The hotel is clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in terms of amenities. The breakfast was outstanding.
However, the shuttle service to the metro and mall is quite limited, only five times a day at very restricted hours. Given that the hotel is about 1.8 kilometers from the nearest metro station, more frequent shuttles would be appreciated.
It was also disappointing to find that the hotel doesn’t offer currency exchange and instead directs guests to a supermarket in the building, which accepts only a limited range of currencies at exceptionally bad rates.

We had such a great stay at La Suite Dubai. The apartment was large, modern, and very comfortable, with an amazing view. The reception team were super nice, welcoming, and always helpful. One of the best conveniences was being able to order groceries from the hotel straight to our room — such a time saver. They also took our bags up to our rooms and helped us get taxis whenever we needed. The pool is another highlight, with a stunning view of the city and the perfect spot for an evening swim. Overall, everything felt easy and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful stay in Dubai.

It’s a hotel & apartments at the same time, pool was very clean & big enough but not enough sun after 11am the sun goes in back of the building since it’s 45 floors high, hotel is clean but has a damp smell to the rooms & floors as you get off the elevator you can smell it, maybe it’s the products they use idk, rooms are always nicely cleaned & pampered, staff are attentive to your needs but for taxis every hard to get one at busy time (3pm to 6pm) so they staff at valet try to pass you on a VIP car that cost double your trip price instead of calling you a reg taxi. Around the hotel there’s absolutely nothing like resto café or snacks you must take a taxi to go somewhere els if not they have a convenient store in lobby not bad. Over all it’s a good place to stay cuz close to malls, tourist areas, downtown. Very safe. I still recommend

The furniture was old, stained, and faded, and there was a coffee machine with no coffee pods. Additionally, the TV options were poor, with very few English channels, no streaming services, and an outdated TV that didn't support Chromecast.
While the staff did apologize after our stay, the condition of the room upon arrival was unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We loved our recent stay here at La Suites, we had a sea view facing very roomy suite with everything we needed for a weeks stay. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Many options available for breakfast, although the coffee machine kept breaking down the staff would happily make a fresh one from their brewing station. It was ideally situated to the Internet City Metro enabling us to explore Dubai but taxis were just as easy to get from the hotel itself. Will definitely return to Dubai but would probably stay nearer the beach next time to appreciate the quieter side of Dubai.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected and the front desk agent, I believe his name starts with a “D” he went above and beyond to get me a room, as the rooms were booked and he made sure I got a room.
