyway I understand it has to be done at some point just typical really. No to sure why the abras weren’t on- covid was the reason given but that hardly makes sense. Also bridge between madinat souk & Mina closed. No reason why but made it difficult to get to al naseem. Little things can make the difference

Jumeirah al Naseem always deliver perfection. We were upgraded and were given a lot of amenities as we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. The breakfast is the best, good selection of food, very organized and staff are so attentive. The rooms are very clean, everything you need is there unlike other hotels where you have to call for this and that. Special thanks to the GM, Mr. Azar for the amenities and for a job well done, the hotel is one of the best in UAE, his people are superb.

Amazing stay!

Jumeirah Al Naseem never disappoint. We arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time and was accommodated right away! Moreover, they have upgraded our room to Ocean Sea View and surprised us with anniversary amenities! The room is superb, staff are pleasant and they make sure that we have everything we need and went beyond. The restaurant staff are amazing, had breakfast at Palmery, the food selection was wow and Chef Sobratan made me a very yummy fried rice. The Rockfish rocks, I had a very delicious carpaccio and scallop in foam! The mixed grill were cooked to perfection and oh my the dessert and the mocktails are so good! I thank all the staff for the wonderful stay, bravo the the Hotel’s GM he is doing a great job. And of course to Hotels.com for organizing my stay, you’re the best!

Booked the suite with lounge access - no one bothered to tell us that the lounge was closed during our entire stay despite multiple interactions with the hotel prior to arrival.

Concierge group was impossible to speak to on the phone, in advance, to arrange excursions. Was given excuses that they were short staffed due to COVID by their guest relations manager. Shoddy response for a hotel that promises five star facilities and services.

Many restaurants in the complex were closed. There was no prior notice given to us. We were made to believe that Dubai is open and the hotel website also made no mention of these closures, reduced services.

Terrible service in the room - was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone from the room. Room service would place us on hold and then hang up multiple times before finally getting to speak to someone. Once it even took an hour to get a bucket of ice after calling multiple times to ask where it was. Also tried to get ahold of concierge one evening for over 45min before giving up and going downstairs. Anyone we tried to call either placed us on hold immediately or hung up. Ridiculous. Such a shame, hotel is clearly understaffed.

Don’t expect good service at this place. It’s a massive property, and everything is impersonal. Some of the policies are plain silly. For example, they don’t have towels by the pool and expect you to take them from your room. If you forget, which I did, they make a massive fuss as if you were trying to cheat the hotel or something (going back to the room to pick them in my case would be a 30 minute ordeal, as again it’s a massive property).
The breakfast was awful (buffet was closed because of COVID). I wish I had taken photos of our dishes to make the point, but we disliked it so much that we ended up only having it on our first day, despite the fact that it was included in the room rate.

This hotel is fantastic. Every time we go we have the most amazing time. The hotel and grounds are stunning. The staff and brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. Evans who was working at the beach is quality. His customer care is excellent.

Poor service, communication and lack of staff

Although a stunning hotel, The service was poor in what you would expect from a five start hotel. We arrived to check in and had to wait 20mins before we could be checked in and we’re sent from person to person due to their lack of communication. We asked a question via phone from our room to change a restaurant reservation but instead was sent through to seven people back and forth for 20mins and didn’t get the answer until we walked to speak to the concierge at the desk who made the change. We then however were told that the last restaurant booking was for 3.30 even through they said they had booked us for 4pm. The lack of staff, communication and decision making power caused unnecessary delay and conflicting messaging from the staff.

Great Place, Wonderful stay

A fantastic experience with a room of an amazing view to both the ocean and the beautiful landmark Burj Al Arab.
The staff’s really wonderful and very cooperative, as well as the atmosphere was really amazing. A wide range of restaurants makes your choice of eating easier based on the variety of cuisines available.
Special thanks to “OSCAR” who has wonderfully assisted us throughout our stay, helped me out surprising my wife on her birthday especially with the birthday gift deliveries, in addition to making sure that the room had special arrangements suitable for the celebrated occasion.

Amazing hotel & stay

AMAZING! Loved literally everything about the hotel, facilities & staff. Joleen at check-in was so welcoming who went above & beyond to make our stay perfect, she was brilliant. The room was amazing with an incredible view of the Burj al Arab for such a great half board deal. Highly recommend this hotel, best hotel in Dubai for me.

Not as i expected!

Hotel is nice and new. huge shortage in services stuff i recognized. not sure this will continue.
breakfast preference for us was to get it at the room but because it was included in the package you have to go to the restaurant and was really busy. my question is why we call it 5 stars if you are not giving optional for the customer to choose whichever is convenient for them?
services on the pool was really bad and super slow.
food in general was below average.
Hotel.com showed offer 15% discount on F&B but the reception says this not applicable!! so don't believe the initial offer.
