The most striking thing about this property are the dining options and shopping mall (Mall of Emirates) near the property. Mall of Emirates was just 4 minutes WALK from property and there are tonnes of dining options including sea food, indian food and others very very close by. Grocery is literally right in front of the property and it is none other than Carrefour. Overall, it was a great experience.

Intense tobacco smell imposible to sleep in

Premiun location walking distance to MOE, I had to pay 10 Aed as tax fee blah blah.
Unfortunately couldn’t sleep as picked non smoking room however tobacco smell was so intense I couldn’t stop coughing all night long.

Too small bath rooms , only one pillow per person was given. Advertised and charge as premium aparthotel. Very poorly maintained property. Sofas and chair are not well cleaned, stained on all cushions. Not worth for the money in that location.

The apt hotel is in a very good location, The Mall of Emirates is within walking distance along with grocery stores. The staff was really courteous while checking in and at all other times.

The Manager is fantastic! He is sooo good in customer service! The place is small however, value for money, walkable distance to nearest shop for any urgent stuff. We get taxies well. Ifnthere is an issue, you just need to inform and they help you immediately.

10 minutes walk to Emirates mall or metro station. Unfortunately bed was extremely hard and air conditioning was not great. You get what you pay for so it doesn't cost much too stay here so don't expect too much.

The service form the front of the house at both the check in and check out was very efficient. On the last day we requested the taxi to the airport which was organised efficiently and contacted in advance for confirmation and also once the driver arrived.

Nice hotel close to Mall of the Emirates.
Nice sized room and small kitchenette.

I had issues with the hot water system (no hot water at all) - it took a few enquiries at the front desk but they managed to fix it for me by the end of the day.

Pool was closed without notice.

Hotel near Mall of the Emirates

About 10mins walk from Mall of the Emirates Metro Station. The suite offers a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven and washing machine. The layout of the suite is a bit strange. You can only watch TV in the living room area, but not on the bed. The bed is separated from the living room by a partition. Bathroom is old and small.

Lovely Hotel, great location

I was delighted with the Park Inn Apartment Hotel, it's a lovely hotel. We had a junior suite which was more than adequate for the two of us and very comfortable. It is in a very good location, very near to the Mall of the Emirates. We either walked up or down to the metro stops; sometimes we walked outside to the stop up from the hotel instead of the stop through the Mall. We bought a travel card for the Metro as we used it daily, all you need to do is keep it topped up and the staff in the metro stations were very helpful in how to use and top up the card. Taxis are quite cheap but the traffic can be bad so use the metro if possible. We used the top floor pool and Jacuzzi, the days we used it we were the only ones there so it was great ! We didn't use the restaurant at all but it looked nice enough and always had people in it. I would definitely use this hotel again and definitely refer to family and friends

Good location but needs a lot

We arrived late but the checkin was horrible. We were told to wait just a bit that the room will be ready but after a long wait we head out for launch. The staff was like just wait another 15minutes your room will be ready but we said is better to eat first as they've been saying that for long. After a long launch, we went back and the room was not ready. Later they gave us the room, you can see that it was just rushed and made...single room converted to double. The bedside light was right on top of my head as its mounted on the wood meant for single bed. The seating area can seat 2 people on the chair but not in relaxing way. The breakfast was just boring, sometimes with a mistake that they have to go even go fix it after my wife insisted. The bed was facing the window and not the tv, I never see that, so if you want to watch tv you must be on the uncomfortable chair...I think its apartment they try to turn it into hotel but not getting the touch. At checkout the man slide my card like multiple times and block it, he insist cash, but I gave him another card and told him to do it only once then it worked...

We were forced to take a double room suite even though we reserved 2 single room suites. The price of the double room suite was cheaper than the total of 2 separate single room suites in the internet but the manager insisted that this was not the case. So we had to stay in the double room suite for the price of 2 single room suites. We did seem to overpay but the hotel and the rooms were brand new and really clean. we were only 2 people but this room was ideal for a family of 4 or more.
it was a shocker that hot water for the shower only heated if you pressed a button next to the lighting. maybe that is the case all around Dubai but certainly was a first for me.

Best deal in Dubai

This place is a hidden gem. Between 2 metro stations and across from a much more expensive hotel. The restaurant was great, the checki in was super easy. Cabs and uber all over the place. Service was out standing. Maybe the best I've had in any non US hotel. Very professional staff and helpful too. I will stay here agin for my Ironman race in 2018.

Great location, walking distance to Mall, large room with fold-a-way bed in lounge area. Great considering the budget. Staff very helpfu. It's a 3.5*+ close to the Mall with Pool - what more would you want for 80GBP per night!

