The staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. I stayed alone in the room, and it was a good size. There was a small kitchen with a kettle, instant coffee, and tea. I did not cook, so I cannot say whether everything was working properly. However, there were no washing-up items or kitchen towels provided.
The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The room looked clean, but there was a slight smell, possibly coming from the drains. The linen on the cushions, curtains, and sofa could also be washed.
One night, the hotel alarm went off at around 1 am. I had just gone to sleep around midnight, and it really frightened me. I checked through the windows and the corridor, but everything seemed fine. Check in took nearly 30 min for some reason even although there was no one else at reception. Poor communication the pool closed the day after we arrived for 3 months we could have booked better hotels with no pool cheaper but don’t worry u can still use the sauna, it’s the desert it’s over 40 outside I want the pool to cool down and as for somewhere to sit/relax at the pool 4 sun beds and 2 tables and chairs is not good enough

Unhelpful reception wouldn't bother to fulfill a simple request for a kettle and some tea/coffee which is the most basic thing expected in a hotel or hotel apartment. However, you can't expect a kettle for a so-called Premium room, you have to upgrade to Superior simply to get one. I wouldn't have mind if they offered to send one at a small charge, that's what hospitality is all about.
However, the biggest mistake made by this hotel is to allow the guest (my girlfriend) to sleep the night on dirty bed linen that has been slept in by the previous guest most likely and not keep the room clean and Covid-19 safe which is a disgrace. They didn't sort this until midday on the following day and didn't offer any proper apology or compensation for this inconvenience and risk to someone's health and safety. If you want to be treated well and have a cup of tea, go somewhere else even in Standard rooms they often provide a coffee tray and a bottle of water.

Nice hotel. Had a few issues with cleanliness but the staff was quick to clean and fix it up. Very close to the Mall of Emirates so that was concenient.
Only thing I didnt like is there was no view from the room, no balcomy to dry your clothes and the fire alarm went off constantly.
