Twin room was small but well presented and clean. Room was made up each day with fresh towels in the bathroom. Hotel was quiet, small rooftop swimming pool with adequate sunbeds and chairs. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices.
Excellent location 15 min walk to Mall of the Emirates, 5 min walk to Dubai Metro Station number 33 Insurance Market.
Our second nights stay saw the start of the US-Iran conflict. The staff at the hotel were marvelous, special thanks to Joanna for sorting out our extended stay, even telephoning the room directly with information on repatriation flights.
Excellent budget hotel, would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.*****

All the staff at the front desk were lovely. Super kind at check in, and we arrived early hours of the morning but felt looked after. The gentleman behind the bar was very nice too and so polite and sweet.
Room was clean and comfortable and there’s a cute sheltered little pool on the roof.
We got a late check out which was very kind and again the staff on the desk when we were departing were very kind!

Extremely disappointing stay – Expedia helped after a terrible experience

My experience at Hampton by Hilton Al Barsha was distressing from start to finish. I had booked a non-smoking room with two beds, but they gave me a smoking room with only one bed. When I asked for the correct room, they kept me waiting in the lobby for over three hours with rude and dismissive behavior. I eventually left the hotel in frustration, taking a taxi and stopping at four different hotels trying to find a place to stay that night — all at my own expense.

Only later did Expedia step in and help by relocating me to another hotel in the same area, covering the difference in price after I had already paid for the new booking. The hotel manager later sent a formal apology and confirmed a refund, but I still haven’t received it until now. It was a stressful and exhausting experience that I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through. Thankfully, Expedia’s support was the only bright side in this ordeal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, checking with me every other day to see if I needed anything.

The included breakfast was huge and varied, with good labels on the food, and many vegetarian and vegan options.

There is a gym, and rooftop pool plus another rooftop area to relax, do yoga, etc.

It was located within a few minutes walk of the Metro, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the airport via Metro. Very convenient location!

I would highly recommend, and would stay there again.

This was a great little hotel, I would recommend and stay again. I did have one issue when using the pool, we could not move umbrellas or beds to stay in the shade the pool guys were great but somebody had clearly dictated some odd rules the guys had to work to. They were very polite and helpful, clearly not their fault.

Unfortunately the WI-fi was not working for 2 days which put a damper on the trip. But the hotel was gracious enough to compensate when meal vouchers & late check out. The hotel was close & walking distance to the metro so very convenient. Additionally, the room was quite comfortable. Really liked the addition of the drinking water machines within the room.

Carpets are heavily soiled and need replacing. There is also a damp smell they can’t get rid of so if you are sensitive to strong smells I would not recommend. If it’s your first time in Dubai you’d benefit from staying closer to the centre otherwise you’ll have to pay ridiculous prices for taxis all the time.

Bad, very disappointed

The room is avarage, drawers are falling apart and in bad shape. Breakfast is less than average
I arrived at 14:30 and receptionist said that check in is at 1500 PM and I have to wait so I waited and they didnt give me the room untill 15:45. The second receptionist that came was rude. For the offered price there are plenty of hotels in the area with better service

Second time here, the hotel
Is close to the Dubai metro and an easy 10min walk to the Mall of the Emirates. Be cautious booking things at the travel desk as we had a tour to Ferrari world almost ruined by miss communication on their part which lead to us being allocated to a different tour!! The breakfast is still great with lots of options, and the room was very comfortable although the pillows were terrible (but we asked for harder ones and they came).

Nice hotel near Mall of the Emirates

I stayed for three nights as part of a larger group, check in was smooth enough. The hotel has no obvious driveway in front so my taxi driver be had to drop me down the street and walk back to the hotel. The hotel is located near Masreq metro station but this still remains closed due to the recent flooding.

This Hilton was unloved compared to my cisit to the Al Seef branch of the Hilton. Plus it had no garden/grounds. Ive been told that theyll be updating this hotel.

The receptionist was lovely and friendly (definitely more so than the other branch) and was quick checking me in eben though i arrived the next morning.

But i managed to take advantage of the excellent breakfast buffet. Wide range of hot savory dishes, salad (liked the hummus), different breads, cereals etc.

The room is a little dated but functional. I did go down to the pool but it was closed at 5.30pm!

The hotel is located close to the station and was pretty quiet at night despite being close to the highway.

Good central location 5 mins from Mesheq Metro Station. Hotel was clean with very comfortable beds, although twin room was a bit small with limited wardrobe space. Useful filtered water machine in the wardrobe for tea/coffee..never seen this before. Breakfast choice was good but scrambled eggs were always bland. Coffee machines provided good coffee. Didn't get a chance to use the rooftop pool but did go and see it it and water and area looked nice and clean.
Staff were very friendly and professional.
Overall positive experience at this hotel.

Average hotel. It was my wife’s birthday the hotel said they would do a surprise in the room but unfortunately nothing. Same with early check in, something which was promised but not provided. Late checkout was given. Breakfast was very basic and repetitive. Room service was slow. I was disappointed to say the least as I have stayed in many hotels of this chain with this being the worst especially in Dubai. I would also avoid this hotel if you are celebrating any occasion.

The location for this hotel is excellent with the metro station only a 3 min walk, also a mass variety of delicious tasty food places on the door step. However the hotel room aren’t the best to say it’s a Hilton i was really disappointed the room was small, the bathroom had dirty with mouldy tiles, the shower gel and had wash dispensers where broken, the room chair was broken the mattress is super super firm (hard) and the breakfast is a big disappointment for a Hilton! The staff are lovely and very helpful the roof top pool is good and again the location it perfect. Will i stay again? Not if they don’t make changes no! Sorry

It’s a 5 minute walk to the metro trains or about a 15 minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel room was nice and the bed was awesome. Breakfast had a great variety of items however the scrambled eggs were a little runny for my liking. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Great staff, good location in busy Dubai

A nice hotel: not fancy but pleasant and good value although the prices were very high due to the COP28 climate summit (I attended). Very close to the metro and also to some nice small, local restaurants (I enjoyed Dip & Dash, a veg place about a 10-minute walk from the hotel), shops, and pharmacies. Roof deck has good views and the bar stays open very late and had fresh smoothies. But people still smoke at bars in Dubai, and it can be pretty smoky. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. That helped make the hotel memorable and would be a reason to go back. One knock on eco-friendliness is daily towel changes, even if you don't want that, and they hadn't installed water purifiers in all rooms, or my room, and you're strongly urged to NOT drink from the tap, meaning (mostly) bottled water.

We stayed only one night. Arriving at Dubai airport at 0145, we reached the hotel at around 0400. Hotel was very quiet understandably. Reception was efficient. Room was comfortable and very clean. Shower was nothing more than a trickle (we duly reported this when we left next morning). Breakfast was fine and adequate for our needs. All in all, a reasonable hotel.