I stayed here for a girls trip. The hotel was closer to mall of the Emirates than I thought. It was clean, affordable, comfortable, and spacious. We stayed in the apt suite. It was perfect for 3 girls. Single bed pull out couch, and a king size bed. Anytime we asked housekeeping for something they came instantly. Amazing service!!

Perfect Hotel for Dubai Short and Long Stay!!

Go for Junior Suite, spacious room with all necessary amenities. Value for Money, walking distance from 2 Metro Stations. Walking Distance from Mall of Emirates, loads of restaurants for all types of cuisine (veg and non-veg) along with super market and grocery stores. Location is perfect to go anywhere in Dubai.

Hotel in very desirable and safe location. Convenient for some eating out nearby or walk to Mall of Emirates. Also convenient to transit system (5-7 minute walk). Kitchenette excellent including a clothes washer! Hotel has very small rooftop pool which was crowded. Shower was very disappointing. Although finished in marble, anything more than a three minute shower would cause a flood in the bathroom due to poor drainage due and a low water threshold.

Amazing hotel on the doorstep of the Emirates mall

After reading some mixed reviews I didn't know what to expect from this hotel. When we arrived we were virtually on the doorstep of the Emirates mall which was fab! We landed in Dubai at 7.15am and although check in is not until the afternoon, the great staff allowed us to check in way before midday. The hotel itself is clean, modern and in a very good location. All of the staff including the bar and spa staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. I must give a special a mention to Jasper who is the night time security/porter and most friendly member of staff I have ever come across. He went out of his way to fulfill any request we had such as getting us a taxi late at night and he went the extra mile to make sure that we had a. Safe return to the hotel. I will be coming back here when I am next in Dubai

Nice big suite but carpet needs to be changed

The suite is big and comfortable, but it has a funny smell. It comes with a little kitchen. An iron + board, hair dryer, washing machine are also provided but no dryer which is necessary.
There are 2 toilets which is very convenient for my family of 3. No cups for rinsing mouth, had to use the cup from kitchen instead, not enough cups for drinking.
Shower is fantastic but no toiletries provided, not even toothbrush, thank God I brought my own.
Around 8-10 mins walk to Mall of Emirates.
Google map recommended Sharaf Metro station which is further than Mall of Emirates.

the hotel was good except for the down side I ment

Thanks for the upgrade. However, There was very loud noise of a compressor near the window. The tv in the bedroom was too small and remote didn't work. The was a bad odor in the room, I asked the house keeping to spray air freshener as soon as I checked in and kept the windows open until I came back at night but the smell didn't go.

I stayed at Parkinn for 14 nights for a family getaway. There was no peace and quiet due to noisy drilling every single day throughout our stay suffered severe migraine as a result. You can hardly watch the telly as the noise over shadow the TV audio. I complained about this they offered a compensation of 1 night rate. But generally the staff team are friendly.

This is a brilliant place to stay right next to the Mall of the Emirates & Dubai Metro. But is a fair distance to Dubai airport. However, this did not bother me.
Rooms are very comfortable & quite plus room has washing machine microwave & electric kettle. Various shops are close by & Nandos right in front of the hotel.

This is a \"boutique hotel\" with uncomfortable furniture and no usable desks. Terrible for the business traveler that needs a chair and simple table and basic WiFi....they do not exist in the lobby nor the room. WiFi in the room is often unusable but works great in the restaurant where they have normal tables and chairs - so head for the restaurant if you need to use the internet or do some work.

The decor is funky and interesting to look at....but incredibly not usable ~ I sat on a table in order to use my laptop computer!

Tredje gången på detta hotell. Har tidigare varit väldigt nöjd vilket var anledningen till att jag bokade här igen, men denna gången var jag väldigt besviken. Ingen städning och trots 3 uppmaningar fick jag inte påfyllt toapapper heller. Mycket ny personal vilket var en stor besvikelse.

今回フライトが夜中の０時だったので、それまでの数時間を過ごしました。他のホテルでプールやビーチに入ったので帰国前どうしてもシャワーに入りたかったのです。シャワーは少し冷たかったので、もう少し温度を高くしてほしいです。数時間過ごすにはお得だと思いました。

otelin yeri güzel, alışveriş merkezine çok yakın. Jumeriah beach e 3 km civarı uzaklıkta. Mall of the Emirates'e olan yakınlığı ulaşım açısından da çok faydalı. Metro ve tur otobüs durağı oldukça yakın. Odada çamaşır makinesi, fırın, ocak, mikrodalga, kettle var. Yani mutfak tam donanımlı. Banyo biraz eskiydi, daha iyi olabilirdi. Wifi yeterliydi.
